Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to liquid dishwasher detergent compositions.
In recent years, dishwashers for cleaning tableware, cooking utensils, etc. (objects to be cleaned) have become popular not only in kitchens of hotels, restaurants, school lunch centers, etc., but also in general households. For cleaning with a dishwasher, a special detergent (detergent for dishwashers) is generally used.
Liquid detergent compositions used for dishwashers are required to have high cleaning power against complex stains that are a mixture of organic substances such as oil stains, starch stains, and protein stains. In addition, low foaming ( It is required to have excellent properties (low foaming properties).
For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a dishwasher detergent containing an alkaline agent and a surfactant. According to the detergent composition of Patent Document 1, detergency, low foaming properties, storage stability, and finishing properties are improved.
Further, Cited Document 2 proposes a dishwasher detergent containing an alkaline agent. According to the cleaning composition of Patent Document 1, cleaning power is enhanced.
However, since the liquid cleaning agents of Patent Documents 1 and 2 are strongly alkaline, glassware tends to become cloudy due to inorganic substances such as alkaline agents.

“HLB” is indicated by IOB×10 in the organic conceptual diagram.
The IOB in the organic conceptual diagram refers to the ratio of the inorganic value (IV) to the organic value (OV) in the organic conceptual diagram, ie, "inorganic value (IV)/organic value (OV)."
The organic conceptual diagram was proposed by Mu Fujita, and its details can be found in "Pharmaceutical Bulletin", 1954, vol. 2,2,pp. 163-173; "Region of Chemistry", 1957, vol. 11, 10, pp. 719-725; "Fragrance Journal", 1981, vol. 50, pp. 79-82, etc. In other words, the origin of all organic compounds is methane (CH 4 ), and all other compounds are considered to be methane derivatives, and certain values are set for each of their carbon numbers, substituents, modified parts, rings, etc. The scores are added to determine the organic and inorganic values. These values are then plotted on a diagram with the organic value on the X axis and the inorganic value on the Y axis. This organic conceptual diagram is also shown in "Organic Conceptual Diagram - Basics and Applications" (written by Yoshio Koda, Sankyo Publishing, 1984).

<pH of diluted solution containing acetic acid>
The pH (25° C.) of the acetic acid-containing diluted solution of the liquid cleaning composition is preferably 6.0 or higher, more preferably 6.2 or higher, and even more preferably 6.4 or higher. Further, it is preferably 8.0 or less, more preferably 7.5 or less, and even more preferably 7.3 or less. Specifically, the pH (at 25° C.) of the acetic acid-containing diluted solution of the liquid cleaning composition is preferably 6.0 to 8.0, more preferably 6.2 to 7.5, and more preferably 6.4 to 7. 3 is more preferred.
When the pH of the acetic acid-containing diluted solution of the liquid cleaning composition is equal to or higher than the above lower limit, the cleaning power against complex stains can be easily increased.
When the pH of the acetic acid-containing diluted solution of the liquid cleaning composition is below the above upper limit, the detergency against cloudy stains on glass tableware can be easily improved.
In this specification, an acetic acid-containing dilute solution of a liquid cleaning composition is prepared by the following method.
<Method for preparing acetic acid-containing diluted liquid detergent composition>
Prepare a diluted solution by adding ion-exchanged water so that the content of the liquid cleaning composition is 0.2% by mass, and add the diluted solution and 1% by mass acetic acid aqueous solution to [mass of diluted solution]: A dilute solution containing acetic acid is prepared by mixing so that the mass ratio expressed by [acetic acid aqueous solution] is 200:1.

≪How to use liquid cleaning composition≫
The liquid detergent composition of the present invention can be used in a dishwasher, and may be used depending on the model of the dishwasher and the degree of dirt on the dishes.
Examples of methods for washing objects to be washed in a dishwasher using a liquid detergent composition include methods that include both washing and rinsing steps.
As a cleaning method, for example, tap water at room temperature (preferably about 5 to 30°C) is introduced into the dishwasher cabinet, and the cleaning liquid prepared is heated to a predetermined cleaning temperature (the temperature of the cleaning liquid circulated during washing). A step of washing the object to be cleaned while heating it (hereinafter referred to as the "cleaning step"), a step of rinsing the object to be cleaned after cleaning with tap water at room temperature (hereinafter referred to as the "rinsing (1) step"), A step of further rinsing the object to be cleaned after the rinsing (1) step (hereinafter referred to as "rinsing (2) step") while heating tap water at room temperature preferably to 70 to 75° C. at a rate of 2 to 3° C./min. ). The washing time in the washing step is preferably 10 to 40 minutes.
In the case of a general standard course, the cleaning temperature in the cleaning step is about 55 to 65°C, and the temperature increase rate is about 2 to 3°C/min.
