前記単電池は、金属ケースと、前記金属ケース内に封止され、第1の方向に沿って順に配列された複数の電極体セットとを含み、各前記電極体セットは、少なくとも1つの電極体を含み、複数の前記電極体セットは、電気的に接続され、パッケージフィルム内に封止され、
前記金属ケースと前記パッケージフィルムとの間の気圧は、前記金属ケース外の気圧より低く、前記パッケージフィルム内の気圧は、前記金属ケースと前記パッケージフィルムとの間の気圧より低いことを特徴とする、電池パック。 - 前記第1の電極端子及び第2の電極端子は、前記単電池の第1の方向の同一端部に位置し、
前記第1の電極端子及び第2の電極端子は、いずれも車両の前に向かうか、又はいずれも車両の後ろに向かうことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記第1の電極端子及び第2の電極端子は、それぞれ前記単電池の第1の方向の2つの端部に位置し、
前記第1の電極端子及び第2の電極端子は、それぞれ車両の前と後ろに向かうことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 少なくとも1つの前記単電池の長さと前記車両の長さとの比率範囲は、0.2~0.8であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 少なくとも1つの前記単電池の長さ範囲は、600mm~2500mmであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 複数の電極体セットは、直列接続され、各前記電極体セットは、電極体セット本体と、前記電極体セット本体に電気的に接続された第1の電極及び第2の電極とを含み、前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極は、第1の方向に沿ってそれぞれ前記電極体セット本体の両側に位置し、
隣接する2つの前記電極体セットのうち、1つの前記電極体セットの第1の電極と、もう1つの前記電極体セットの第2の電極とは、電気的に接続されて直列接続を実現することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池パック。 - 前記パッケージフィルムは、1つあり、複数の前記電極体セットは、同一の前記パッケージフィルム内に封止され、隣接する2つの前記電極体セットの電気的接続箇所は、前記パッケージフィルム内に位置し、
前記パッケージフィルムにおける前記第1の電極と対応する位置には、パッケージ部が形成され、或いは、前記パッケージフィルムにおける前記第2の電極と対応する位置には、パッケージ部が形成され、或いは、前記パッケージフィルムにおける前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極と同時に対応する位置には、パッケージ部が形成され、前記パッケージ部により、隣接する2つの電極体セット本体は分離され、隣接する2つの電極体セットのうちの1つの電極体セットの第1の電極と、もう1つの電極体セットの第2の電極とのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記パッケージ部内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電池パック。 - 前記パッケージフィルムは、複数あり、少なくとも1つの前記電極体セットは、1つの前記パッケージフィルム内に封止されて電極体アセンブリを形成し、少なくとも1つの前記第1の電極は、前記パッケージフィルム外に延出し、或いは、少なくとも1つの前記第2の電極は、前記パッケージフィルム外に延出し、或いは、少なくとも1つの前記第1の電極及び少なくとも1つの前記第2の電極は、前記パッケージフィルム外に延出し、前記電極体アセンブリは、直列接続されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 直列接続された複数の電極体セットは、電極体列を形成し、前記金属ケースは、開口を有するケース本体と、カバープレートとを含み、前記カバープレートは、前記ケース本体の開口を封止するように接続されて、ケース本体とともに封止された収容キャビティを形成し、前記電極体列は、前記収容キャビティ内に位置し、
前記電極体列の両端の第1の電極及び第2の電極は、それぞれ前記カバープレートから引き出されて、それぞれ第1の電極端子及び第2の電極端子を形成し、或いは、前記第1の電極端子及び第2の電極端子は、それぞれ前記カバープレートに設けられ、前記電極体列の両端の第1の電極及び第2の電極は、それぞれ第1の電極端子及び第2の電極端子に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ケース本体は、前記第1の方向に垂直な第2の方向に沿って、対向する2つの第1の表面を含み、少なくとも1つの前記第1の表面は、前記金属ケースの内部へ窪んでいることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 複数の前記単電池は、直列接続され、少なくとも2つの隣接する前記単電池の間に隙間が残され、前記隙間と前記単電池の前記第2の方向に沿う厚さとの比率範囲は、0.001~0.15であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電池パック。
- 前記隙間は、第1の隙間を含み、前記第1の隙間は、前記2つの隣接する単電池の、同一側に位置する2つの前記カバープレートの間の最小距離であり、前記単電池の厚さは、前記カバープレートの前記第2の方向に沿う寸法であり、前記第1の隙間と前記単電池の厚さとの比率範囲は、0.005~0.1であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電池パック。
- 前記隙間は、第2の隙間を含み、前記第2の隙間は、前記2つの隣接する単電池の対向する2つの前記第1の表面の間の最小距離であり、前記単電池の厚さは、前記カバープレートの前記第2の方向に沿う寸法であり、前記単電池の使用前の第2の隙間は、使用後の第2の隙間より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電池パック。
- 前記金属ケースには、空気抜き孔が形成され、前記空気抜き孔内に封止部材が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記金属ケースと前記パッケージフィルムとの間の気圧値は、P1であり、P1の値の範囲は、-100Kpa~-5Kpaであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記パッケージフィルム内の気圧値は、P2であり、P2の値の範囲は、-100Kpa~-20Kpaであり、P1とP2との関係は、P1>P2を満たし、P1/P2の比率範囲は、0.05~0.85であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の電池パック。
- 前記パッケージフィルムは、積層された非金属外層フィルム及び非金属内層フィルムを含み、前記内層フィルムは、前記電極体セットと外層フィルムとの間に位置し、前記外層フィルムの融点は、前記内層フィルムの融点より大きく、前記外層フィルムと内層フィルムとの融点差の範囲は、30℃~80℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池パックは、電池カバーと、前記電池カバーに係合され、サイドビームを含むトレイとを更に含み、前記電池カバーと前記トレイは、封止接続されて電池収容キャビティを形成し、前記電池列は、前記電池収容キャビティ内に位置し、前記金属ケースに支持領域が形成され、前記単電池は、前記支持領域により前記サイドビームに当接して前記サイドビームに支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1~18のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックを含むことを特徴とする、車両。
- 前記電池パックは、車両の底部に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の車両。
