Description
The present invention relates to a building risk determination system that determines the collapse risk of a building by using constant slight tremors of the ground and the building.
Even if a building that has experienced an earthquake appears to be in good condition at first glance, it may still be damaged by the earthquake. In the event of an aftershock, there is a risk of secondary disasters occurring due to building materials falling from damaged buildings or the buildings themselves collapsing.
In order to prevent the occurrence of secondary disasters, the damage status of buildings is investigated within a relatively short period of time after the occurrence of an earthquake, and it is determined whether the buildings can be used for the time being. The question of whether or not a building can be used for the time being is determined by visual inspection by an inspector, which poses the problem of variations in the determination results.
Therefore, there is a need for a method of determining the condition of a building quickly, accurately, and without variation.
In the seismic performance evaluation system for evaluating the seismic performance of buildings described in

Based on the constant natural period calculation means for calculating NBT1 and the natural period: NBT1 of the building calculated by the constant natural period calculation means, the natural period of the building at the time of an earthquake: CET1 is calculated for each interstory deformation angle of the building. a ground response analysis means that calculates the dominant period of the ground during an earthquake: EGT1 by executing a response analysis of the ground based on ground boring data; a risk determination means for determining the degree of danger of the building based on the degree of overlap between each natural period of the building: CET1 and the predominant period of the ground at the time of the earthquake: EGT1; The present invention is characterized by comprising a risk level display layer generation means for generating a risk level display layer to be displayed on the base map corresponding to the location of each building.
According to the present invention, the degree of danger of a building can be determined quickly, accurately, and without variation by taking into account the plastic deformation of the ground caused by an earthquake.
The ground and buildings built on this ground have the characteristic that when they become plasticized (destroyed) by an earthquake, their natural period lengthens. The present invention is characterized in that the degree of collapse risk of a building can be determined more accurately by calculating the resonance amplitude of the ground and building by taking into account the extension of the natural period after plasticization of the ground and building.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail using embodiments shown in the drawings. However, unless there is a specific description, the components, types, combinations, shapes, relative arrangements thereof, etc. described in this embodiment are merely illustrative examples and do not limit the scope of this invention. .

<概要>

As described above, when constantly measuring microtremors, it is desirable to make the X direction of the

Below, they will be explained in order.

Formula (1), Formula (2), etc. can be used to calculate the H/V spectrum ratio.

Here, Hx, Hy, and V are Fourier spectra of the constant microtremor of a component in the horizontal X direction, a component in the horizontal Y direction, and a component in the vertical Z direction, respectively. Equation (1) is the equation when the horizontal motion spectrum H is the geometric mean of the spectra Hx and Hy, and Equation (2) is the equation when the horizontal motion spectrum H is the square root of the sum of squares of the spectra Hx and Hy. It is.
The
In steps S303 to S311, the
When a certain amount of strain is applied to the ground during an earthquake, nonlinear behavior (a phenomenon in which stiffness decreases and damping increases) occurs. However, the predominant period of the ground obtained in step S10 is a period calculated based on waveform data measured in a state where no strain occurs in the ground (a state in which the ground behaves linearly). It is necessary to calculate the predominant period of the ground in consideration of nonlinearity.

