前記身頃は、伸縮性に富んだニット素材で構成され、
前記開口部が形成されている身頃の前面を被覆する前立て部が、前記身頃を構成する素材よりも伸縮しない、肌触りの良い布帛素材で構成され、
前記前立て部は、前立て部の上部に、身頃の前面にある腰ゴム部に接続するための前立てゴム部を備え、
前記前立てゴム部の幅方向の両端と前記腰ゴム部とが接続され、前記前立て部の下端と前記身頃の股部とが接続されて、前記身頃に前記前立て部が取り付けられており、前記前立てゴム部と前記腰ゴム部との間が遊離して通気部が形成されている
