Claims (13)
- 優れた耐食性を有するフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法であって、前記製造される鋼が、重量%で、0.01~0.035%の炭素、0.05~1.0%のケイ素、0.10~0.8%のマンガン、18~24%のクロム、0.05~0.8%のニッケル、0.5~2.5%のモリブデン、0.2~0.8%の銅、0.003~0.05%の窒素、0.05~1.0%のチタン、0.05~1.0%のニオブ、0.03~0.5%のバナジウム、0.010~0.04%のアルミニウムからなり、C+Nの合計は0.06%未満であり、残部は鉄及び不可避混入物であり、
比(Ti+Nb)/(C+N)は、8以上かつ40未満であり、
比Tieq/Ceq、すなわち(Ti+0.515*Nb+0.940*V)/(C+0.858*N)は、6以上かつ40未満であり、

前記モリブデン含有量が、4以下の低い酸性pH値を有する高腐食性環境において0.5~2.5重量%であることを特徴とする、フェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。 - 優れた耐食性を有するフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法であって、前記製造される鋼が、重量%で、0.01~0.035%の炭素、0.05~1.0%のケイ素、0.10~0.8%のマンガン、18~24%のクロム、0.05~0.8%のニッケル、0.003~0.5%のモリブデン、0.2~0.8%の銅、0.003~0.05%の窒素、0.05~1.0%のチタン、0.05~1.0%のニオブ、0.03~0.5%のバナジウム、0.010~0.04%のアルミニウムからなり、C+Nの合計は0.06%未満であり、残部は鉄及び不可避混入物であり、
比(Ti+Nb)/(C+N)は、8以上かつ40未満であり、
比Tieq/Ceq、すなわち(Ti+0.515*Nb+0.940*V)/(C+0.858*N)は、6以上かつ40未満であり、
Leq、すなわち5.8*Nb+5*Ti*Siは、4.5以上であり、前記鋼がAOD(アルゴン-酸素-脱炭)技術を使用して製造され、
前記モリブデン含有量が、中性又は4超の高いpH値を有する腐食性環境において0.003~0.5重量%であることを特徴とする、フェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。 - 前記炭素含有量が0.03重量%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
- 前記マンガン含有量が0.10~0.65重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
- 前記クロム含有量が22.0重量%未満であるが、少なくとも20.0重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
- 前記ニッケル含有量が0.5重量%未満であるが、少なくとも0.05重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
- 前記銅含有量が0.5重量%未満であるが、少なくとも0.2重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
- 前記窒素含有量が0.03重量%未満であるが、少なくとも0.003重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
- 前記チタン含有量が0.07~0.40重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
- 前記バナジウム含有量が0.03~0.20重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
- 前記比(Ti+Nb)/(C+N)が、20以上かつ30未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
- 前記比Tieq/Ceq、すなわち(Ti+0.515*Nb+0.940*V)/(C+0.858*N)が、15以上かつ30未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
- Leq、すなわち5.8*Nb+5*Ti*Siが、4.5以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。