<<Building resilience characteristics>>
Here, the principle of the calculation executed in step S403 will be explained.
FIG. 17 is a graph showing an example of a building resilience characteristic model. The horizontal axis shows the interstory displacement [1/rad] of the mass point, and the vertical axis shows the seismic layer shear force applied to the mass point.
For example, assume that the restoring force characteristic model of a building is completely elastic-plastic as shown in the figure, the inter-story displacement at the yield point is dy, and the arbitrary inter-story displacement after plasticity is dm. At this time, the plasticity modulus μ can be expressed as “μ=dm/dy”. Furthermore, if the stiffness up to the yield point is k, then the equivalent stiffness k' when the interstory displacement of the building is dm can be expressed as "k'=k/μ".
The natural period T of a building is "T=√(m/k)" where m is the mass of the building, and the natural period T is inversely proportional to the square root of the stiffness k. The equivalent period T' when the interstory displacement of the building is dm is "T' = √(m/k') = √(mμ/k)" from the equivalent stiffness k', which is the natural period before plastic deformation, that is, at any time. It becomes √(μ) times as large as T.
By the way, the stiffness k of the building is equal to the reciprocal of the interstory deformation angle E^(δ/L). In this embodiment, the damage level of the building is set based on the interstory deformation angle E^(δ/L), and the relationship between the set interstory deformation angle E^(δ/L) and the equivalent stiffness k' of the building. From this, the equivalent period T' of the building after the building yields (after plastic deformation) is set.
For example, assuming that the interstory deformation angle at the yield point of a building is 1/120, the damage level of the building is defined as minor damage if the interstory deformation angle is up to 1/120, minor damage if the interstory deformation angle is between 1/120 and 1/60, and minor damage between 1/60 and 1/60. /20 is set as moderate to severe damage, and over 1/20 is set as collapse.
(1/120=(1/20)×(1/6) ∴μ=6)
となる。
When the interstory deformation angle E^(δ/L) is multiplied by μ, the equivalent period T' becomes √(μ) times the normal natural period T, so the interstory deformation angle E^(δ/L) :If the natural period at 1/120 is T, then
When interlayer deformation angle E^(δ/L): 1/60, equivalent period T'=T×√(2)
(1/120=(1/60)×(1/2) ∴μ=2)
When interlayer deformation angle E^(δ/L): 1/20, equivalent period T'=T×√(6)
(1/120=(1/20)×(1/6) ∴μ=6)
becomes.
In this way, from the relationship between the interstory deformation angle and the restoring force characteristics of the building, there is a predetermined relationship between the interstory deformation angle of the building, or in other words, the damage level of the building and the extension of the building's natural period during an earthquake. .
For example, if the interstory deformation angle at the yield point of a building is 1/120, the damage level of the building is determined as follows: if the interstory deformation angle is less than 1/120, there will be slight damage, if the interstory deformation angle is 1/120 or more and less than 1/60, there will be minor damage, and if it is 1/60 or more, there will be minor damage. By setting the angle of deformation between stories of a building as moderate to severe damage if less than 1/20, and collapse if more than 1/20, it is possible to associate the interstory deformation angle of the building with the damage level of the building. Further, the degree of danger of a building can be determined as safe if the damage level of the building is slight, caution is required if the damage is small, and dangerous if the damage is medium or large.
Note that the restoring force characteristic model of the building may be set to a model other than the completely elastic-plastic type.

<S50: Risk determination step>
FIG. 18 is a diagram illustrating a method for determining the degree of danger of a building.
即ち、危険度判定部224は、地震時における建物の固有周期Tが0~CET1(1/120)の場合に「軽微」損傷、CET1(1/120)~CET1(1/60)の場合に「小破」、CET1(1/60)~CET1(1/20)の場合に「中・大破」、CET1(1/20)~の場合に「倒壊」と設定する。

However, in this example, in consideration of the case where the two values are significantly different, the lower and upper limits of the ground vibration period are set to a value based on the actual measured value and a value determined by analysis (or estimation).

