Description
したがって、PTFE素材のベンティング部をPPからなる内部樹脂層に付着するために加熱加圧する場合、加熱温度がPTFEの融点温度の場合にはPPが損傷されることがある。一方、PPが損傷されないがPPが溶ける温度に加熱する場合にはPTEFが溶けないから互いに結合しにくい。

Claims (10)
- ラミネートシートからなるパウチ型電池ケースと、
前記パウチ型電池ケースの内部に収納された電極組立体と、
前記パウチ型電池ケースの内部ガスを排出するためのベンティング部と、
を含み、
前記パウチ型電池ケースは開口が形成されており、前記開口は前記開口の内側に付着されている前記ベンティング部によって開閉され、
前記ベンティング部は、気孔が形成された第1層と、気孔が形成されていない第2層とが積層された構造を有し、
前記パウチ型電池ケースは、外部樹脂層、金属層、及び内部樹脂層を含み、
前記第1層と前記内部樹脂層が接触するように前記ベンティング部が付着され、
前記内部樹脂層の一部が前記第1層の気孔の内部に溶け入った状態で硬化することにより、前記内部樹脂層と前記第1層とが結合される、パウチ型電池セル。 - 前記第1層と前記第2層とは同じ素材からなる、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記素材はポリテトラフルオロエチレン(polytetrafluoroethylene、PTFE)である、請求項2に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記ベンティング部は前記パウチ型電池ケースのシーリング部の隣接部に付着される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記パウチ型電池ケースは、電極組立体収納部が形成された第1電池ケースと、前記第1電池ケースと結合して前記パウチ型電池ケースを密封する第2電池ケースとを含み、
前記ベンティング部は前記第1電池ケースの中心部及び前記第2電池ケースの中心部の少なくとも一方に付着される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - (a)ラミネートシートに形成された開口にベンティング部を付着する段階と、
(b)前記ラミネートシートを成形してパウチ型電池ケースを製造する段階と、
(c)前記パウチ型電池ケースに電極組立体を収納して密封する段階と、
を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記ベンティング部は、気孔が形成された第1層と気孔が形成されていない第2層とが積層された構造を有する、請求項6に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記第1層と前記第2層とは同じ素材からなる、請求項7に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記素材はポリテトラフルオロエチレン(polytetrafluoroethylene、PTFE)である、請求項8に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セルを含む、電池パック。
