Description
The present invention relates to a yarn winding machine for winding yarn.
Here, for example, in the
For example, Patent Document 2 describes that a thread is wound around a reel tube (bobbin) that extends parallel to the direction in which a take-up spindle (bobbin holder) projects and is attached to the take-up spindle. A yarn winding machine is described which is provided with a shielding panel extending in the circumferential direction of a reel (package). The shield panel includes an air guide panel extending along the circumferential direction of the reel. By providing a shielding panel with an air guide panel, the loads caused by the entrained flow can be reduced.
Here, Patent Document 2 describes that the accompanying flow generated by the rotating reel is separated by an air guide panel included in the shielding panel and guided in the circumferential direction of the reel. That is, in the line winding machine of Patent Document 2, the shielding panel is arranged in a region on the downstream side in the rotational direction of the reel. Therefore, in the yarn winding machine of Patent Document 2, it is not possible to prevent the accompanying flow from separating from the outer peripheral surface of the package toward the vicinity of the contact point between the package (reel) and the pressing roller. In particular, as the diameter of the package increases and the circumferential area increases as the thread is wound, the amount of air that separates from the outer circumferential surface of the rotating package increases, and the air resistance acting on the package increases, further increasing power consumption. .
In addition, in recent years, thread winding machines have tended to have multiple winding bobbins in order to wind more thread at the same time. There is a great need to reduce power consumption.
An object of the present invention is to suppress an increase in air resistance due to an increase in the diameter of a package as yarn is wound, and to reduce power consumption in a yarn winding machine equipped with a bobbin holder to which a plurality of bobbins are attached. shall be.
A yarn winding machine according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a machine base, and a plurality of bobbins that are rotatably supported by the machine base, extend in an axial direction along the horizontal direction, and are capable of winding a plurality of threads, respectively. bobbin holders mounted side by side in the axial direction; a contact roller extending along the axial direction and abutting against outer peripheral surfaces of a plurality of packages formed by winding the plurality of threads around the plurality of bobbins; a first cover part provided in at least a part of a region upstream in the rotational direction of the packages from a contact point between the plurality of packages and the contact roller, and provided along the circumferential direction of the plurality of packages; It is characterized by having
According to the present invention, the accompanying flow is guided to the inner circumferential surface of the first cover portion and flows toward the contact point along the outer circumferential surfaces of the plurality of packages. Therefore, it is possible to suppress air from separating from the outer peripheral surfaces of the plurality of rotating packages. This makes it possible to suppress the air resistance applied to the package when winding the thread, and to reduce power consumption.
In the yarn winding machine of a second aspect of the invention, in the first aspect, at least a part of the first cover section is provided in a lower half area in the vertical direction among the entire circumferences of the plurality of packages. It is characterized by the presence of
Most of the accompanying flow toward the vicinity of the contact points separates in the lower half region of the entire circumference of the plurality of packages. According to the present invention, since the first cover portion covers the lower half region of the entire circumference of the plurality of packages, separation of the accompanying flow can be suppressed more reliably.
A yarn winding machine according to a third invention is characterized in that, in the second invention, the first cover portion is provided within a range of 225 degrees from the contact point along the circumferential direction. be.
If the first cover portion is disposed over a wide area around the entire circumference of the package, the weight of the entire yarn winding machine increases, and the yarn winding machine tends to swing when winding the yarn. In this case, there is a risk that the package quality will be degraded. According to the present invention, the first cover portion is provided over a range of 225 degrees or less along the circumferential direction from the contact point in a region upstream of the contact point in the rotational direction, thereby preventing the accompanying flow toward the vicinity of the contact point. It is possible to suppress an increase in the weight of the yarn winding machine while suppressing peeling. Therefore, package quality can be ensured while reducing power consumption.
In the yarn winding machine of a fourth invention, in the second and third inventions, the first cover portion is provided in a lower half area in the vertical direction among the entire circumferences of the plurality of packages. It is characterized by this.
The first cover part receives vibrations when the package is rotated, and may bend downward under the influence of gravity. When the first cover portion is provided in the upper half of the entire circumference of the package, there is a risk that the first cover portion bent downward may come into contact with the package. According to the present invention, since the first cover portion is provided in the lower half region of the entire circumference of the package, the first cover portion bent downward does not come into contact with the package. Thereby, package quality can be ensured more reliably.
A yarn winding machine according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is provided in the first to fourth aspects, wherein the yarn winding machine is provided in an area upstream in the rotational direction from the contact point and in a downstream area in the rotational direction from the first cover part; The present invention is characterized in that it further includes a second cover portion that guides air flowing toward the contact points as the packages rotate into gaps between the adjacent packages.
According to the present invention, the second cover portion guides the accompanying flow toward the contact point into the gap between adjacent packages while avoiding separation from the outer circumferential surface of the package due to collision with the contact roller. Thereby, separation of air from the outer peripheral surfaces of the plurality of rotating packages can be further suppressed, and power consumption can be further reduced.
In the yarn winding machine according to a sixth aspect of the invention, in the fifth aspect, the second cover part is flat and is provided within a range of 25 degrees from a tangent line passing through the contact point, with the contact point as the center. It is characterized by the presence of
According to the present invention, the accompanying flow toward the contact point can be reliably guided through the gap between adjacent packages, and power consumption can be further reduced.
A yarn winding machine according to a seventh aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, in the fifth aspect, the second cover section is provided along a circumferential direction of the package.
According to the present invention, more of the accompanying flow toward the contact can be sent into the gap between adjacent packages, and power consumption can be further reduced.
The yarn winding machine according to an eighth aspect of the invention is characterized in that, in the first to seventh aspects, the first cover section is provided over a range of 90 degrees or more along the circumferential direction. It is.
According to the present invention, since the first cover portion can protect a wider range of the outer circumferential surfaces of the plurality of packages, it is possible to further suppress air from separating from the outer circumferential surfaces of the plurality of rotating packages. , power consumption can be further reduced.
In the yarn winding machine of a ninth aspect of the invention, in the first to eighth aspects, the diameter of the first cover portion is set so as to follow the outer circumferential surface of the package that expands in diameter as the yarn is wound. It is characterized by being able to vary.
In the present invention, separation of the accompanying flow from the outer peripheral surfaces of the plurality of packages can be suppressed from the initial stage of yarn winding, and power consumption can be further reduced.
In the yarn winding machine of a tenth invention, in the fifth to ninth inventions, the first cover part and the second cover part extend along the axial direction, and the gap between the adjacent packages is It is characterized by covering everything.
In the present invention, the first cover part and the second cover part are each provided without gaps along the axial direction. Therefore, the accompanying flow can be prevented from separating from the outer circumferential surface of the package toward the outside in the radial direction of the package through the gap along the axial direction. Thereby, separation of the accompanying flow from the outer peripheral surfaces of the plurality of packages can be further suppressed, and power consumption can be further reduced.
In the yarn winding machine of an eleventh aspect, in the tenth aspect, both ends of the first cover part and the second cover part in the axial direction are outside both ends of the package in the axial direction. This is a characteristic feature.
According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the accompanying flow from separating outward in the axial direction from the outer circumferential surfaces of the packages at both ends of the rotating package. Thereby, power consumption can be further reduced.
A thread winding machine according to a twelfth aspect of the invention is that in the fifth to eleventh inventions, the bobbin holder is located between a thread winding position where thread winding is performed and a standby position where thread winding is not performed. The bobbin holder is movable and includes a moving mechanism that retracts the first cover part and the second cover part from a movement trajectory when the bobbin holder moves between the thread winding position and the standby position. That is.
In a thread winding machine equipped with two bobbin holders, each time winding of thread onto multiple bobbins attached to the bobbin holders is completed, the bobbin holder in the thread winding position and the bobbin holder in the standby position must be replaced. It will be done. In the present invention, by retracting the first cover part and the second cover part from the movement trajectory, the bobbin holder can be replaced smoothly.
A yarn winding machine according to a thirteenth invention is characterized in that, in the twelfth invention, the first cover part and the second cover part are each formed independently.
When retracting the first cover part and the second cover part from the movement trajectory, if the first cover part and the second cover part are formed independently as in the present invention, the first cover part and the second cover part are Compared to the case where the two cover parts are integrally formed, it can be moved in a smaller space. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the overall size of the yarn winding machine.
A yarn winding machine according to a fourteenth invention is characterized in that in the fifth to twelfth inventions, the first cover part and the second cover part are integrally formed.
In the present invention, it is possible to prevent the accompanying flow from separating from the outer peripheral surfaces of the plurality of packages through the gap between the first cover part and the second cover part, and it is possible to further reduce air resistance. Thereby, power consumption can be further reduced.
In a yarn winding machine equipped with a bobbin holder to which a plurality of bobbins are attached, it is possible to suppress an increase in air resistance due to an increase in the diameter of a package as yarn is wound, and to reduce power consumption.