[Supplementary information regarding H/V spectrum ratio]
Here, we will supplement the H/V spectrum ratio of the ground.
In the embodiment described above, the H/V spectral ratio calculated by equation (1) or equation (2) was used. This value is the product of the spectrum component Hx in the horizontal X direction and the spectrum component Hy in the horizontal Y direction.
If the engineering foundation is approximately horizontal, the dominant period found from the Hx/V spectral ratio and the dominant period found from the Hy/V spectral ratio approximately match the dominant period found from the H/V spectral ratio. . However, if the engineering foundation is sloped, the spectral ratio in the Hx direction and the spectral ratio in the Hy direction may be significantly different (the dominant periods may not match).
Therefore, instead of the H/V spectral ratio used in the above embodiment, the Hx/V spectral ratio in the horizontal You can also do this. In this case, in step S50 (risk level determination step), the risk
[Relationship between building damage level and building interstory deformation angle]
The interstory deformation angle of the building, which is a reference for determining the damage level of the building, shown in the above embodiment is an example. The interstory deformation angle, which serves as a standard for determining the damage level of a building, may be other than the above values.
For example, the interstory deformation angle of a building, which serves as a criterion, may be set according to the structural type of the building. Further, the interstory deformation angle of the building, which serves as a criterion, may be set depending on whether or not microtremor data is constantly measured. Further, the interstory deformation angle of the building, which serves as a criterion, may be set depending on the presence or absence of ground boring data within a predetermined distance range from the location of the building. The interstory deformation angle of the building, which serves as a determination criterion, may be set depending on whether or not the data necessary for determining the damage level of the building is an estimated value.
Table 1 shows an example of the interstory deformation angle of a building, which is a criterion for determining the damage level of a building.
The interstory deformation angle shown in the "Detailed Judgment Criteria" determines the damage level of a building when the natural period of the building on each floor of the building can be obtained by constantly measuring microtremor data on each floor of the building to be judged. The interlayer deformation angle used as a criterion for determination is shown. It is desirable to obtain constant microtremor data on all floors of a building, but when constant microtremor data is measured on at least one floor of a building, the interstory deformation angle shown in the detailed criteria is used to determine the damage level of the building. It can be used as a standard for
NBT1=0.02H (S造)
NBT1=0.015H (SRC造・RC造)
NBT1=0.06N~0.08N (S造)
NBT1=0.045N~0.06N (SRC造・RC造)
The interstory deformation angle shown in "Simple Judgment Criteria" indicates the interstory deformation angle that becomes a standard for simply determining the damage level of the building when no permanent microtremor data of the building is measured in step S20. If the permanent microtremor data of the building is not measured, in step S401, the building natural period (constant ): NBT1 [seconds] is calculated (estimated).
For example, the following formula can be used as an estimation formula for building natural period (always): NBT1.
NBT1=0.02H (S construction)
NBT1=0.015H (SRC construction/RC construction)
Furthermore, if the floor height is set to 3 to 4 m, the building natural period (always): NBT1 can be estimated from the number of floors N using the following formula.
NBT1=0.06N~0.08N (S construction)
NBT1=0.045N~0.06N (SRC construction/RC construction)
Note that when the building is made of wood, the estimated value of the building natural period (always): NBT1 is set in the range of 0.1 to 0.5 seconds. For example, in step S10, if the year of completion of the building is acquired as one of the basic data of the building, it becomes possible to set the estimated value of the building natural period (always): NBT1 according to the age of the wooden building.
Regarding the damage level of the building, whether the detailed judgment criteria or the simple judgment criteria are used, if the interstory deformation angle of the building is less than
In this way, when part of the data used to determine the level of damage to a building is based on estimated values, the level of damage to the building can be determined using the simple criteria. By using the simple criteria when determining the damage level of a building based on the estimated value, it is possible to prevent the damage level of the building from being determined to be higher than necessary.
[Effects, etc.]
In order to determine the degree of danger of a building using the above method, it is necessary to constantly measure microtremors on each floor of the building and on the ground surface. However, in order for a third-party professional surveyor to enter the site or building and constantly measure microtremors, it is necessary to obtain permission from the owner (or resident) of the site or building. This was an obstacle to constantly collecting microtremor data.
According to the present embodiment, since the user uses a user terminal such as a smartphone to measure constant microtremor data of the building that the user owns or lives in and the ground on which the building is built, the determination server uses a large amount of constant microtremor data and It is possible to collect the results of building risk assessment.
Further, according to the present embodiment, each user can obtain the determination result of the building risk level using a simple method. Each user will be able to recognize the necessity of building reinforcement, etc., depending on the degree of danger of the building, and it will be possible to improve each user's awareness of earthquake disasters.
Note that the degree of danger of a building changes depending on the aging of the building and the scale and number of earthquakes encountered. Therefore, the user can measure the constant microtremors of the building and the ground periodically or at other times such as when the building is hit by an earthquake of a predetermined size or more, and have the judgment server judge the degree of danger of the building. is desirable. For this reason, the determination server uses push notifications, etc. to re-determine the danger level of buildings that have been determined to be dangerous, either periodically or after an earthquake of a predetermined size or larger occurs. , the user terminal may be notified.

