Description
Claims (18)
- 骨固着装置の受け部に細長い安定化要素を固定するための閉鎖アセンブリであって、前記閉鎖アセンブリ(7a,7b,7c,7d,7e)は、
回転軸(R)および外面を有する第1の閉鎖部材(70a,70b,70c,70d,70e)を備え、前記第1の閉鎖部材内には中央通路(70)が軸方向に通っており、前記中央通路の内面は、少なくとも一部に第1の雌ねじ(76)を有し、
前記第1の閉鎖部材は、前記骨固着装置の受け部(5)の一対の脚部(55,56)の間に受け入れられるように構成されており、前記閉鎖アセンブリはさらに、
回転軸(R)および外面を有する第2の閉鎖部材(700a,700b,700c,700d,700e)を備え、前記第2の閉鎖部材の外面は、前記第1の閉鎖部材の前記第1の雌ねじ(76)と協働するように構成された第1の雄ねじ(703)を有し、
前記第1の雄ねじ(703)は、少なくとも2つのスタート(704,707)を有する多条ねじを含み、
前記第1の閉鎖部材(70a,70b,70c,70d,70e)は、前記外面の少なくとも一部に第2の雄ねじ(73)を有し、前記第2の雄ねじ(73)は、前記受け部(5)の前記脚部(55,56)に設けられた第2の雌ねじ(57,57′,57′′,57′′′)と協働するように構成され、
前記第2の雄ねじ(73)および前記第2の雌ねじ(57,57′,57′′,57′′′)は一条ねじである、閉鎖アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の閉鎖部材(70a,70b,70c,70d,70e)の前記第1の雌ねじ(76)は、少なくとも2つのスタートを有する多条ねじを含む、請求項1に記載の閉鎖アセンブリ。
- 前記第2の閉鎖部材(700a,700b,700c,700d,700e)の前記第1の雄ねじ(703)は、角ねじを含む、請求項1または2に記載の閉鎖アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の閉鎖部材(70a,70b,70c,70d,70e)の前記第1の雌ねじ(76)は、角ねじを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の閉鎖アセンブリ。
- 前記第2の閉鎖部材(700a,700b,700c,700d,700e)は、第1の端部(701)と、その反対側の第2の端部(702)とを有し、
前記第1の雄ねじ(703)は、前記第2の端部(702)から距離を置いた位置で終わり、
前記第2の端部(702)には、径方向に突き出た突出部(780)が設けられ、前記径方向に突き出た突出部(780)は、前記第2の閉鎖部材(700a,700b,700c,700d,700e)が前記第1の閉鎖部材(70a,70b,70c,70d,70e)の上端部(71)を意図せず通り抜け、外に出るまで螺合されてしまうことを防止する当接部を提供する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の閉鎖アセンブリ。 - 前記第2の閉鎖部材(700a,700b)は、前記第2の閉鎖部材内を通る軸方向の通路(795,795c)を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の閉鎖アセンブリ。
- 前記軸方向の通路は前記第2の閉鎖部材を完全に貫通する、請求項6に記載の閉鎖アセンブリ。
- 前記第2の閉鎖部材は、上端部(701)と、下端部(702)と、ドライバと係合するための係合部(796,796b,796c,796d,796e)とを有し、

- 前記軸方向かつ径方向に延在する複数の凹部(78e)は、前記外面に向かって開口している、請求項12に記載の閉鎖アセンブリ。
- 骨の中に固定されるシャンク(2)と、
前記シャンクに接続される受け部(5)とを備える骨固着装置であって、
前記受け部は円筒状であり、前記受け部は2つの脚部(55,56)を画定するU字形の凹部(54)を有しており、前記2つの脚部(55,56)の間に安定化要素(101,102)を受け入れ可能であり、前記骨固着装置はさらに、
