Description
これにより、第3タブ23を収容部52に設けることで、一方では、第3タブ23の位置を限定して、第3タブ23をより良く絶縁部品5と貼り合わせ、組立隙間による熱伝達損失を小さくし、放熱効率を向上することができ、他方では、第3タブ23と電極アセンブリ2の端面とを絶縁させ、第3タブ23と電極アセンブリ2が接触することによる電池セル60内の短絡を避けることができる。

Claims (15)
- 第1開口を有するケースと、
前記ケースに収容され、第1タブ、第2タブ及び第3タブを有し、前記第1タブと前記第2タブの極性が逆であり、前記第3タブと前記第1タブ又は前記第2タブの極性が同様である電極アセンブリと、
前記第1開口を密閉するためのエンドカバーと、
前記エンドカバーと前記電極アセンブリとの間に設けられる絶縁部品とを含む、電池セルであって、
前記第3タブが前記絶縁部品と接続されるように配置される、
ことを特徴とする電池セル。 - 前記第3タブは前記絶縁部品と接触する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池セル。 - 前記絶縁部品は前記第3タブと接触する第1部分を有し、前記第1部分の厚さは前記絶縁部品の他の部分の厚さよりも小さく、
選択可能に、前記第1部分の厚さは0.1mm~0.3mmである、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池セル。 - 前記絶縁部品に前記第3タブを収容するための収容部が設けられており、
選択可能に、前記第1開口は第1方向に向かい、
前記収容部は前記第1方向に垂直である第2方向に向かう第2開口を有し、前記第3タブは前記第2開口を介して前記収容部に入る、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記絶縁部品は本体と、カバープレートとを有し、
前記カバープレートは、前記第1方向に第1部分と間隔を形成するように前記第1部分を被覆するように設置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池セル。 - 前記本体は前記カバープレートと脱着可能に接続され、
選択可能に、前記本体は前記カバープレートと係合接続される、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第3タブを前記本体に当接させるように、前記カバープレートは前記第3タブに押し付けられるように配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の電池セル。 - 前記エンドカバーに、電池セルの内部圧力又は温度が所定の閾値に達する時に前記電池セルの内部圧力を解放するための圧力解放機構が設けられており、
前記絶縁部品に、前記第3タブと前記圧力解放機構との接触を阻害するための絶縁バリアが設けられており、
第1方向に、前記絶縁バリアの投影が第1部分の投影と前記圧力解放機構の投影との間に設けられており、
選択可能に、前記絶縁部品に前記圧力解放機構に対応する圧力解放孔が設けられており、
前記絶縁バリアは前記第1部分と前記圧力解放孔との間に設けられ、前記第3タブは前記圧力解放孔を貫通することを阻害するために使用される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記絶縁部品は、前記圧力解放機構と前記絶縁部品とが間隔を置いて設置されるための突起部を有し、前記圧力解放孔は前記突起部に設けられ、
前記第1部分と前記突起部は前記絶縁バリアを介して接続される、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第1方向及び第2方向に垂直である第3方向に、前記絶縁バリアの幅は、前記第3タブの幅と前記突起部の幅のうち小さい方よりも大きくなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第1方向に、前記絶縁バリアの高さは、前記第3タブの厚さと、前記突起部における圧力解放孔から前記第1部分までの最大距離のうち大きい方よりも大きくなり、かつ前記絶縁バリアの高さは、前記第1部分から前記電極アセンブリの端面までの距離以下である、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池セル。 - 請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の電池セルを含む、
ことを特徴とする電池。 - 電気エネルギーを提供するための、請求項12に記載の電池を含む、
ことを特徴とする電力利用装置。 - 第1開口と収容空間とを有するケースを製造するモジュールと、
前記収容空間に収容され、第1タブ、第2タブ及び第3タブを有し、前記第1タブと前記第2タブの極性が逆であり、前記第3タブと前記第1タブ又は前記第2タブの極性が同様である電極アセンブリを製造するモジュールと、
前記第1開口を密閉するためのエンドカバーを製造するモジュールと、
前記エンドカバーと前記電極アセンブリとの間に設けられる絶縁部品を製造するモジュールとを含む、電池セルを製造する装置であって、
前記第3タブが前記絶縁部品と接続されるように配置される、
ことを特徴とする電池セルを製造する装置。 - 第1開口と収容空間とを有するケースを提供することと、
前記収容空間に収容され、第1タブ、第2タブ及び第3タブを有し、前記第1タブと前記第2タブの極性が逆であり、前記第3タブと前記第1タブ又は前記第2タブの極性が同様である電極アセンブリを提供することと、
前記第1開口を密閉するためのエンドカバーを提供することと、
前記エンドカバーと前記電極アセンブリとの間に設けられる絶縁部品を提供することとを含む、電池セルを製造する方法であって、
前記第3タブが前記絶縁部品と接続されるように配置される、
ことを特徴とする電池セルを製造する方法。
