Description
本発明に係る空気清浄器の斜視図である図1を参照すると、本発明に係る空気清浄器は、相対的に直径が大きい上部ハウジング10と、上部ハウジングより少し小さい直径で構成された下部ハウジング20と、上部ハウジングの上端に位置する上面ハウジング40とを含む。
図2は、図1の空気清浄器を分解した状態を示した斜視図で、図3~図5は、それぞれ図2に示した分解構成を組み立てる状態を示した斜視図である。図2~図5において、上部ハウジング10を最も下側に配置させた理由は、上部ハウジングが空気清浄器の下端から上部に向かって締結される構造であるためである。
LED基板55を接続する内部電源ケーブルが内部電源ケーブル通過孔312を通過しながら左側ハウジング31に配置され得るので、内部電源ケーブル通過孔312が形成された左側ハウジング31にファン60及びUV LED基板55を固定した後、右側ハウジング32を覆うことによって内部ハウジングの二つの分割体を締結することが好ましい。
本発明では、他のハウジングを締結する場合とは異なり、前方ハウジング21及び上部ハウジング10を締結するとき、ねじ締結を用いることなく、他の構造によって前方ハウジング及び上部ハウジングを順次堅固に結合することができる。本発明によると、上部ハウジング10は、別途の工具を用いることなく、図5のような状態に分離可能であり、上部ハウジングの分離後は、前方ハウジング21も別途の工具を用いることなく分離可能である。
図8を参照すると、本発明に係る空気清浄器の左側ハウジング31の表面には、図示したように、内部電源ケーブル通過孔312、内部電源ケーブル通過溝313及び内部電源ケーブル案内溝314が形成されている。そして、内部ハウジングのファン収容部301の前方上部には内部電源ケーブル貫通孔315が形成されている。
図12は、上面ハウジング、上部ハウジング、後方ハウジング及び右側ハウジングを省略した状態の本発明に係る空気清浄器を示した斜視図で、図13は、上面ハウジング、上部ハウジング、下部ハウジング及び右側ハウジングを省略した状態で本発明に係る空気清浄器を側面から見た図である。
本発明の空気清浄器の空気移動経路によるフィルターの配置順序によると、まず、空気がプリフィルター及び活性炭からなる第1カーボンフィルター70を通過することによって、空気中の大きな粒子の埃がプリフィルターによってろ過され、アンモニア(NH4)及び酢酸(CH3COOH)などの有害物質が活性炭に吸着・除去され、光触媒フィルター80の光触媒反応を通じてアセトアルデヒド(CH3CHO)が分解され、再び活性炭が埋め込まれている不織布や繊維フィルターなどからなる第2カーボンフィルター複合型集塵フィルター90を介して臭いを起こす有害ガスが吸着し、微細埃がろ過された後で排出される。

- 内部の空気が吐出される吐出部(34)、第1ダクト(381)、及び前記第1ダクト(381)の上部に配置される第2ダクト(382)が形成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に配置され、UV LED基板(55)に設置されたUV LED(57)と、
前記ハウジングの内部に配置され、前記UV LED基板(55)から前記UV LED(57)と向かう面に対して離隔して設置されるフィルター部と、
前記ハウジング内に形成されたファン収容部(301)に収容されるファン(60)と、を含み、
前記ハウジング内で前記UV LED基板(55)が設置された部分から前記フィルター部が設置された部分に空気が流動し、
前記ファン(60)の排出部(63)は、空気流動の後方上部方向に前記ハウジングの内部から空気を排出し、
前記吐出部(34)は、前記フィルター部が設置された部分より空気流動の下流に形成され、
