Claims (14)
- 二次電池に用いられるトップカバー組立体であって、
電極取り出し穴を有するトップカバープレートと、
前記トップカバープレートに設けられ、且つ前記電極取り出し穴を覆う電極端子と、
集電部材と、
絶縁保護部材と、を備え、
前記集電部材は、収容室を有する突起部を含み、前記突起部は少なくとも一部が前記電極取り出し穴内に設けられ且つ前記電極端子に溶接により接続されて前記収容室に向ける溶接部を形成し、前記集電部材は接続孔を含み、前記接続孔は前記集電部材の前記電極端子から離れる面に設けられた第1の開口を有し、
前記絶縁保護部材は、前記集電部材の前記電極端子から離れる側に設けられ、前記絶縁保護部材は遮蔽部と前記遮蔽部に接続された接続部とを含み、前記遮蔽部は前記溶接部を遮蔽し、少なくとも一部の前記接続部は前記第1の開口を介して前記接続孔に挿入され且つ前記集電部材に固定的に接続され、
前記突起部は、頂壁及び側壁を有し、前記頂壁は前記電極端子に溶接により接続され且つ前記溶接部を形成し、前記接続孔は前記頂壁に設置され、
前記接続部は第1の接続部及び第2の接続部を含み、前記第1の接続部は前記遮蔽部に接続され、前記接続孔は貫通孔であり、前記第1の接続部は前記接続孔に位置し、前記第2の接続部は前記接続孔の外部に位置し、且つ前記第2の接続部は前記接続孔を完全に覆う、
ことを特徴とするトップカバー組立体。 - 前記遮蔽部は少なくとも一部が前記収容室内に設置され、前記接続部は前記遮蔽部の前記頂壁に向ける面に設置される、
請求項1に記載のトップカバー組立体。 - 前記溶接部は環状構造であり、前記接続孔は前記溶接部が形成する環状構造の内側に設けられる
請求項2に記載のトップカバー組立体。 - 前記頂壁は平坦部及び前記平坦部から前記収容室へ突出するボスを含み、前記平坦部は前記電極端子に溶接により接続され、前記第1の開口は前記ボスの頂面に設けられる
請求項2又は3に記載のトップカバー組立体。 - 前記遮蔽部の周面と前記側壁との間が接触的に封止される
請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載のトップカバー組立体。 - 二次電池に用いられるトップカバー組立体であって、
電極取り出し穴を有するトップカバープレートと、
前記トップカバープレートに設けられ、且つ前記電極取り出し穴を覆う電極端子と、
集電部材と、
絶縁保護部材と、を備え、
前記集電部材は、収容室を有する突起部を含み、前記突起部は少なくとも一部が前記電極取り出し穴内に設けられ且つ前記電極端子に溶接により接続されて前記収容室に向ける溶接部を形成し、前記集電部材は接続孔を含み、前記接続孔は前記集電部材の前記電極端子から離れる面に設けられた第1の開口を有し、
前記絶縁保護部材は、前記集電部材の前記電極端子から離れる側に設けられ、前記絶縁保護部材は遮蔽部と前記遮蔽部に接続された接続部とを含み、前記遮蔽部は前記溶接部を遮蔽し、少なくとも一部の前記接続部は前記第1の開口を介して前記接続孔に挿入され且つ前記集電部材に固定的に接続され、
前記集電部材は、さらに本体部を含み、前記突起部は前記本体部に接続され、前記接続孔は前記本体部に設けられ、前記遮蔽部は少なくとも一部が前記収容室内に設けられ、前記接続部は前記収容室の開口の外側に位置し且つ前記接続孔に挿入されて前記本体部に固定的に接続され、
前記接続部は第1の接続部及び第2の接続部を含み、前記第1の接続部は前記遮蔽部に接続され、前記接続孔は貫通孔であり、前記第1の接続部は前記接続孔に位置し、前記第2の接続部は前記接続孔の外部に位置し、且つ前記第2の接続部は前記接続孔を完全に覆う、
ことを特徴とするトップカバー組立体。 - 前記接続孔はテーパ孔であり、前記接続部はテーパ状である、
請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のトップカバー組立体。 - 前記接続孔は第1の孔部及び第2の孔部を含み、前記第2の孔部は前記第1の孔部の前記絶縁保護部材から離れる側に位置し且つ前記第2の孔部の径方向の寸法は前記第1の孔部の径方向の寸法よりも大きく、前記接続部は第1の接続部及び第2の接続部を含み、前記第1の接続部は前記遮蔽部に接続され、前記第1の接続部は前記第1の孔部に位置し、前記第2の接続部は前記第2の孔部に位置し且つ前記第1の孔部を覆う
請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のトップカバー組立体。 - 前記接続孔は貫通孔であり、前記接続孔は前記集電部材の前記電極端子に近接する面に設けられた第2の開口を有し、前記第2の接続部は前記第2の開口の縁部を超えない、
請求項8に記載のトップカバー組立体。 - 前記接続孔は第1の孔部及び第2の孔部を含み、前記第2の孔部は前記第1の孔部の前記絶縁保護部材から離れる側に位置し且つ前記第2の孔部の径方向の寸法は前記第1の孔部の径方向の寸法よりも大きく、前記接続部は第1の接続部及び第2の接続部を含み、前記第1の接続部は前記遮蔽部に接続され、前記第1の接続部は前記第1の孔部に位置し、前記第2の接続部は前記第2の孔部に位置し且つ前記第1の孔部を覆い、
前記接続孔は止まり穴であり、前記第1の孔部と前記第2の孔部は前記突起部の前記頂壁内に設置され、前記第1の孔部の前記第1の開口は前記頂壁の前記収容室に向ける面に設置される、