[Summary of embodiments, actions, and effects of the present invention]
<First embodiment>
This aspect is a building
The building risk determination server according to this embodiment includes a constant predominant period calculation means (period calculation unit 222) that calculates a predominant period of the ground: NGT1 based on permanent microtremor data of the ground acquired from an information communication terminal, and an information communication terminal. Constant natural period calculation means (period calculation unit 222) that calculates the building's natural period: NBT1 based on the building's permanent microtremor data acquired from the building's natural period: NBT1, which is calculated by the constant natural period calculation means. The earthquake natural period calculation means (risk determination unit 224) calculates a plurality of natural periods of the building during an earthquake: CET1 for each interstory deformation angle of the building, and the response of the ground based on the ground boring data. By executing the analysis, the ground response analysis means (ground analysis unit 223) calculates the predominant period of the ground during an earthquake: EGT1, each natural period of the building during an earthquake, and the predominant period of the ground during an earthquake. A risk level determining means (risk level determining unit 224) that determines the level of danger of buildings based on the degree of overlap, and a level of risk display layer that displays the level of risk of each building on a base map corresponding to the location of each building. The present invention is characterized by comprising: risk level display layer generation means (judgment map generation unit 226) that generates a risk level display layer generation unit (judgment map generation unit 226).
The ground and buildings built on this ground have the characteristic that when they become plasticized (destroyed) by an earthquake, their vibration period becomes longer. In this aspect, the predominant period of the ground during an earthquake and the natural period of the building during an earthquake are calculated, and the degree of danger of the building is determined from the resonance amplitude between the ground and the building during the earthquake.
According to this aspect, the degree of danger of a building can be determined quickly, accurately, and without variation by taking into account the plastic deformation of the ground caused by an earthquake.
Furthermore, since the determined risk level of each building can be displayed on a map corresponding to the location of each building, it is possible to visually recognize areas where there are densely packed buildings that are at risk of collapsing in the event of an earthquake.
<Second embodiment>
In the building
It is predicted that the ground predominant period (always): NGT1 obtained based on the actual measurement value and the ground predominant period (always) CGT1 obtained by ground response analysis are basically equivalent values. However, there may be cases where the two values are significantly different.
According to this aspect, even if the predominant ground period (always): NGT1 and the predominant ground period (always): CGT1 are significantly different, the lower and upper limits of the ground vibration period are based on the actual measured values. Since the determination is made based on both the value to be determined and the value determined by analysis (or estimation), more accurate and safe risk determination is possible.

<Third embodiment>
This embodiment is an information communication terminal (user terminal 100) that transmits and receives information to and from a building
The information communication terminal has a continuous microtremor measuring means (acceleration measurement unit 128) that measures the continuous microtremor of the building and the ground, and transmits the continuous microtremor data of the ground and the building acquired by the continuous microtremor measuring means to the building risk determination server. It is characterized by comprising a communication means (communication unit 126).
The information communication terminal is a communication terminal that can be carried by an individual, and is, for example, a smartphone equipped with a three-axis acceleration sensor as a means for constantly measuring microtremors. In this aspect, such an information communication terminal functions as a measuring device that constantly measures microtremors.
In this embodiment, each user is made to constantly measure microtremors of a building used as a residence or the like. Unlike when a third party measures constant microtremors in a building and the ground, when each user measures constant microtremors in a building and the ground, there is no need to obtain permission from the owners of the buildings and land. Therefore, it is possible to collect a large amount of microtremor data in a short period of time, which can greatly contribute to research on earthquake disasters.
Further, each user can obtain the determination result of the building risk level using a simple method. Each user will be able to recognize the necessity of building reinforcement, etc., depending on the degree of danger of the building, and it will be possible to improve each user's awareness of earthquake disasters.

The present invention is characterized by comprising a slope measuring means (acceleration measuring section 128) and a screen generating means (screen generating section 122) for generating a level/
The level/compass screen is a screen used to adjust the direction of the continuous microtremor measuring means to a specific direction, and to adjust the inclination of the continuous microtremor measuring means to a specific degree of inclination.
When calculating the dominant period (always) of the ground, it is desirable that the
According to this aspect, when measuring continuous microtremors in buildings and the ground, it is possible to make the orientation and inclination of the continuous microtremor measuring means approximately coincide with a constant direction, so that the H/V spectral ratio and the vibration transfer function can be accurately determined. It becomes possible to calculate
