Claims (9)
- フレームと、
前記フレームに配列される複数のバッテリーセルと、
バッテリーセルの一側に接触するヒートシンクと、
前記ヒートシンクに接触し、前記バッテリーセルの他側に接触する冷却フィンと、
を含み、
前記バッテリーセルは、パウチ型のバッテリーセルであり、前記フレームに対して前記バッテリーセルの最も広い面が上方及び下方を向くように上下方向に配列されている、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数のバッテリーセルは、前記ヒートシンクを中心に対称となるように配置されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクを中心に前記ヒートシンクの上側で一つのバッテリーセルの下部が前記ヒートシンクに接触しており、前記ヒートシンクの下側で他の一つのバッテリーセルの上部が前記ヒートシンクに接触している、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷却フィンは、
前記バッテリーセルのうち前記ヒートシンクに接触した部分の反対側に接触する第1部分と、
前記第1部分から前記ヒートシンク側に向かって延びる第2部分と、
前記第2部分から延びて前記ヒートシンクに接触して固定される第3部分と、
を含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記冷却フィンは、前記バッテリーセルに接触して前記バッテリーセルを支持しながら前記バッテリーセルを冷却するように金属材質から構成された、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 複数のバッテリーセルのそれぞれの電極リードを連結するバスバーをさらに含み、
前記バスバーは、前記ヒートシンクに直接接触している、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、前記ヒートシンクまたは前記冷却フィンにサーマルグルーによって結合されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
