Description
The present invention relates to a portable electrocardiogram device capable of measuring electrocardiogram waveforms in daily life, etc., and an electrocardiogram measurement system including the same.
A portable electrocardiogram measuring device (hereinafter also referred to as a "portable electrocardiogram device") has been proposed that can immediately measure electrocardiogram waveforms when abnormalities such as chest pain or palpitations occur in daily life. When symptoms such as palpitations occur at home or on the go, doctors and other medical professionals can detect heart disease early and provide appropriate treatment based on the electrocardiogram waveform data measured by the electrocardiogram device.
Conventionally, a device for measuring biological information has been proposed that includes a means for detecting vibrations such as an acceleration sensor. In Patent Document 1, a body movement detection means is provided in an electrocardiograph, and the subject's activity level and electrocardiogram waveform are associated and stored for analysis. Here, jogging, walking, etc. are mentioned as the activity level. In
In devices that measure biological information, the quality of the measurement data is particularly important in order to accurately grasp the subject's symptoms. In particular, portable electrocardiogram devices do not assume that the subject will be measured in a stable supine position as in standard 12-lead electrocardiogram testing, so the subject's body movements during measurement are an important factor that affects the quality of the electrocardiogram waveform data.
However, with previous portable electrocardiogram devices, if the subject changed their posture, shook, or spoke during measurement, noise from the subject's body movements would be added to the electrocardiogram waveform, and erroneous analysis results could be output.
In view of the above-mentioned conventional techniques, the present invention aims to provide a technique for performing electrocardiogram waveform analysis with high accuracy while taking into account the subject's body movements.
In order to solve the above problems, the portable electrocardiogram device according to the present invention comprises:
An electrode unit for detecting an electrocardiogram waveform of a subject;
a body movement detection unit for detecting a body movement level of the subject;
A timer unit that counts time;
A memory unit;
A control unit;
Equipped with
The control unit is
The body movement level and the electrocardiogram waveform are stored in a memory unit in association with the timing at which the body movement level was detected and the timing at which the electrocardiogram waveform was detected.
In this way, when an electrocardiogram waveform is analyzed, not only the electrocardiogram waveform but also information on the body movement level at the same timing is stored in the memory unit, so that information on the body movement level at the time of detection of the electrocardiogram waveform is provided. By providing information on the body movement level synchronized with the electrocardiogram waveform, the electrocardiogram waveform can be analyzed with high accuracy taking into account the subject's body movement.
The body movement level includes, for example, the magnitude of acceleration of the subject's body movement detected by an acceleration sensor serving as a body movement detection unit, the velocity obtained by integrating this, and the displacement (amplitude) obtained by integrating this, but is not limited to this.
In the present invention,
The control unit is
The electrocardiogram waveform may be analyzed based on the electrocardiogram waveform and the body movement level detected simultaneously with the timing at which the electrocardiogram waveform is detected.
In this way, the electrocardiogram waveform is analyzed based not only on the electrocardiogram waveform but also on the body movement level detected at the same time, i.e., synchronized with the electrocardiogram waveform, making it possible to perform an accurate analysis.
In the present invention,
The control unit is
The electrocardiogram waveform may be analyzed excluding the electrocardiogram waveform detected at a timing when the body movement level equal to or greater than a first threshold is detected.
In this way, a first threshold is set as the body movement level that affects the accuracy of electrocardiogram waveform analysis, and electrocardiogram waveforms detected at times when a body movement level equal to or greater than the first threshold is detected are excluded from the analysis, and analysis is performed on electrocardiogram waveforms with less noise due to body movement, allowing for highly accurate electrocardiogram waveform analysis.
In the present invention,
The control unit is
When the period during which the body movement level equal to or greater than the first threshold is detected is equal to or greater than a predetermined time, the electrocardiogram waveform may not be analyzed.
When the measurement time of the electrocardiogram waveform is set to a fixed time with some leeway in the amount of data used for analysis, the accuracy of the electrocardiogram waveform can be ensured even if the body movement level is equal to or above the first threshold for part of the measurement time, but the accuracy of the electrocardiogram waveform analysis decreases if the proportion of the period during which the body movement level is equal to or above the first threshold is high. Therefore, by not analyzing the electrocardiogram waveform if the period during which a body movement level equal to or above the first threshold is detected is equal to or above a predetermined time, an analysis result with low accuracy is not output and the time required for analysis can be saved.
In the present invention,
a notification unit for providing information to the subject,
The control unit is
When the body movement level is detected to be equal to or greater than a second threshold, the notification unit may provide information regarding the posture of the subject.
In this way, when a body movement level equal to or greater than the second threshold is detected, the notification unit notifies the subject of information regarding the subject's posture, such as a message indicating that the posture is inappropriate and information regarding the correct posture. If the subject changes his or her posture, the generation of noise due to body movement during subsequent measurements can be suppressed. It is also possible to encourage the subject to take the correct posture when re-measuring.
The present invention also provides a method for producing a method for manufacturing a semiconductor device comprising the steps of:
The portable electrocardiogram device;
The electrocardiogram measuring system may include a terminal capable of communicating with the portable electrocardiogram device.
In this way, in the portable electrocardiogram device, the body movement level is associated with the timing at which the body movement level was detected, and the electrocardiogram waveform is associated with the timing at which the electrocardiogram waveform was detected and stored in the memory unit.Therefore, by linking the portable electrocardiogram device with a terminal capable of communicating with the device, it is possible to provide an electrocardiogram measurement system that can accurately analyze the electrocardiogram waveform taking into account the subject's body movement.
The terminal is not limited to a portable terminal such as a smartphone, a tablet terminal, or a notebook PC, but may be a stationary personal computer or the like.
In the present invention,
transmitting the body movement level and the electrocardiogram waveform stored in the memory unit of the portable electrocardiogram device to a terminal;
The terminal may display the electrocardiogram waveform, or the electrocardiogram waveform and the body movement level, in association with a timing at which the electrocardiogram waveform was detected and a timing at which the body movement level was detected.
In this way, by transmitting the body movement level and electrocardiogram waveform stored in the memory unit of the portable electrocardiogram device to the terminal and displaying the timing at which the electrocardiogram waveform was detected in association with the timing at which the body movement level was detected on the terminal, it is possible to clearly distinguish between disturbances in the electrocardiogram waveform caused by abnormalities in the heart itself and disturbances in the electrocardiogram waveform caused by body movement. In this case, the timing at which the body movement level was detected and the timing at which the electrocardiogram waveform was detected may be associated, and only the electrocardiogram waveform may be displayed, or both the electrocardiogram waveform and the body movement level may be displayed.
The present invention provides a technology that can perform electrocardiogram waveform analysis with high accuracy while taking into account the subject's body movements.

