Description
The present invention relates to magnetic wall panels and magnetic wall sheets. More specifically, the present invention relates to a magnetic wall panel and a magnetic wall material sheet that simultaneously have fire resistance, scratch resistance, erasability, and low gloss, and are suitable for application to interior walls of buildings.
In recent years, indoor magnetic walls that can attract and hold items such as display pieces or shelves equipped with ferromagnetic materials on the wall surface using magnetic force have become popular. Since such magnetic walls are indoor walls, they are required to have excellent fire resistance to prevent damage from spreading in the event of a fire. 2 and 6 of
By the way, for indoor magnetic walls, in addition to being fireproof, several conditions are required for the wall surface. For example, it is difficult to meet all of these requirements at the same time, such as scratch resistance to prevent scratches, erasability to easily remove dirt, and low gloss to give a room a sense of openness and calmness.
For example, if the surface hardness is increased to improve scratch resistance, the reflectance will increase and low gloss will be impaired. That is, discomfort due to reflection of light and deterioration of design due to glare etc. occur. Therefore, embossing can be applied to the wall surface in order to suppress the reflection of light, but when embossing is applied, dirt tends to remain in the minute concave parts of the surface, resulting in poor erasability. come.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic wall panel and a magnetic wall material sheet that simultaneously meet the requirements of fire resistance, scratch resistance, erasability, and low gloss. With the goal.

A magnetic wall panel (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) comprising: which satisfies the evaluation criteria of the following test regarding fire resistance, and whose surface, which becomes the wall surface (11), has a pencil hardness of 4H or higher. It is characterized by
[Pyrogenicity test]
In a heat generation test using a cone calorimeter tester in accordance with ISO 5660-1 and in accordance with the fire resistance test method and performance evaluation standard based on
[1] The total calorific value for 20 minutes after the start of heating is 8 MJ/m 2 or less,
[2] For 20 minutes after the start of heating, the maximum heat generation rate does not exceed 200 KW/ m2 for 10 seconds or more,
[3] It must be non-flammable and free from cracks and holes that are harmful to fire protection for 20 minutes after the start of heating.
[Gas toxicity test]
In the gas toxicity test according to the gas toxicity test method according to the Ministry of Construction Notification No. 1231 of August 25, 1975, the average behavioral stoppage time of the mouse is 6.8 minutes or more.
According to this aspect, it satisfies the evaluation criteria of the above-mentioned test regarding fireproofing properties desirable for indoor walls, and is therefore suitable for application to indoor walls of buildings.
Further, the surface coat layer (40) has a hardening function, and the surface of the surface coat layer (40) that becomes the wall surface (11) has a pencil hardness of 4H or more, so that scratch resistance and erasability can be improved. Furthermore, since the surface coating layer (40) is transparent and has a matting function, the low gloss of the decorative layer (32) that can be seen through the transparent layer is ensured, resulting in a calm and matte wall surface. I can do it.
Note that the integration of the magnetic wall material sheets (1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A) and the inorganic board (10) is not limited to direct, but may be indirect. For example, a soft magnetic material layer (60) may be used as described later.
Another aspect of the present invention is that in the magnetic wall panels (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), the magnetic wall material sheets (1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A) have a decorative layer (32) on one side. The wall material layer (30) has a decorative layer (32) between the ferromagnetic layer (20, 60, 70) and the surface coat layer (40). ).
According to this aspect, the existing wall material layer (30) having a decorative layer (32) on one side can be used, so manufacturing costs can be suppressed.
In another aspect of the present invention, in the magnetic wall panel (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), the surface coat layer (40) includes a base film (41) having a light-transmitting property and a base film (41) having a light-transmitting property. It is a laminate with a hard mat layer (42), and the hard mat layer (42) has a structure in which a transparent resin material (421) contains a large number of light scattering fine particles (422).
According to this aspect, since the large number of light scattering fine particles (422) causes diffuse reflection on the surface and produces a matte function (matting function), it is possible to increase the flatness of the wall surface (11). It is possible to improve erasability.
In another aspect of the present invention, in the magnetic wall panel (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), the surface of the surface coat layer (40) that is not opposite to the ferromagnetic layer (20, 70) is provided. The pencil hardness is less than 4H.
According to this embodiment, even if the surface coat layer (40) has a low pencil hardness by itself, by laminating it on the elastic ferromagnetic layer (20, 70), the wall surface (11) which is the outermost layer can be The hardness can be increased, and the scratch resistance of the wall surface (11) can be ensured.

According to this aspect, due to the yoke effect of the soft magnetic material layer (60), the magnetic flux density of the magnetized surface of the magnet sheet (20) on the side that becomes the wall surface (11) increases, and stronger magnetic attraction force is obtained.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[First embodiment]
1 is a cross-sectional view of a
As shown in FIG. 6, which will be described later, the
In addition, in the following description, the laminate of the
The
The
Such flexible sheet-like magnets are made of hard magnetic materials (for example, ferrite magnet materials such as barium ferrite and strontium ferrite, or rare earth magnet materials such as samarium-cobalt magnets, neodymium-iron-boron magnets, etc.). A combination of fine powder and a small amount of organic polymer elastomer (e.g., chlorinated polyethylene, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene/propylene rubber, nitrile rubber, acrylic rubber, chloroprene rubber) as a binder. It is manufactured by forming the mixture into a sheet by a molding method such as rolling or extrusion, and magnetizing both sides. Note that the magnetization pitch of the
The
The coat film 40 is a film-like hard matte coating material that simultaneously imparts a hardening function and a matting function to the surface of the
The base film 41 can be mainly made of a transparent thermoplastic resin such as a polyethylene resin whose surface has been treated to facilitate adhesion.
As shown in FIG. 3, the hard mat layer 42 is composed of an acrylic resin material 421 and a large number of acrylic fine particles 422 encapsulated therein.
In the coat film 40 alone, the hard matte layer 42 has a surface hardness of 2H in terms of pencil hardness.
The pencil hardness here refers to the hardness measured by a pencil hardness test (scratching test) specified by JIS K5600-5-4:1999, for example. This test is conducted under conditions where a constant load is applied to the pencil and the lead moves at a speed of 1 mm/sec. Pencil hardness is the highest hardness that does not cause any scratches on the surface of the test object in the pencil hardness test.
Note that when measuring pencil hardness, multiple pencils with different hardnesses are used, but each pencil is tested five times, and at least four out of five times there is no appearance such as scratches on the surface of the test object. If no abnormality is visually observed, the hardness of the pencil used during the test is defined as the pencil hardness. For example, if a test operation is performed five times using a 3H pencil and no appearance abnormality occurs four times or more, the pencil hardness of the test object is at least 3H.
Here, the magnetic

