Description
Claims (13)
- パルス電力を発生させるパワー部と、
前記パルス電力の提供を受けてパルス衝撃波を発生させるパルス衝撃波発生部と、
内部に液体及び前記パルス衝撃波発生部が配置される上部ハウジングと、
前記上部ハウジングと繋がっており、内部に薬物が配置される下部ハウジングと、
前記上部ハウジング及び前記下部ハウジングの間に提供され、前記上部ハウジングから発生する衝撃波を下部ハウジングに伝達する衝撃波伝達部と、
前記下部ハウジングに配置され、前記薬物を噴射する噴射部と、を含み、
前記パルス衝撃波発生部は、
パルス電力の提供を受けて電流が流れる1つ以上の衝撃波発生電極と、
前記衝撃波発生電極のうちの1つ以上と近接し、衝撃波発生電極に接触又は非接触状態で配置される絶縁管と、を含む、
パルス衝撃波を利用した薬液注入装置。 - 前記下部ハウジングに着脱可能に設けられるニードルアダプタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパルス衝撃波を利用した薬液注入装置。
- 前記パワー部は、
電圧と電流を供給する電源供給部と、
電源供給部から供給された電気を貯蔵する電気貯蔵部と、
電気貯蔵部から貯蔵された電気エネルギーをパルス電力に印加させるスイッチと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパルス衝撃波を利用した薬液注入装置。 - 前記パワー部は、
生成されたパルスの形成を維持させる電気回路を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のパルス衝撃波を利用した薬液注入装置。 - 前記パルス衝撃波発生部は、
前記電極の一端が前記絶縁管の外部に露出しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬液注入装置。 - 前記衝撃波発生電極は、
第1衝撃波発生電極と、
第2衝撃波発生電極とを含み、
前記絶縁管は、
前記第1衝撃波発生電極が内部に位置し、
前記第1衝撃波発生電極よりも長い第1絶縁管であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパルス衝撃波を利用した薬液注入装置。 - 前記絶縁管は、
前記第2衝撃波発生電極が内部に位置し、前記第2衝撃波発生電極よりも長い第2絶縁管を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のパルス衝撃波を利用した薬液注入装置。 - 前記パルス衝撃波発生部は、
前記パワー部と衝撃波発生電極を連結するケーブルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパルス衝撃波を利用した薬液注入装置。 - 前記衝撃波伝達部は、
前記パルス衝撃波発生部から生成されたバブルが前記上部ハウジングの内部の圧力を増加させると、
前記増加した圧力を前記下部ハウジングに伝達することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパルス衝撃波を利用した薬液注入装置。 - 前記噴射部は、
前記下部ハウジングが前記上部ハウジングの内部の増加した圧力の伝達を受けると、薬物を噴射することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパルス衝撃波を利用した薬液注入装置。 - 前記下部ハウジングに提供される前記薬物を貯蔵する薬物貯蔵部と、
前記薬物を前記薬物貯蔵部から前記下部ハウジングの方向にのみ伝達されるようにするチェックバルブと、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパルス衝撃波を利用した薬液注入装置。 - 前記ニードルアダプタは、
前記下部ハウジングに着脱するアダプタ本体と、
前記アダプタ本体から突出し、皮膚に挿入されて前記噴射部から流入した薬物を噴射するニードル部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパルス衝撃波を利用した薬液注入装置。 - 前記ニードル部は、
1つ以上のニードル、1つ以上の多孔性ニードル、1つ以上のカニューラ、1つ以上の多孔性カニューラのうちの少なくとも1つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のパルス衝撃波を利用した薬液注入装置。
