Claims (4)
- 固体電解質層、正極、負極、及び、前記正極または前記負極に接続してなる端子を有する板状の発電要素と、
前記発電要素を包み込む薄膜のシート部材からなり、前記発電要素を収納する収納部と、前記端子を挟みつつ前記シート部材が重ね合わされて貼着されてなるシール部と、を有する包装材であり、前記端子が自身の外部に露出してなる包装材と、
前記包装材よりも硬い材料からなり、前記包装材を収納する容器であり、前記端子が前記容器の側壁を介して自身の外部に露出してなる容器と、を備える電池であって、
前記容器と前記包装材との間隙には、少なくとも前記側壁から前記シール部と前記収納部との境界まで延びる空隙を形成しつつ前記収納部と前記容器とに接するように配置された第1充填材を備え、
前記容器のうち前記空隙に接する壁面には、前記容器の外部と前記空隙とを連通すると共に第2充填材にて塞がれた穴が形成されてなる電池。 - 前記空隙は、前記境界を越えて前記収納部にまで延びる請求項1記載の電池。
- 前記穴は、前記容器の前記側壁に設けられた、前記端子が通過する端子挿通孔を兼ねてなる請求項1又は2に記載の電池。
- 前記包装材は、前記発電要素の板厚方向に見たときに矩形状をなし、前記シール部は、前記包装材の矩形状の1辺に延びるように形成されてなり、前記シール部の全体が、前記空隙の中に位置する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電池。
