Claims (2)
- 流体流路を有する本体ケースと、
前記流体流路内に配置され、流体の流動方向に移動する弁体と、
前記流体流路内に配置され、上流側の端部が前記弁体と接続されかつ下流側の端部が前記本体ケースに固定されたベローズと、
前記ベローズの伸縮に応じて伸縮するように前記ベローズ内に直列に配置された複数のコイルばねと、を有することを特徴とする弁装置。 - 前記複数のコイルばねの間に配置されたリング部材をさらに有している、請求項1に記載の弁装置。
