Description
The present invention comprises a urethane-acrylic composite resin (C) in which a urethane unit (A) and a (meth)acrylic unit (B) are linked by a chain transfer agent residue, a crosslinking agent (D), and a reactive diluent (E). ), wherein the (meth)acrylic unit (B) has a hydroxyl value of 5 mgKOH/g or more, and the (meth)acrylic unit (B) contains nitrogen atoms in the molecule. An adhesive resin composition (F) characterized in that it has a structural unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (G) having ) regarding.
Various structural adhesives are used in the fields of automobiles, building materials, ships, aircraft, etc. to bond and fix resins, glass, metals such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, ceramics, etc. In recent years, in the fields of automobiles and aircraft, efforts have been made to reduce weight in order to improve fuel efficiency, increasing the proportion of materials made of plastic and fiber-reinforced plastic (hereinafter referred to as FRP), and even replacing lighter metals with steel. There is a growing movement to replace aluminum with aluminum, and there is a need for adhesives that can firmly bond these materials. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of workability and reduction of environmental impact, there is a demand for adhesives that do not contain volatile organic compounds.
However, for example, when bonding metals such as aluminum and materials with different linear expansion coefficients such as FRP, high stress is applied to the adhesive layer due to the difference in expansion coefficients between the materials caused by temperature changes in the manufacturing process or usage temperature environment. However, there is a problem in that it promotes destruction or deterioration of the adhesive layer.
To address these issues, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3 disclose a method in which long-chain polyamines, nano-dispersed rubber particles, etc. are added to an epoxy compound that has high adhesion to metals and FRP for the purpose of stress relaxation.
