Claims (10)
- バッテリーのバッテリー電圧及びバッテリー電流を示すセンシング信号を生成するセンシング部と、
多段定電流充電のための第1~第n基準SOC範囲と、第1~第n基準電流と、第1~第n基準電圧との対応関係が記録された充電マップを保存するメモリー部と、
前記第1~第n基準SOC範囲のうち前記バッテリーのSOCが属する第k基準SOC範囲に対応する第k基準電流を用いた定電流充電を開始する制御部と、を含み、
前記制御部は、
前記定電流充電中に、前記バッテリーのSOCが前記第k基準SOC範囲の上限値に到達する前に前記バッテリー電圧が前記第k基準SOC範囲に対応する第k基準電圧に到達したことに応じて、前記定電流充電から前記第k基準電圧を用いた定電圧充電に切り換え、
前記定電圧充電中に、前記バッテリーのSOCが前記第k基準SOC範囲の前記上限値に到達したことに応じて、前記定電圧充電の充電期間における前記バッテリー電流の時系列に基づいて前記充電マップの前記第k基準電流をアップデートし、
nが2以上の自然数であり、kがn以下の自然数である、バッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリー電流の前記時系列から前記充電期間における平均電流を決定し、
前記平均電流と同一に前記第k基準電流をアップデートする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリー電流の前記時系列から前記充電期間における平均電流を決定し、
前記第k基準電流と第1加重値の積及び前記平均電流と第2加重値の積の和と同一に前記第k基準電流をアップデートする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記第1加重値及び前記第2加重値は各々1未満の正数であり、前記第1加重値と前記第2加重値の和が1である、請求項3に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記制御部は、
前記第k基準電流に対する前記アップデートされた第k基準電流の割合に基づいて、前記第1~第n基準電流のうち前記第k基準電流を除いた残りの各基準電流をアップデートする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の前記バッテリー管理システムを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項6に記載の前記バッテリーパックを含む、電気車両。
- バッテリー管理方法であって、
多段定電流充電のための第1~第n基準SOC範囲と、第1~第n基準電流と、第1~第n基準電圧との対応関係が記録された充電マップから、前記第1~第n基準SOC範囲のうちバッテリーのSOCが属する第k基準SOC範囲に対応する第k基準電流を用いた定電流充電を開始する段階と、
前記定電流充電中に、前記バッテリーのSOCが前記第k基準SOC範囲の上限値に到達する前にバッテリー電圧が前記第k基準SOC範囲に対応する第k基準電圧に到達したことに応じて、前記定電流充電から前記第k基準電圧を用いた定電圧充電に切り換える段階と、
前記定電圧充電中に、前記バッテリーのSOCが前記第k基準SOC範囲の前記上限値に到達したことに応じて、前記定電圧充電の充電期間におけるバッテリー電流の時系列に基づいて、前記充電マップの前記第k基準電流をアップデートする段階と、を含み、
nが2以上の自然数であり、kがn以下の自然数である、バッテリー管理方法。 - 前記充電マップの前記第k基準電流をアップデートする段階は、
前記バッテリー電流の前記時系列から、前記充電期間における平均電流を決定する段階と、
前記平均電流と同一に前記第k基準電流をアップデートする段階と、を含む、請求項8に記載のバッテリー管理方法。 - 前記第k基準電流と前記アップデートされた第k基準電流との割合に基づいて、前記第1~第n基準電流のうち前記第k基準電流を除いた残りの各基準電流をアップデートする段階をさらに含む、請求項8または9に記載のバッテリー管理方法。
