Description
(1)内周面に外輪軌道面を有する外輪と、外周面に内輪軌道面を有する内輪と、前記外輪軌道面と前記内輪軌道面との間に転動可能に配置される複数の転動体と、前記外輪の軸方向端部に形成されるシール取付溝に止め輪によって固定され、前記外輪と前記内輪との間の軸受内部空間の軸方向端部を密封するシール部材と、を備える転がり軸受であって、前記シール部材の外径は、前記シール取付溝内の前記止め輪の外径よりも大きく、前記シール部材の径方向外端部は、前記シール取付溝の内周面と前記止め輪の外周面との間に挟まれている、転がり軸受。
(2)前記シール取付溝は、前記シール部材の外周面が接触する溝底面と、前記溝底面の軸方向外側に設けられ、前記溝底面と前記外輪の内周面とを繋ぎ、前記止め輪が接触するテーパ面と、前記溝底面の軸方向内側に設けられ、前記シール部材の軸方向内側面が接触する溝内側面と、を有する、(1)に記載の転がり軸受。
(3)前記シール取付溝は、前記溝底面と前記溝内側面との境界部分に設けられる段部を有する、(2)に記載の転がり軸受。
(4)前記転がり軸受は、歯科エアタービン用である、(1)~(3)のいずれか1つに記載の転がり軸受。
まず、図1~図7を参照して、本発明に係る転がり軸受の第1実施形態について説明する。
次に、図8及び図9を参照して、本発明に係る転がり軸受10の第2実施形態について説明する。なお、上記第1実施形態と同一又は同等部分については、図面に同一符号を付してその説明を省略或いは簡略化する。
その他の構成及び作用効果については、上記第1実施形態と同様である。
例えば、シール取付溝の段部は、外輪の内周面と同じ径方向位置まで形成されていてもよい。つまり、この場合、溝内側面は形成されないことになる。
また、止め輪は、断面矩形状に限定されず、断面円形状であってもよい。
また、止め輪にテーパ面を形成すると共に、シール取付溝を断面矩形状に形成して、止め輪のテーパ面を断面矩形状のシール取付溝の角部に接触させる構成にしてもよい。

- 内周面に外輪軌道面を有する外輪と、
外周面に内輪軌道面を有する内輪と、
前記外輪軌道面と前記内輪軌道面との間に転動可能に配置される複数の転動体と、
前記外輪の軸方向端部に形成されるシール取付溝に止め輪によって固定され、前記外輪と前記内輪との間の軸受内部空間の軸方向端部を密封するシール部材と、を備える転がり軸受であって、
前記シール部材の外径は、前記シール取付溝内の前記止め輪の外径よりも大きく、
前記シール部材の径方向外端部は、前記シール取付溝の内周面と前記止め輪の外周面との間に挟まれ、
前記シール取付溝は、
前記シール部材の外周面が接触する溝底面と、
前記溝底面の軸方向外側に設けられ、前記溝底面と前記外輪の内周面とを繋ぎ、前記止め輪が接触するテーパ面と、
前記溝底面の軸方向内側に設けられ、前記シール部材の軸方向内側面が接触する溝内側面と、を有する、転がり軸受。 - 前記シール取付溝は、前記溝底面と前記溝内側面との境界部分に設けられる段部を有する、請求項1に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転がり軸受は、歯科エアタービン用である、請求項1又は2に記載の転がり軸受。
