Description
本出願は、水頭症の治療および脳室腹腔シャントと題する2018年5月3日出願の米国仮出願第62/666,636号の優先権を主張し、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (9)

前記カテーテルに接続され、前記複数の孔またはスリットの上で近位方向の構成と遠位方向の構成の間で可動である洗浄機構であって、前記洗浄機構は、前記脳脊髄液により前記洗浄機構にかけられる力によって前記洗浄機構が前記近位方向の構成および前記遠位方向の構成に移動することを可能にする付勢力によって、前記近位方向の構成と前記遠位方向の構成とのいずれかに付勢される、洗浄機構と
を含む、脳脊髄液シャント。 - 前記洗浄機構が、内腔および突起、ブラシ、または内腔から突出する粗面を含む、請求項1に記載の脳脊髄液シャント。
