エアロゾル生成物質を収容する保存槽と、
超音波振動を発生させて前記エアロゾル生成物質をエアロゾルに霧化する振動子と、
前記振動子に交流電圧を印加するための駆動回路と、
前記駆動回路に供給される電流の強度に比例する電圧を出力するフィードバック回路と、
前記電圧に対応する値が、第1上限及び第1下限によって定義される既設定の範囲に位置するように、前記駆動回路に印加されるPWM(Pulse Width Modulation)信号を制御するプロセッサと、を含む、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記エアロゾル生成装置は、
ユーザのパフを感知するためのセンサをさらに含み、
前記プロセッサは、前記パフの開始を感知することに基づいて、前記駆動回路に前記PWM信号を印加し、前記ユーザの各パフの間に、前記電圧に対応する値が前記第1上限に到逹するのにかかる時間が実質的に一定になるように前記PWM信号を制御する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記エアロゾル生成装置は、

前記PWM信号に基づいてスイッチング電圧を生成する電力FET(Field Effect Transistor)と、を含み、
前記トランジスタが前記スイッチング電圧によって前記スイッチングを遂行するので、前記振動子に交流電圧が印加される、請求項10に記載の動作方法。
