Description
The present invention relates to a seismic isolation device for a rack.
Conventionally, a seismic isolation device for a rack is known, for example as described in
Here, the seismic isolation device of the rack described above is placed on the upper surface of the bracket. Therefore, the storage space of the rack for storing cargo is narrowed by the height of the seismic isolation device. Therefore, the placement of the seismic isolation device causes a problem in that the storage efficiency of the rack is reduced.
The object of the present invention is to provide a seismic isolation device for racks that can suppress a decrease in the storage efficiency of racks.
The seismic isolation device for a rack according to one aspect of the present invention is a seismic isolation device for a rack that includes a support column extending in the vertical direction, a mounting member on which a pallet for loading luggage is placed, and a support member that is attached to the support column and supports the mounting member, and includes a first seismic isolation member that is provided on the mounting member, and a second seismic isolation member that is provided on the support member and moves relatively along the first seismic isolation member, and the second seismic isolation member is fixed to the side of the support member.
The seismic isolation device of the rack includes a first seismic isolation member provided on the mounting member and a second seismic isolation member provided on the support member that moves relatively along the first seismic isolation member. As a result, when the support column and the support member of the rack shake due to an earthquake, the second seismic isolation member provided on the support member moves relative to the first seismic isolation member provided on the mounting member. Therefore, the seismic isolation device can reduce the shaking of the pallet and the luggage placed on the mounting member. Here, the second seismic isolation member is fixed to the side of the support member. That is, the second seismic isolation member is fixed not to the upper surface of the support member but to the side that is lower than the upper surface. In this case, it is possible to configure the seismic isolation device so that it does not protrude above the upper surface of the support member. Alternatively, even if the seismic isolation device protrudes above the upper surface of the support member, the dimension protruding from the upper surface can be reduced. In this way, the dimension of the mounting member protruding above the upper surface of the support member can be reduced by the amount that the seismic isolation device is arranged at a lower position. Therefore, the storage space for luggage above the mounting member can be widened. As a result, it is possible to prevent a decrease in rack storage efficiency.
The first seismic isolation member may have a sliding surface that extends along the mounting member, and the second seismic isolation member may be a member that moves relatively along the sliding surface while supporting the first seismic isolation member from below. With this configuration, the sliding surface of the first seismic isolation member extends long along the mounting member and faces downward so as to be able to support the second seismic isolation member. For example, if a sliding surface with a large area faces upward, there is a possibility that foreign matter such as dust will adhere to the sliding surface, but by facing the sliding surface downward, it is possible to suppress the adhesion of foreign matter.
The second seismic isolation member may be fixed to the support member at multiple points. The second seismic isolation member moves relatively along a long sliding surface while supporting the first seismic isolation member. Therefore, a moment is likely to act on the second seismic isolation member. For example, if the second seismic isolation member is fixed with bolts or the like, the moment may cause the bolts to loosen. In contrast, by fixing the second seismic isolation member at multiple points, the effect of the moment acting on the second seismic isolation member can be reduced.
According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the storage efficiency of the rack.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, identical or equivalent elements are given the same reference numerals, and duplicate descriptions will be omitted.

The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
When viewed from the front, the
Next, the configuration of the
The
The pair of
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Next, the
First, the arrangement and configuration of the
The
As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the
このような要求を満たす材料として、例えば、PTFE(ポリテトラフルオロエチレン)、POM(ポリアセタール)、PA(ポリアミド)等の合成樹脂、あるいは青銅合金等の金属が挙げられる。
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The length of the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Specifically, fixing
The
The
The restricting

Next, referring to FIG. 4, the configuration of the
In this embodiment, the
Next, the action and effect of the
The
In addition, the
The
The
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments.
The two
In the above embodiment, the entire
