Description
Claims (15)
- ディスプレイ用導波路素子であって、
2つの対向する主表面を有する導波路(10)と、
前記導波路の第1の位置に配置された第1の回折光学素子(22)と、
前記導波路の第2の位置に配置された第2の回折光学素子(24)と、
前記主表面の間で延び、且つ前記導波路内を伝播する光線を反射するように適合された少なくとも1つの反射表面であって、前記第1の回折光学素子からの光線を前記第2の回折光学素子に向け直すように適合された少なくとも1つの反射表面(23)と
を有し、
前記反射表面(23)は、前記主表面の平面内で検査されたときに湾曲しており、
同じ又は異なる種類の複数の湾曲した前記反射表面であって、前記第1の回折光学素子(22)及び前記第2の回折光学素子(24)の間に配置された複数の湾曲した前記反射表面があり、
前記導波路(10)が、前記主表面の間に延びる少なくとも1つの外側縁部表面を有し、
前記反射表面(14B)が、前記外側縁部表面から所定の距離の前記導波路内に位置している、
導波路表示素子。 - 前記反射表面(23)が、前記主表面に対して垂直である、請求項1に記載の素子。
- 前記反射表面(23)が、前記主表面の法線に対して、典型的には最大で25度傾斜している、請求項1に記載の素子。
- 前記反射表面(23)が、前記主表面に対して垂直の平面内で検査されたときに湾曲している、請求項1に記載の素子。
- 前記導波路(10)が、前記主表面の間に延びる内側縁部表面を有する少なくとも1つの空所を有し、
前記反射表面(14B)が、前記外側縁部表面から所定の距離にある前記内側縁部表面に位置している、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。 - 前記反射表面(23)が、前記光線の反射回折をすることができる格子を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。
- 前記反射表面(23)が、反射被覆を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。
- 前記反射表面(23)が、薄膜スタックを有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。
- 前記第1及び第2の回折光学素子が、格子領域を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。
- 前記第1の回折光学素子が、射出瞳拡大素子格子領域(22)を有し、
前記第2の回折光学素子が、アウトカップリング格子領域(24)を有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。 - 前記第1の回折光学素子が、インカップリング格子領域(21)を有し、
前記第2の回折光学素子が、アウトカップリング格子領域(24)を有する、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。 - 前記第1の回折光学素子が、前記導波路と一体の光源素子(41)を有し、
前記第2の回折光学素子が、前記導波路と一体の表示パネル(42)を有する、
請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。 - 前記第1の回折光学素子が、付属の、又は一体化された画像源構成要素を有し、
前記第2の回折光学素子が、回折格子領域を有する、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。 - 前記反射表面が、前記導波路中に結合された画像を表す光線の組に対して視野圧縮又は復元光学機能を実行するように適合されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の素子。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の導波路表示素子を有する、個人用シースルー表示デバイス。
