Description
図1は、実施形態に係る空調システム(100)の構成の一例を示す図である。空調システム(100)は、家屋、ビル、工場、公共施設等の建築物内に含まれる対象空間において、空気調和を実現するシステムである。
外気処理装置(10)は、主として、エア・ハンドリングユニット(以下、「エアハンユニット」という)(11)と、熱源ユニットとなるチラーユニット(図示省略)とを備える。エアハンユニット(11)は、水方式でもよいし、冷媒方式(直膨エアハン)でもよい。
空気調和装置(20)は、冷媒回路を含み、冷媒回路において冷媒を循環させて蒸気圧縮方式の冷凍サイクルを行うことにより、対象空間(SP1、SP2)の冷房、除湿又は暖房等の空気調和を実現する。空気調和装置(20)は、複数の運転モードを有しており、運転モードに応じた運転を行う。具体的には、空気調和装置(20)は、冷房を行う冷房運転、除湿を行う除湿運転、暖房を行う暖房運転等の運転を行う。
制御装置(30)は、空調システム(100)の動作を統括的に制御する機能部であり、具体的にはメモリやCPU等で構成されるコンピュータを備えており、当該コンピュータがプログラムを実行することによって、空調システム(100)の各機能が実施される。プログラムは、コンピュータが読み取り可能な記録媒体、例えばROM等に記録される。
空調システム(100)において、外気処理装置(10)及び空気調和装置(20)はそれぞれ独立した熱源を有する。外気処理装置(10)及び空気調和装置(20)がいずれも冷房運転(除湿している場合もある)又は暖房運転(加湿している場合もある)している場合、外気処理装置(10)が給気温度制御されると共に、対象空間(SP1、SP2)の負荷に応じて空気調和装置(20)の冷房能力又は暖房能力の調整が行われる。
従来の外気処理装置では、定格風量で加湿器が選定されるため、換気量が低下した場合の加湿不足はそもそも考慮されておらず、湿度を維持したい場合には処理風量を維持する必要があった。しかし、従来の外気処理装置では、二酸化炭素濃度等による換気量制御は省エネルギーを目的として行われるため、増エネルギーになる処理風量の増大による加湿量増加は適さなかった。
前記実施形態では、外調機制御部(31)は、対象空間(SP1、SP2)への給気温度の目標値を変更することにより、加湿部(13)の入口(13a)での空気の温度を変更した。しかし、これに代えて、他の方法、例えば、専用ヒータ等を用いて、加湿部(13)の入口(13a)での空気の温度を変更してもよい。

Claims (12)
- 取り入れた外気の温度及び湿度を調整して対象空間(SP1、SP2)に給気する外気処理装置であって、
空気を加熱する加熱部(12)と、
前記加熱部(12)を通過した空気を加湿する加湿部(13)と、
前記対象空間(SP1、SP2)の湿度に応じて、前記加湿部(13)の入口(13a)での空気の温度を変更する外調機制御部(31)と
を備え、
前記外調機制御部(31)は、前記対象空間(SP1、SP2)への給気温度の目標値を変更することにより、前記加湿部(13)の前記入口(13a)での空気の温度を変更することを特徴とする外気処理装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記対象空間(SP1、SP2)へ給気される空気の風量である処理風量を調整する風量調整部(14)をさらに備えることを特徴とする外気処理装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記外調機制御部(31)は、消費電力が低減されるように、前記給気温度の前記目標値、及び、前記処理風量の少なくとも一方を設定することを特徴とする外気処理装置。 - 請求項2又は3において、

前記外気処理装置(10)は、
前記対象空間(SP1、SP2)へ給気される空気の風量である処理風量を調整する風量調整部(14)
を備えることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項7において、
前記外調機制御部(31)は、前記外気処理装置(10)の消費電力と前記空気調和装置(20)の消費電力との合計が低減されるように、前記給気温度の前記目標値、及び、前記処理風量の少なくとも一方を設定することを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項7又は8において、
前記外調機制御部(31)は、前記対象空間(SP1、SP2)の湿度が所定の湿度よりも低く、且つ、前記空気調和装置(20)の暖房負荷が所定の負荷よりも高い場合、前記給気温度の前記目標値を高くすることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項9において、
前記外調機制御部(31)は、前記給気温度の前記目標値が所定の上限値に達した場合、前記処理風量を増大させることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項7又は8において、
前記外調機制御部(31)は、前記対象空間(SP1、SP2)の湿度が所定の湿度よりも低く、且つ、前記空気調和装置(20)の暖房負荷が所定の負荷以下である場合、前記処理風量を増大させることを特徴とする空調システム。 - 請求項11において、
前記外調機制御部(31)は、前記処理風量の増大に起因して前記空気調和装置(20)に冷房負荷が生じる場合、前記処理風量を増大させると共に、前記給気温度の前記目標値を低くすることを特徴とする空調システム。
