Claims (6)
- 光刺激によって網膜電位を測定する網膜電位測定装置であって、
被検眼の網膜電位を検出する網膜電位検出部と、
前記被検眼に光刺激を照射する光刺激照射部と、
前記光刺激照射部から照射される光刺激を制御する制御部と、を備えており、
前記光刺激照射部は、光源と、ドーム状の内表面と、を備えており、
前記内表面は、前記光源から照射された光を反射して、前記被検眼に入射させるように構成されており、
前記制御部は、第1のパターンで前記光刺激を照射させる第1の検査と、前記第1のパターンとは異なる第2のパターンで前記光刺激を照射させる第2の検査と、を含む検査群を連続して実行可能に構成されており、
連続して実行される前記検査群の間には、第1の所定の間隔が設けられている、網膜電位測定装置。 - 前記検査群には、前記第1の検査に続いて前記第2の検査を実行する期間が含まれており、
前記第1の検査に続いて前記第2の検査を実行する期間では、前記第1の検査と前記第2の検査との間に、第2の所定の間隔が設けられている、請求項1に記載の網膜電位測定装置。 - 前記第1のパターンの光刺激の光量は、前記第2のパターンの光刺激の光量より小さくされており、
前記制御部が前記検査群を実行するときは、前記第1の検査を実行してから前記第2の検査を実行する、請求項1又は2に記載の網膜電位測定装置。 - 前記第1のパターンの光刺激は、単発の光を照射する光刺激であり、
前記第2のパターンの光刺激は、連続して複数回の光を照射する光刺激であり、
前記制御部が前記検査群を実行するときは、前記第1のパターンの光刺激を照射してから前記第2のパターンの光刺激を照射させる、請求項1又は2に記載の網膜電位測定装置。 - 前記光刺激照射部は、右の被検眼に前記光刺激を照射する第1照射部分と、左の被検眼に前記光刺激を照射する第2照射部分と、を備えており、
前記制御部は、前記第1照射部分に照射させる前記光刺激の照射タイミングと、前記第2照射部分に照射させる前記光刺激の照射タイミングとがずれるように、前記第1照射部分及び前記第2照射部分を制御する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の網膜電位測定装置。 - 前記光刺激照射部は、前記第1照射部分と前記第2照射部分を一体的に保持するフレームをさらに備えており、
前記第1照射部分は、前記右の被検眼の周囲を覆う形状であり、
前記第2照射部分は、前記左の被検眼の周囲を覆う形状であり、
前記第1照射部分及び前記第2照射部分の前記被検眼と対向する部分は、その長径が前記右の被検眼と前記左の被検眼とを結ぶ直線と略平行となる略楕円形状を有している、請求項5に記載の網膜電位測定装置。