When electrocardiogram measurement is started, the

The process of analyzing the body movement and electrocardiogram waveform in step S110 will be described below with reference to FIG.

Next, the
If the answer is Yes in step S1104, the
If the answer is No in step S1104, the data stored as the analysis target, i.e., electrocardiogram waveform data measured in synchronization with body movement whose body movement level is less than the threshold, is analyzed (step S1106). Various known methods can be used to analyze the electrocardiogram waveform, and therefore a detailed description will not be given.
8, 9, and 10 show graphs in which electrocardiogram waveforms and body movement waveforms are displayed together. The thin solid line is the electrocardiogram waveform, the thick solid line is the body movement waveform, and the dotted line with an arrow indicates a period in which the body movement level is equal to or higher than a first predetermined threshold. All of Figs. 8, 9, and 10 show a time series progression from top to bottom, with the electrocardiogram waveform and the body movement waveform paired in sync.
8 shows an example in which the body movement level of the electrocardiogram waveform does not fluctuate or fluctuates very little throughout the measurement time (e.g., 30 seconds). In such a case, there is no period in which the body movement level is equal to or greater than the first threshold, and the electrocardiogram waveform over the entire measurement time becomes the data to be analyzed.
9, the body movement level is equal to or higher than the first threshold in two periods, Pr1 and Pr2. Meanwhile, the body movement level is lower than the first threshold in the period before Pr1, the period between Pr1 and Pr2, and the period after Pr2 in the measurement period. In this case, since the sum of periods Pr1 and Pr2 is less than a predetermined time, it becomes possible to analyze electrocardiogram waveform data in periods other than Pr1 and Pr2, and to determine, for example, the presence or absence of atrial fibrillation (AF).
In the example of Fig. 10, the period Pr3 during which the body movement level is equal to or greater than the threshold value extends over the entire electrocardiogram measurement time. In such a case, since the length of the period Pr3 is equal to or greater than the predetermined time, it is determined that analysis is not possible. The subject is prompted to repeat the measurement by displaying the correct posture on the

(Modification)
In the above-described embodiment, when analyzing the electrocardiogram waveform, it is determined whether the body movement level is equal to or greater than a first threshold, and the period during which the body movement level is equal to or greater than the first threshold is excluded from the analysis. However, it may also be possible to determine whether the body movement level is equal to or greater than a first threshold during electrocardiogram measurement, and to extend the measurement time if the total period during which the body movement level is equal to or greater than the first threshold exceeds a predetermined time.
In the above embodiment, the first and second thresholds are set for the body movement level, but the first and second thresholds may be the same value or different values.