The plurality of traverse guides 22 are driven by a traverse motor (not shown) and reciprocate in the front and rear directions. As a result, the thread Y hung on the

The two
Each
The
In this embodiment, the
The
In the
Here, when the
Therefore, the
(First cover part 41)
The
The accompanying flow F that separates from the outer circumferential surface of the package P increases as the diameter of the package P becomes larger, and becomes the largest when the package P has the maximum diameter. Therefore, in order to effectively reduce power consumption, when the package P has the maximum diameter, the
(Second cover part 51)
The
For the same reason as mentioned above, in order to effectively reduce power consumption, when the package P has the maximum diameter, the
Moreover, the
(Moving mechanism)
As described above, in the
The first moving
In this embodiment, when the first moving
The
In this embodiment, when the second moving
(effect)
The
In the
The
In the
In the
In the
In the
In the
In the
In the
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these examples, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims. Below, a modification of the above embodiment will be described. However, components having the same configuration as those in the embodiment described above will be designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted as appropriate.
(First modification)
In the embodiment described above, the
Further, the second

(Second modification)
In the embodiment described above, the
(Other variations)
In the embodiment described above, both the
In the embodiment described above, the
In the embodiment described above, the
The first moving
Further, a recessed portion may be provided on the surface of the
In the embodiment described above, the
(Example)
Next, regarding the
The
In Example 1, Example 2, Comparative Example 1, Comparative Example 2, and Comparative Example 3, when the rotation speed of the
