Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a chemically coated steel plate and manufacturing equipment for applying a chemical conversion treatment liquid to the plated steel plate.
As a method for producing this type of chemically coated steel sheet that has been conventionally used, for example, the method shown in
EPDM has lower tensile strength than urethane rubber. Therefore, when using an applicator roll whose surface layer is mainly composed of EPDM as in the conventional method described above, a step called an edge mark is likely to be formed on the surface layer of the applicator roll due to contact with the edge of the plated steel plate. When edge marks are formed on the surface layer, the chemical conversion treatment solution cannot be uniformly applied to the plated steel sheet, resulting in abnormal quality of the chemical conversion treatment plated steel sheet.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and its purpose is to suppress corrosion of the surface layer of the applicator roll even when using an applicator roll whose surface layer is mainly composed of urethane rubber. An object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method and manufacturing equipment for a chemically coated steel sheet that can suppress the occurrence of white unevenness on the chemically coated steel sheet due to corrosion.
The method for producing a chemically coated steel sheet according to the present invention includes a chemical conversion step in which a chromium-free chemical conversion solution is applied to a plated steel sheet using a roll coater having an applicator roll whose surface layer is mainly composed of urethane rubber, and The plated steel plate is a Zn-Al-Mg plated steel plate, and the temperature adjustment process involves air cooling the plated steel plate. After that, water cooling is performed .
The manufacturing equipment for chromium-free chemical conversion coated steel sheet according to the present invention has an applicator roll whose surface layer is mainly composed of urethane rubber, and a roll coater that applies a chromium-free chemical conversion treatment liquid to the plated steel sheet, and a roll coater that enters the roll coater. The plated steel plate is a Zn-Al-Mg-based plated steel plate, and the temperature control equipment cools the plated steel plate in air. After that, water cooling is performed .
According to the manufacturing method and manufacturing equipment for chemical conversion coated steel sheets of the present invention, the surface temperature of the coated steel sheets when entering the roll coater is 30°C or less, so the applicator roll whose surface layer is mainly composed of urethane rubber is used. Even when used, corrosion of the surface layer of the applicator roll can be suppressed, and the formation of white unevenness on the chemical conversion plated steel sheet due to the corrosion can be suppressed.

The present invention is not limited to each embodiment, and can be embodied by modifying the constituent elements without departing from the gist thereof. Moreover, various inventions can be formed by appropriately combining a plurality of components disclosed in each embodiment. For example, some components may be deleted from all the components shown in the embodiments. Furthermore, components of different embodiments may be combined as appropriate.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing a method for manufacturing a chemical conversion plated steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention. A method for manufacturing a chemically coated steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a chemically coated steel sheet by hot-dipping a base steel sheet and then subjecting the plated steel sheet to a chemical conversion treatment. The type of base steel plate is not particularly limited. For example, a steel plate made of low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, high carbon steel, alloy steel, etc. can be used as the base steel plate. When good press formability is required, a deep drawing steel plate made of low carbon Ti-added steel, low carbon Nb-added steel, etc. is preferable as the base steel plate. Alternatively, a high-strength steel plate to which P, Si, Mn, etc. are added may be used.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the method for manufacturing a chemical conversion coated steel sheet according to the embodiment of the present invention, a hot-dip plating process (step S1), a temperature adjustment process (step S2), and a chemical conversion process (step S3) are performed in order. .
The hot-dip plating process (step S1) is a process in which a base steel plate is subjected to hot-dip plating using hot-dip plating equipment. Specifically, this is a step of immersing the base steel plate in a molten metal bath, pulling the base steel plate out of the molten metal bath, and adhering the molten metal to the surface of the base steel plate. A wiping gas facility is disposed above the molten metal bath, and the wiping gas is sprayed onto the base steel plate pulled up from the molten metal bath to adjust the amount of molten metal deposited on the surface of the base steel plate. As the molten metal bath, for example, a molten Zn--Al--Mg alloy bath, a molten Zn--Al alloy bath, a molten Zn bath, or a molten Al bath can be used. In the description of this embodiment, the base steel plate pulled up from the molten metal bath will be referred to as a plated steel plate.
The temperature adjustment step (step S2) is a step in which the temperature of the base steel plate and the molten metal attached to the surface of the base steel plate is adjusted using temperature adjustment equipment. Through this temperature adjustment process, the molten metal adhered to the surface of the base steel sheet is solidified, and a plated steel sheet having a plating layer on the surface is formed.
The temperature adjustment step (step S2) of this embodiment includes an air cooling step (step S21) and a water cooling step (step S22). The air cooling process (step S21) is a process of cooling the plated steel plate by blowing cooling air onto the plated steel plate from a plurality of fans or blowers (air cooling equipment) arranged along the conveyance path of the plated steel plate. The water cooling process (step S22) is a process of cooling the plated steel plate by spraying cooling water onto the plated steel plate from a plurality of nozzles (water cooling equipment) arranged along the conveyance path of the plated steel plate. This water cooling step (step S22) is performed after the air cooling step (step S21). When the molten metal bath is a molten Zn-Al-Mg alloy bath, that is, when the plated steel sheet is a Zn-Al-Mg plated steel sheet, the surface temperature of the plated steel sheet can be lowered to less than 105 ° C. by an air cooling process. preferable. This is because if cooling water is sprayed onto the surface of a Zn-Al-Mg-based plated steel sheet when the surface temperature is 105° C. or higher, a part of the surface of the chemical conversion-treated plated steel sheet may turn black. Furthermore, even if the plated steel sheet is a Zn-Al-Mg-based plated steel sheet, the plating after the air cooling process can be improved by adding easily oxidizable elements such as rare earth elements, Y, Zr, or Si to the molten metal bath. Even if the surface temperature of the steel plate is 105° C. or more and 300° C. or less, the above-mentioned black discoloration can be prevented.
The chemical conversion treatment step (step S3) is a step of applying a chemical conversion treatment liquid to the plated steel sheet using a roll coater. As the chemical conversion treatment liquid, a chromium-free chemical conversion treatment liquid and a chromium chemical conversion treatment liquid are used. Examples of chromium-free chemical conversion treatment liquids include treatment liquids containing at least one of phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and salts thereof.
Next, FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the

That is, the chromium chemical
Each
The main component of the surface layer of the applicator rolls 110d, 111d, 120d, and 121d is urethane rubber. "Main component" means a component that accounts for more than 50% by mass of the entire component. Urethane rubber has a higher tensile strength than other materials such as ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) (tensile strength of urethane rubber: about 20 to 40 MPa, tensile strength of EPDM: 5 to 40 MPa). (approximately 20 MPa). For this reason, by using urethane rubber as the main component of the surface layer of the applicator rolls 110d, 111d, 120d, 121d, a step called an edge mark is created by contact with the edge of the plated
On the other hand, when the main component of the surface layer is urethane rubber, a problem arises in that the surface layer of the applicator rolls 110d and 111d of the
Therefore, in the method for manufacturing a chemical conversion coated steel sheet according to the present embodiment, when at least the chromium-free chemical
The surface temperature of the plated

The manufacturing equipment for the chromium-free chemical conversion coated steel sheet of this embodiment has applicator rolls 110d and 111d whose surface layer is mainly composed of urethane rubber, and a first roll for applying the chromium-free chemical
Next, examples will be given. FIG. 3 is a graph showing the relationship between the surface temperature of the plated
As shown in Fig. 3, when the surface temperature of the plated
