Description
The present invention relates to a radio wave absorber.
However, in the radio wave absorber of
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional situation, and an object to be solved is to provide a radio wave absorber that can support a wide frequency band.
The radio wave absorber of the first invention is
A reflective layer that reflects radio waves,
a radio wave absorption layer having radio wave absorption performance;
a spacer layer disposed between the reflective layer and the radio wave absorbing layer;
It is equipped with
The radio wave absorbing layer is a resistor in which a radio wave absorbing material is dispersed.
The radio wave absorber of the second invention is
A reflective layer that reflects radio waves,
a radio wave absorption layer having radio wave absorption performance of at least two layers;
a spacer layer disposed on the reflective layer side for each of the radio wave absorbing layers;
It is equipped with
At least one layer of each of the radio wave absorbing layers is a resistor in which a radio wave absorbing material is dispersed.
The radio wave absorbers of the first and second inventions absorb radio waves on a different principle from the λ/4 radio wave absorber because the radio wave absorbing layer is a resistor in which a radio wave absorbing material is dispersed. Therefore, in this radio wave absorber, periodic peaks in the amount of attenuation do not appear clearly in a wide frequency band, and periodic dips do not appear clearly either. In other words, this radio wave absorber has no significant periodicity in the amount of attenuation in a wide frequency band, and there is no clear drop, so it can support a wide frequency band.
Moreover, the radio wave absorber of the second invention has no significant periodicity in the amount of attenuation in a wide frequency band, and can correspond to this wide frequency band, and also increases the amount of attenuation in the 1 GHz band (low frequency band). be able to.
Note that the "reflective layer that reflects radio waves" in the first and second inventions refers to a layer that has higher reflective performance than layers other than the reflective layer. Furthermore, the term "radio wave absorbing layer having radio wave absorption performance" in the first and second inventions refers to a layer that has higher radio wave absorption performance than layers other than the radio wave absorption layer.
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described.
In the radio wave absorber of the second invention, at least one layer of each radio wave absorbing layer is preferably a resistive film. In this case, the thickness of the radio wave absorber can be reduced.
In the radio wave absorber of the second aspect of the invention, it is preferable that the radio wave absorbing layer disposed at the farthest position from the reflective layer toward the radio wave arrival side is the resistor. In this case, even if the radio wave absorber is irradiated with strong radio waves, the heat generated by the resistor can be suppressed to a low level. Therefore, the temperature rise on the surface of the radio wave absorber on the radio wave arrival side is suppressed, and there is no risk of burns even if the surface of the radio wave absorber on the radio wave arrival side is touched. Furthermore, even if the surface of the resistor on the radio wave arrival side is scratched, the radio wave absorption performance is less affected because the resistor has radio wave absorbing material dispersed therein. Furthermore, since the surface of the radio wave absorber on the radio wave arrival side is a resistor in which a radio wave absorbing material is dispersed, this resistor is resistant to oxidation and can absorb radio waves stably over a long period of time.

Next, frequency characteristic graphs of the amount of attenuation of each of the
From these graphs, it can be seen that in the
In this way, each of the
Next, FIG. 16 shows a frequency characteristic graph of the amount of attenuation of each of the
The
In addition, since these

As explained above, the
Further, the
In the
In addition, the
Further, in the
Furthermore, in the

(1) In Examples 1 to 6, the spacer layer was made of calcium carbonate foaming agent, but as long as the dielectric constant is about 1, it can be made of styrene material, urethane material, glass fiber material, resin material, etc. good. Further, when making the spacer layer thin, the spacer layer may be formed using a material with a high dielectric constant.
(2) In Examples 1 to 6, the resistor of the radio wave absorbing layer was made by dispersing carbon black, which is a radio wave absorbing material, in the urethane material that is the base material, but the base material is not a urethane material. It may be a foamed resin material such as styrofoam, concrete/mortar material, plaster material, etc. Further, the radio wave absorbing material may be a ferrite type material such as spinel ferrite, hexagonal ferrite, or garnet ferrite.
(3) In Examples 4 and 6, the resistive film was formed by coating the resistive material in the form of ink on the surface of the polyethylene terephthalate material, which was the base material, to form a resistive film layer. Any material may be used as long as it has a smooth surface and is not electrically conductive, and may be an acrylic material, a polycarbonate material, or the like. Further, the resistive film layer may be formed by depositing gold, silver, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, chromium, indium tin oxide, etc., or may be formed by coating metal powder, carbon, ferrite, etc.
(4) In Examples 4 and 6, the surface resistance value of the resistive film was set to 190Ω/□, but the surface resistance value of the resistive film may be appropriately set in the range of approximately 50Ω/□ to 400Ω/□.
(5) The thickness of the spacer layer of the radio wave absorber of Examples 1 to 6 and the thickness of the resistor of the radio wave absorber layer may be changed as appropriate.
(6) Although the radio wave reflectors of Examples 1 to 6 were square flat plates with one side of 600 mm, the size of one side is not limited to 600 mm. Further, the radio wave reflector is not limited to a square shape, but may be a flat plate having an arbitrary shape such as a rectangular shape.
(7) The radio wave reflectors of Examples 1 to 6 could be made into square flat plates with a side of 600 mm and used as retrofitted interior materials. A spacer layer and a radio wave absorbing layer may be laminated on the surface side to form radio wave absorbers such as those in Examples 1 to 6.
(8) Although the finishing layer was provided in Examples 1 to 6, the finishing layer may not be provided.
(9) In Examples 1 to 3, one radio wave absorption layer and one spacer layer are laminated, and in Examples 4 to 5, two radio wave absorption layers and two spacer layers each are stacked alternately. However, three or more radio wave absorbing layers and spacer layers may be alternately stacked. In this case, at least one of the plurality of radio wave absorbing layers is a resistor.
