the user registration unit authenticates the person in charge based on an input of the person in charge's ID and password from an information terminal device operated by the person in charge, receives input of the worker belonging to the entrusted corporation to which the person in charge belongs and the building management work to be performed by the worker, generates an ID and password for the worker, and registers the ID and password of the worker in the user management database in association with the building management work to be performed by the worker;
when the ID and password of the trustor are input from an information terminal device operated by the trustor to request access to the building folder, the access management unit authenticates the trustor based on the ID and password of the trustor and permits access to the building folder corresponding to the building associated with the ID of the trustor in the user management database;
