Description
それぞれ複数の二次電池を備えた少なくとも二つのセルアセンブリと、
少なくとも二つのセルアセンブリを内部に収納するように内部空間が形成されたモジュールハウジングと、
少なくとも二つのセルアセンブリ同士の間に介在され、モジュールハウジングの内部に供給された消火液に接触すると消火液を吸収するように構成された吸収部材と、を含む。
両方向に長さが弾性変形するように構成された弾性部、及び弾性部の両方向の両端部がそれぞれ結合されてセルアセンブリの膨張を阻止するように構成された少なくとも二つの加圧板を備えた加圧部材をさらに含み得る。
合成繊維の体積膨張による外形の変形をガイドするように構成されたガイド板をさらに備え得る。
加圧板には、弾性部の一端または他端が挿入されるように構成された固定溝が形成され得る。
多孔質且つ海綿状であって、消火液を吸収するように構成された多孔質体と、
多孔質体の内部に分布して位置し、消火液を吸収するように構成された多数の吸収粒子と、を備え得る。
少なくとも一つの上述したバッテリーモジュールと、
内部に消火液が収容された消火タンク、消火タンクから少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールに消火液を供給するように連結された配管、及びバッテリーモジュールの内部ガスが所定温度以上に過熱される場合、消火タンクから消火液がバッテリーモジュールの内部に供給されるように出口が開放される消火バルブを備えた消火ユニットと、を含む。

Claims (8)
- それぞれ複数の二次電池を備えた少なくとも二つのセルアセンブリと、
前記少なくとも二つのセルアセンブリを内部に収納するように内部空間が形成されたモジュールハウジングと、
前記少なくとも二つのセルアセンブリ同士の間に介在され、前記モジュールハウジングの内部に供給された消火液に接触すると消火液を吸収することによって膨張するように構成された吸収部材と、
を含む、バッテリーモジュールであって、
前記吸収部材は、前記消火液を吸収するように構成された合成繊維を含み、
前記合成繊維は、消火液を吸収すると体積が膨張し、体積の膨張によって前記モジュールハウジングの外壁の内面と接触するように構成された、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記二次電池は、パウチ型二次電池であり、
両方向に長さが弾性変形するように構成された弾性部、及び前記弾性部の両方向の両端部がそれぞれ結合されて前記セルアセンブリの膨張を阻止するように構成された少なくとも二つの加圧板を備えた加圧部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記吸収部材は、前記少なくとも二つの加圧板同士の間に位置する、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記吸収部材は、前記合成繊維の体積膨張による外形の変形をガイドするように構成されたガイド板をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記合成繊維には、前記弾性部の一部分が貫通して位置するように貫通口が形成され、
前記加圧板には、前記弾性部の一端または他端が挿入されるように構成された固定溝が形成された、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記吸収部材は、
多孔質且つ海綿状であって、前記消火液を吸収するように構成された多孔質体と、
前記多孔質体の内部に分布して位置し、前記消火液を吸収するように構成された多数の吸収粒子と、を備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 少なくとも一つの、請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールと、
内部に消火液が収容された消火タンク、前記消火タンクから前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールに前記消火液を供給するように連結された配管、及び前記バッテリーモジュールの内部ガスが所定温度以上に過熱される場合、前記消火タンクから前記消火液が前記バッテリーモジュールの内部に供給されるように出口が開放される消火バルブを備えた消火ユニットと、を含む、バッテリーラック。 - 請求項7に記載のバッテリーラックを少なくとも一つ含む、電力貯蔵システム。
