Description
本発明は、2020年11月9日に出願された韓国特許出願第10-2020-0148448号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容を本明細書の一部として含む。
実施例1
前加水分解されたテトラエチルオルトシリケートとエタノールを1:1.1の重量比で混合してシリカ前駆体組成物を製造した。
前記実施例1において、前記ブランケット用基材として繊維マットを通過させながら含浸させるとき、シリカゾルの温度を常温の代わりに35℃に昇温して維持したことを除き、前記実施例1と同一の方法で行った。
前記実施例1において、前記エタノールを含む湿潤ゲルブランケットの製造時、表面改質溶液を添加し、75℃の代わりに85℃で5時間熟成させたことを除き、前記実施例1と同一の方法で行った。
前記実施例1で製造されたエタノールを含む湿潤ゲルブランケットに対し、下記のように乾燥工程を行ったことを除き、前記実施例1と同一の方法で行った。
前記比較例1に対して同一の条件での再現性を確認するため、前記比較例1と同一の方法でそれぞれ行った。
前記比較例1において、常圧乾燥を行わず、超臨界乾燥が完了した湿潤ゲルブランケットでエアロゲルブランケットを収得したことを除き、前記比較例1と同一の方法で行った。
前記実施例1から3及び比較例1から4の乾燥工程による全乾燥時間、エタノールの回収率、気相乾燥工程または常圧乾燥工程でかかった電力量、製造されたエアロゲルブランケットの水分含浸率及び常温熱伝導度を下記のような方法で測定し、表1及び2に示した。
Claims (15)
- 有機溶媒を含む湿潤ゲルブランケットを製造するステップ(S10)と、
湿潤ゲルブランケットを超臨界抽出装置に投入し、超臨界二酸化炭素を用いて湿潤ゲルブランケットを乾燥するステップ(S20)と、
超臨界抽出装置の圧力を減圧するステップ(S30)と、
減圧された超臨界抽出装置に気相の二酸化炭素を供給して湿潤ゲルブランケットを乾燥するステップ(S40)と、を含む、エアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。 - 前記有機溶媒はアルコールである、請求項1に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。
- 前記(S10)ステップで製造される湿潤ゲルブランケットはシリカ湿潤ゲルブランケットである、請求項1又は2に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。
- 前記(S10)ステップは、
シリカ前駆体及び有機溶媒を含む前駆体組成物を製造するステップ(S1)と、
有機溶媒、触媒及び表面改質剤を含む触媒組成物を製造するステップ(S2)と、
前記前駆体組成物及び前記触媒組成物を含浸槽に投入し、前記含浸槽にブランケット用基材を通過させて湿潤ゲルブランケットを製造するステップ(S3)と、
前記湿潤ゲルブランケットに表面改質剤を含む表面改質溶液を添加して熟成させるステップ(S4)と、を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。 - 前記(S3)ステップで製造された湿潤ゲルブランケットは、前記ブランケット用基材が含浸槽を通過するとき、前駆体組成物及び触媒組成物がブランケット用基材に含浸及びゲル化された湿潤ゲルブランケットである、請求項4に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。
- 前記(S20)ステップの乾燥は、湿潤ゲルブランケットを乾燥するとともに有機溶媒を抽出する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。
- 前記(S20)ステップで抽出された有機溶媒は、前記(S10)ステップの湿潤ゲルブランケットを製造するステップに再循環される、請求項6に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。
- 前記(S30)ステップの減圧は、超臨界抽出装置の圧力が10barから70barとなるように行われる、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。
- 前記(S30)ステップの減圧は、
超臨界抽出装置の圧力が50barから70barとなるように減圧するステップ(S31)と、超臨界抽出装置の圧力が10barから50barとなるように減圧するステップ(S32)とを含んで行われる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。 - 前記(S40)ステップで供給される気相の二酸化炭素の供給圧力は10barから70barである、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。
- 前記(S40)ステップで供給される気相の二酸化炭素の供給温度は60℃以上である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。
- 前記(S40)ステップの乾燥は、湿潤ゲルブランケットを乾燥するとともに有機溶媒を抽出する、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。
- 前記(S40)ステップで抽出された有機溶媒は、前記(S10)ステップの湿潤ゲルブランケットを製造するステップに再循環される、請求項12に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。
- 前記エアロゲルブランケットの製造方法は、前記(S40)ステップの乾燥後、超臨界抽出装置の圧力を常圧に減圧するステップ(S50)を含む、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。
- 前記エアロゲルブランケットの製造方法は、有機溶媒の回収率が98.00重量%以上である、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゲルブランケットの製造方法。
