Claims (10)
- サイクル毎に予め設定された放電終了電圧までバッテリーの放電が終了した後、前記バッテリーの電圧を測定する測定部と、
前記サイクル毎に前記測定部から前記バッテリーの電圧情報を受信し、予め設定された第1基準電圧と前記バッテリーの電圧とに基づいて前記バッテリーの第1電圧差を算出し、それぞれのサイクルにおける前記第1電圧差と予め設定された第2基準電圧との第2電圧差を算出し、現在サイクルに対応するように設定された基準差及び前記現在サイクルで算出された第2電圧差に基づいて前記放電終了電圧を調整する制御部と、を含む、バッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
予め設定された複数のサイクル区間のうち、前記現在サイクルが属するサイクル区間を決定し、
決定されたサイクル区間に対して設定された基準差及び前記算出された第2電圧差に基づいて前記放電終了電圧を調整する、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記算出された第2電圧差が前記基準差以上である場合、前記放電終了電圧を増加させる、請求項2に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記複数のサイクル区間は、
前記バッテリーに対応する基準セルに対するサイクル毎の容量維持率に基づいて設定される、請求項2または3に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記バッテリーに対応する基準セルに対してサイクルと容量との間の対応関係を示す容量プロファイルを取得し、
前記容量プロファイルに含まれた複数のサイクルを前記サイクルに対する容量変化率に応じて複数のサイクル区間に区分して設定する、請求項2または3に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記複数のサイクル区間のそれぞれに前記基準差を設定し、前記複数のサイクル区間のうちの最初サイクル区間に対応する前記基準差を残りのサイクル区間に対応する前記基準差よりも低く設定する、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記放電終了電圧が変更された後、前記第2基準電圧を前記放電終了電圧が変更された後のサイクルに対応する前記第1電圧差に変更する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記測定部は、
前記バッテリーの放電が終了してから所定の時間が経過した後、前記バッテリーの休止電圧を測定し、前記バッテリーの電圧情報として前記休止電圧を送信し、
前記制御部は、
前記休止電圧と前記第1基準電圧との差を計算して前記第1電圧差を算出する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- サイクル毎に予め設定された放電終了電圧までバッテリーの放電が終了した後、前記バッテリーの電圧を測定する電圧測定段階と、
予め設定された第1基準電圧と前記バッテリーの電圧とに基づいて前記バッテリーの第1電圧差を算出する第1電圧差算出段階と、
それぞれのサイクルにおける前記第1電圧差と予め設定された第2基準電圧との第2電圧差を算出する第2電圧差算出段階と、
現在サイクルに対応するように設定された基準差及び前記現在サイクルで算出された第2電圧差に基づいて前記放電終了電圧を調整する放電終了電圧調整段階と、を含む、バッテリー管理方法。
