空気を流動させる段階;
前記流動する空気を、活性種を生成する管状セル型放電装置に通過させる処理段階;
前記流動する空気を、線状放電電極を含む集塵装置に通過させる集塵段階;および
前記放電装置及び/または集塵装置で発生されるオゾンを取り除くオゾン除去段階;
を含む空気浄化方法を提供する。
上下開放された筒状ケース;
所定の大きさの孔が穿孔された板材部と、前記板材部の非穿孔領域に固定されたニードル型電極を有し、前記筒状ケースと絶縁された第1電極板;及び
所定の長さの管状セルが左右に水平に配置されてセル型板材を成し、前記ニードル型電極が前記管状セルに差し込まれるように、前記筒状ケースの内部に安着され、前記筒状ケースに通電される第2電極板;を含む本体出し入れ式プラズマモジュールを提供する。
本発明において、前記本体出し入れ式プラズマモジュールは、筒状ケースと第1電極板とが絶縁されるように筒状ケースに固定される絶縁部材、望ましくは、筒状ケースの内壁に固定される内壁絶縁部材を備えることができる。
上下開放された筒状ケース;
所定の間隔で並んで配置された金属線を含む線状放電電極と、前記線状放電電極を成す金属線の間に配置された対向電極板とを含み、前記筒状ケースの内部に設置されるイオン化部;
前記イオン化部から排出されたイオン化された粒子を集塵するように高電圧が印加される多数の放電板材と、前記放電板材の間に配置される集塵板材からなるた板材部とを含み、前記筒状ケースの内部に設置される集塵部;
を備える本体出し入れ式集塵モジュールを提供する。
ための内部ブラケット200が差し込まれる。
UV光を照射するオゾン除去用光照射装置700が印刷回路基板形態で取り付けられて設置され、内部ブラケット200の上部には、空気を吸い込んで誘導板250の内側へ排出する空気ファン800が設置される。
プレフィルター300は、内部ブラケット200の下端に設置可能に薄板材型の形態を有するスポンジ型プレフィルターを用いる。
前記板材部580で両側端に位置した集塵単位板材570は、保護板材592に対向する面に接地突起593が形成されており、保護板材592を貫通して両側面に突出する。

Claims (12)
- 下端に空気流入口を有し、上端に空気排出口を有し、内部に空気が上昇する流路が形成される胴体部;
前記胴体部の管路に設置されたプレフィルター;
前記胴体部の管路に設置され、ラジカルを含む活性種を生成してウイルスを死滅させるモジュール型管状セル型放電装置であって、ここで、該管状セル型放電装置は、所定の長さの管状セルが連接して繰り返して配置される第2電極板と、前記管状セルに差し込まれるニードル型放出電極と、前記ニードル型放出電極が設置される第1電極板と、内部に前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板とが結合された出し入れ式上下開放された管状ケースを含むモジュール型管状セル型放電装置;
前記胴体部の管路に前記管状セル型放電装置と別途設置されて前記管状セル型放電装置を通過した死滅したウイルス及び塵埃を集塵するモジュール型集塵装置であって、ここで、前記集塵装置は、前記管状セル型放電装置を通過した死滅したウイルス及び塵埃を帯電させる線状放電電極を含む放電部と、前記放電部で帯電された塵埃を集塵する集塵部を含む集塵装置と、内部に前記放電部と集塵装置とが結合された引き出し式の上下開放された管状ケースとを含むモジュール型集塵装置;
前記胴体部の管路に設置されるモジュール型管状セル型放電装置及び/またはモジュール型集塵装置で発生されるオゾンを取り除くオゾン除去装置;及び
前記胴体部の管路に設置される空気ファン;
を含むウイルス除去用空気浄化装置。 - 前記管状セル型放電装置及び/または集塵装置は、胴体部から引き出し式で出し入れされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウイルス除去用空気浄化装置。
- 前記管状セル型放電装置は、ストリーマ放電装置であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウイルス除去用空気浄化装置。
- 前記出し入れ式の上下開放された管状ケースは、四角筒状ケースであり、前記四角筒状ケースの上下4箇所にスライド及び胴体部との絶縁のためのプラスチック製の絶縁部材が取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載のウイルス除去用空気浄化装置。
- 前記管状セル型放電装置は、管状セルに隣接する他の管状セルとの活性種の混合のために壁面に混合孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のウイルス除去用空気浄化装置。
- 前記混合孔の一部は、ニードル型放出電極に対応する位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のウイルス除去用空気浄化装置。
- 前記線状放電電極を含む集塵装置は、平行に所定の間隔で配置された金属線からなる線状放電電極と、前記線状放電電極を成す金属線の間に配置された対向電極板を含む放電部と、前記放電部から排出されたイオン化された粒子を集塵する多数の集塵板からなる集塵部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウイルス除去用空気浄化装置。
- 前記線状放電電極は、ステンレス製のナノ金属線を撚り合わせてなる金属線であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のウイルス除去用空気浄化装置。
- 前記オゾン除去装置は、オゾン除去用触媒装置と、オゾン除去用光照射装置とで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウイルス除去用空気浄化装置。
- 前記オゾン除去用触媒装置は、二酸化マンガンを含む触媒粒子が充填された管状セルが左右に連接して水平板材を成すことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のウイルス除去用空気浄化装置。
- 前記空気浄化装置は、陰イオン発生装置を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウイルス除去用空気浄化装置。
- 前記空気浄化装置は、陰イオン発生装置を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウイルス除去用空気浄化装置。
