Description
図3および4を参照して、3つの異なる流量(25、125、および400mL/時)を、同じ条件(輸液(点滴)された液体、製品コード、製造ロット、周囲条件、ヘッドの高さ)を使用してテストした。臨床的に72時間または12Lのどちらか早い方の適切な限界までテストするために、輸液継続時間は、テスト毎に変えた。流量データを集め、流量精度を各時点での1時間移送平均を用いて評価して、輸液の各時間の精度を得た。
図3に示すように、選択された流量の流量精度(%誤差)を、時間の関数としてプロットすると、データが広範囲に拡がり、性能の変化を調整するに使用することができるような信頼できる傾向をもたらしていない。どの時点でも、流量間の精度は最大10%変動する可能性があり、時間ベースでの調整は有効でない。
Claims (8)
- 所定時間にわたってチューブ投薬セットを通して所望流量で液体をポンプ移送するように構成された輸液ポンプであって、
前記チューブ投薬セットを取り外し可能に受け、前記チューブ投薬セットの一部にパルス力を加えて、これにより前記チューブ投薬セットの一部を押付けて前記チューブ投薬セットの出口から液体の流れを作るようにされたポンピング機構と、
前記ポンピング機構に接続され、前記ポンピング機構を作動させるように構成されたコントローラと、を有してなり、
前記コントローラは、
前記所望流量に基づいて第1のパルス周波数を決定し、
流量精度と輸液された液体容量との間の相関関係によりチューブ劣化関数を作り、前記チューブ劣化関数に基づいて前記第1のパルス周波数を調整して第2のパルス周波数を提供し、
前記第2のパルス周波数に基づき、前記ポンピング機構を作動させる制御信号を前記ポンピング機構に出力するように構成され、
前記チューブ投薬セットから輸液された液体容量を示すセンサの入力を受信し、
前記所望流量に基いて前記第1のパルス周波数を決定する際に、前記チューブ投薬セットを形成するために使用される材料の種類についての入力を考慮し、
前記第2のパルス周波数は、前記チューブ投薬セットの前記材料の劣化を補償することによって前記所望流量を維持することを特徴とする輸液ポンプ。 - 前記第1のパルス周波数の調整は、前記第1のパルス周波数を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記コントローラはさらに、受け取った前記センサの入力に基づいて、ある時間にわたって前記チューブ投薬セットの出口から輸液された液体容量を決定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記コントローラは、プロセッサと、前記プロセッサに接続されたメモリを有し、
前記メモリに記憶され、前記プロセッサによって実行可能な前記メモリに備えられた命令が、前記チューブ劣化関数に基づいて前記第2のパルス周波数を決定し、そして決定された前記第2のパルス周波数に基づいて前記ポンピング機構を作動させる制御信号を前記ポンピング機構に出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の輸液ポンプ。 - チューブ投薬セットおよびポンピング機構を有する輸液ポンプの前記ポンピング機構を制御する方法であって、
前記チューブ投薬セットを取外し可能に受けて、前記チューブ投薬セットにパルス力を及ぼして、これにより前記チューブ投薬セットの一部を押付けて前記チューブ投薬セットの出口からの液体の流れを作り、前記ポンピング機構を制御して、液体を特定時間にわたって前記チューブ投薬セットから所望流量で排出させ、コントローラが前記ポンピング機構に接続され、前記ポンピング機構を作動させるように構成され、
前記コントローラを使用することで、
前記所望流量に基づいて第1のパルス周波数を決定する、
流量精度と輸液された液体容量との間の相関関係によりチューブ劣化関数を作り、前記チューブ劣化関数に基づいて前記第1のパルス周波数を調整して第2のパルス周波数を提供することを特徴とする方法であって、
前記第2のパルス周波数に基づき前記ポンピング機構を作動させる制御信号を前記ポンピング機構に出力する、
前記チューブ投薬セットから輸液された液体容量を示すセンサの入力を受信する、
前記所望流量に基づいて前記第1のパルス周波数を決定する際に、前記チューブ投薬セットを形成するために使用される材料の種類についての入力を考慮する方法であって、
前記第2のパルス周波数は、前記チューブ投薬セットの前記材料の劣化を補償することによって前記所望流量を維持することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1のパルス周波数の調整は、前記第1のパルス周波数を増加させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- さらに、
受取った前記センサの入力に基づいて、ある時間にわたって前記チューブ投薬セットの出口から輸液された液体容量を決定する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - メモリに格納されたコンピュータ実行可能命令と、前記命令がプロセッサによって実行されるとき、
コントローラが輸液された液体容量と、所望流量とに基づいて、パルス周波数を決定する装置であって、
ポンピング機構は、チューブ投薬セットを取外し可能に受け、前記チューブ投薬セットにパルス力を及ぼして前記チューブ投薬セットの出口からの液体の流れを作り、
前記パルス周波数を決定することは、
前記所望流量に基づいて第1のパルス周波数を決定し、
流量精度と前記輸液された液体容量との間の相関関係によりチューブ劣化関数を作り、前記チューブ劣化関数に基づいて前記第1のパルス周波数を調整して第2のパルス周波数を提供し、
前記第2のパルス周波数に基づき、前記ポンピング機構を作動させる制御信号を前記ポンピング機構に出力し、
前記第2のパルス周波数は、前記チューブ投薬セットの材料の劣化を補償することによって前記所望流量を維持することを特徴とする装置。
