- バイオエアロゾル粒子の組成を識別するためのシステム(100)において、
単一粒子のビームを生成するためのエアロゾルビーム発生器(103)と、
連続タイミングレーザー発生器(103)であって、
タイミングレーザを発生して上記ビーム内の各粒子にインデックスを付け、
インデックス付けされた各粒子の粒子サイズ、偏光に基づく粒子形状、および蛍光を光学的に特徴づけ、
インデックス付けされた粒子のうちイオン化すべき粒子を選択するように構成された、上記連続タイミングレーザー発生器と、
上記タイミングレーザーによってトリガーされ、直径が約150μm未満のイオン化領域を具備し、選択されたインデックス付けされた粒子の各々が上記イオン化領域に到達するときに、IRレーザーパルスおよびUVレーザーパルスを同時に生成して、選択されたインデックス付けされた粒子の各々が上記イオン化領域に到達するときに各インデックス付き粒子のイオン化フラグメントの少なくとも1つおよび各インデックス付き粒子に関連する光子を生成するように構成される、イオン化パルスレーザー発生器と、
各粒子に関連付けられたイオン化フラグメントの少なくとも1つを分析して、選択されたインデックス付き粒子の各々に関連付けられた固有のスペクトルデータを生成するTOFM検出器と、
データ分析システムであって、
光学データを固有の質量スペクトルデータに組み合わせたデータセットを生成し、
各インデックス付き粒子に関連付けられ、組み合わされた固有のスペクトルデータと、選択されたインデックス付き粒子に固有の、粒子サイズ、偏光による粒子形状、および蛍光のデータとを、データ融合を使用して処理し、選択されたインデックス付き粒子に関連付けられた編集されたスペクトルデータを生成し、

上記連続タイミングレーザ―を使用してイオン化パルスレーザー発生器をトリガーして、選択された各インデックス付き粒子が上記イオン化パルスレーザー発生器のイオン化領域に到達したときに、IRレーザーパルスおよびUVレーザーパルスを同時に生成して、選択されたインデックス付けされた粒子の各々が上記イオン化領域に到達するときに各インデックス付き粒子のイオン化フラグメントの少なくとも1つおよび各インデックス付き粒子に関連する光子を生成するステップであって、上記イオン化領域の直径が約150μm未満である、上記ステップと、
TOF-MS検出器を使用して、各インデックス付き粒子の少なくとも1つのイオン化フラグメントを分析し、各粒子に関連付けられた固有のスペクトルデータを生成するステップと、
データ分析システムを使用して、
光学データを固有の質量スペクトルデータにを組み合わせたデータセットを生成し、