The production of the
As shown in FIG. 5, the dry laminator DL includes unwinders 61 and 62, a gravure coater 63, a drying oven 64, a heating nip roll 65, a cooling roll 66, a

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5A, a roll of
In the next second step S2, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5(b), the coated wall material sheet 50 produced in the first step S1 is laminated onto the
Specifically, the roll bodies set in the unwinding machines 61 and 62 are replaced. That is, as shown in FIG. 5(b), a roll of the coated wall material sheet 50 is set in the unwinding machine 61, and a roll of the
In the final third step S3, after cutting the magnetic
The
Xs=X-σ
Furthermore, in a gas toxicity test based on the gas toxicity test method according to the Ministry of Construction Notification No. 1231 of August 25, 1976, the product met the evaluation standard of 6.8 minutes or more for the average behavioral stoppage time of mice. There is. In other words, the average value X of the time it takes for eight mice to stop acting after inhaling the gas generated by heating the test object in a heating furnace using radiant heat from an electric heater and contact with the flame (behavior stopping time) and The standard deviation σ is determined, and the behavioral stop time Xs of the mouse is determined using the following formula.
Xs=X−σ
If the value of Xs is greater than 6.8 minutes (the time the mouse stops moving on standard wood), it satisfies the evaluation criteria for passing. Here, the reason why the value obtained by subtracting the standard deviation from the average value of the behavioral stoppage time is used as the criterion for passing or failing is based on the idea that the evaluation should be performed while taking into account the variations in materials and test results.
Further, as a result of conducting a test similar to the pencil hardness test specified in JIS K5600-5-4 (1999), the surface of the hard mat layer 42 that becomes the wall surface 11 had a pencil hardness of 6H.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a magnetic wall 100 including a
As shown in FIG. 6, the magnetic wall 100 is constructed by attaching nails to a wall base 80 made of plywood, concrete, light metal, or the like, with the wall surface 11 of the
Thereby, the
Next, the advantages of the
According to the
In addition, the
This method of causing diffuse reflection and diffusion on the surface of the fine particles 422 described above is different from the method of embossing the wall surface, and can improve the flatness of the wall surface 11 and has excellent erasability.
By the way, this hard mat layer 42 has a pencil hardness of 2H by itself, but by creating a laminated structure in which the
Since it has good erasability, writing and erasing can be freely done on the wall surface 11 with a writing instrument such as a whiteboard marker. Therefore, when used as a projection surface of a projector, it can be used as a wall surface on which images can be written. It is also effective when installed in a child's room. For example, when a whiteboard for graffiti is magnetically attached to the wall surface 11 of the magnetic wall 100, it is a habit of children to often draw on the wall beyond the surface of the board. Even if the ink is drawn on the wall surface 11, it can be easily erased.
In this way, the
Other advantages include:
For example, when an article to be magnetically attached to the wall surface 11 of the
In addition to magnetic sheets, shelves and display items equipped with magnetic sheets, we also use magnets to hold display items printed on extremely thin steel plates, specifically steel paper (registered trademark) manufactured by the applicant, etc. Effective as a wall surface.

[Second embodiment]
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the
The steel sheet 60 is made of foil or sheet steel with a thickness of 0.05 mm to 0.35 mm, and the non-laminated surface of the

Specifically, a roll of the magnetic
In the last step, as in the first embodiment, after cutting the magnetic

[Third embodiment]
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of a
As shown in FIG. 9, the
The
In manufacturing such a
Like the
[Fourth embodiment]
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view of a
As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the
In the
Such a
The
[Fifth embodiment]
FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view of a
As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the
Such a
The
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the embodiments disclosed above are merely examples, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. The scope of the present invention is indicated by the description of the claims, and is intended to include all changes within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims.
For example, the base film 31 of the
Further, it is also possible to provide a metal foil such as aluminum foil having a thickness of 10 μm to 80 μm, for example, on the lower surface of the
The reason why the thickness of the metal foil is set in the above range is that if it is less than 10 μm, no effect of improving flame resistance can be expected, and if it is more than 80 μm, there is a strong possibility that the magnetic attraction force on the wall surface 11 will be weakened. By making this metal foil highly resistant to corrosion, it is also possible to improve its durability as a wall material. In addition, when it is set as the above structure, the total thickness of a magnetic wall material sheet becomes thicker than the total thickness of the said embodiment by the amount of metal foil.
Further, instead of the steel sheet 60, a sheet-shaped ferritic stainless steel (for example, SUS430) may be used. Stainless steel (SUS430) has the property of attracting permanent magnets and can produce a yoke effect. Furthermore, if the thickness is 0.1 mm or less, no sparks will be generated during cutting with a rotary blade.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, each film-like base material is laminated on the surface of the
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the
In each of the embodiments described above, the
