Description
The present invention relates to a drug sorting device.
Mainly in hospital dispensing rooms, there are cases where a large amount of medicine dispensed by a packaging machine or the like ends up being returned unused due to shortages, packaging errors, or other reasons.
To identify drugs, it is common practice to use the drug identification code written on the outside of the drug to identify the drug, but especially for prepackaged drugs, it is necessary to check the drug against the outside. Moreover, it is very difficult for pharmacists to manually identify unknown prescribed drugs based on the size, shape, color, etc. of the drug.
For the purpose of collecting and reusing such drugs, drug sorting devices are used that, for example, identify drugs based on images and return them to predetermined storage locations (for example,
However, it is difficult to identify the type of drug from an image in which a large amount of drugs are mixed together due to overlapping or closeness of the drugs. On the other hand, when the medicine is added little by little and the discrimination work is performed, it is difficult to reduce the manual labor of pharmacists and the like, and it is also difficult to improve the discrimination speed.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and aims to provide a novel medicine sorting device that can stably distinguish between medicines even in a state where a large amount of medicines are mixed together.
The present invention provides a storage unit including an input port into which a plurality of drugs are mixed together and an outlet from which the drugs are discharged, an imaging device that acquires an image, and a transparent member on which the drugs are placed. and an illumination device disposed on the opposite side of the imaging device with the transparent member in between, a first imaging unit for determining the shape of the drug from the captured image, and a first imaging unit located below the discharge port. a guide section that is disposed in the area and transports the drug to the first imaging section; a first annular illumination section; a second illumination section that has a rod shape; and two imaging devices attached above and below. a second photographing section for determining the type of the drug from the photographed images; a transport section for holding and transporting the medicines one by one ; and a second photographing section for determining the type of the drug from the photographed images; an image recognition unit that determines the type of the drug from an image photographed by the second photographing unit, the image being photographed by the second photographing unit; The drug sorting device is a drug sorting device in which the transfer section transfers the drug from the second photographing section to a predetermined container in which the drug is to be placed, based on the type of the drug determined from the A guide main body portion that forms a bottom surface of the guide portion and includes a wedge-shaped groove formed along the drug transport direction and a step portion that descends in the drug transport direction; The alignment structure includes a guide wall surface that is removably provided with a magnetic type and constitutes a side wall of the guide section, and a vibration drive section that is disposed on the lower surface of the guide body section and vibrates the guide body section. a detection part that aligns the medicine when the medicine moves to the first imaging part and is formed between the guide part and the first imaging part to detect passage of the medicine; After the detection unit detects passage of at least one of the drugs, the vibration drive unit is temporarily stopped until the imaging device of the first imaging unit captures an image .
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a medicine sorting device that can stably discriminate medicines even when a large amount of medicines are mixed together.
Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows the basic configuration of a

In this embodiment, the medicine M is particularly described as a tablet, but it is not limited to this configuration, and any medicine can be used as long as it can be discriminated from a photographed image. For example, the drug M may have various shapes such as a disc, a cylinder, an ellipsoid, a capsule, and the like.
As shown in FIG. 2, the

In this embodiment, the

In the present embodiment, the
With this configuration, the medicine M vibrates in an inclined state during transportation, so the
Further, in this embodiment, the
With this configuration, the medicine M moves along the transport path surrounded by the guide
Further, in this embodiment, the

Further, since the attachment to the guide
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, a
The
The
Let me explain this point in a little more detail. As already mentioned, since the

As shown in FIG. 5, the

As shown in FIG. 5(b), the

Further, it is more desirable that both the
The
When the drug M is irradiated with the irradiation light emitted from the
As already mentioned, the number of medicines M passing at one time is limited by the
When the medicine M is placed on the
Furthermore, it is known that even if the drug M comes too close to the side wall, image recognition may not be successful and the drug M and the side wall may be recognized as having an integral shape. This is because even if a transparent member is used for the photographing

Since this third image is photographed with so-called low-angle illumination, it is possible to detect edge portions formed on the surface of the medicine M, including stamp information, relatively easily.
In this manner, in step S107, two images with different illumination conditions are taken for each of the upper and lower surfaces, thereby making it possible to more accurately identify the drug M.

In addition, in step S108 and step S120, when the determined medicine M is a capsule, the medicine M is transferred to the capsule discrimination part 43 by the transfer section 50 (step S121).
In the capsule discriminating section 43,

On the other hand, when the printed information on the capsule placed on the capsule discriminating unit 43 is printed along the circumferential direction of the capsule, the information is printed by connecting multiple photos of the rotating drug M in a panoramic manner.

Note that the transfer at this time is the same even when the medicine M is a tablet, so the same numbers are given and the explanation is omitted.

In the following example, the case of normal mode will be explained in particular.
In the normal mode, as shown in FIG. 16, the number of collection containers and sorting containers is determined to be a predetermined number.
In particular, FIG. 16 shows color-coding in which 9 collection containers are used and the remaining 39 containers are sorted containers, but the number is not limited to this and may be determined as appropriate according to the initial setting.

Now, unlike the normal mode, in the automatic mode, in order to extend the operating time of the
Specifically, as shown in Figure 16, the initial settings were to have 9 collection containers and the remaining 39 sorting containers, but the 40th type of drug M was discovered, and there were still no containers containing drug M. If there is a collection container that has not been sorted, such empty collection container can be automatically registered as the 40th sorted container.
In this way, since the
With this configuration, the operating time of the
The present embodiment also includes a
Further, in the present embodiment, the accommodation
In this way, by calculating the maximum volume of the collection container assuming that it is the volume of the drug M, it is possible to prevent the drug M from being put into the collection container in excess, and to sort the drug M. Accidents such as falling into the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the mounting table 63 is configured to move along at least one side of the mounting table 63 in order to detect that the medicine M placed on the
According to this configuration, when the
Further, in this embodiment, the
With this configuration, even when the
The present embodiment also includes a reading means 70 for reading the identification information of the medicine displayed on the identification
By pasting the identification information output from the printing means 80 onto the
Further, in this embodiment, on the condition that the identification
Specifically, when the

Further, the mounting table 63 detects the position of the
