Claims (6)
- 断熱層と、
前記断熱層の一面側に設けられた複数の板材間の空間部を利用して形成された蒸発器と、
前記断熱層の他面側に設けられた他の複数の板材間の空間部を利用して形成された凝縮器と、
前記蒸発器における蒸発によって生じた冷媒蒸気を前記凝縮器に導くための蒸気流路と、
前記凝縮器における凝縮によって生じた液冷媒を前記蒸発器に導くための液冷媒流路と、
を備え、室内と室外とを隔てる構造体であって、
前記蒸発器は、下部側に貯留された冷媒を毛細管現象によって吸上げ保持しながら、当該蒸発器の一面側からの熱によって蒸発させるためのウィック層を有し、
前記蒸発器と前記凝縮器とは、前記ウィック層の冷媒吸上げ方向に1/2以上重複して設置され、
前記蒸発器の一面側となる室内側に潜熱蓄熱材をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする構造体。 - 前記蒸気流路及び前記液冷媒流路との少なくとも一方を閉塞する閉塞手段をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構造体。 - 前記ウィック層は、粒径が150マイクロメートル以下の範囲において粒径が統一されていない粉体が固化されて形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の構造体。 - 前記ウィック層は、850℃以上の耐熱性を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。 - 4枚以上の板材を部分的に接合する接合工程と、
前記接合工程において部分的に接合された前記4枚以上の板材間を800℃以上の高温環境下で加圧してウィック粉体を導入するための導入用空間を形成する空間形成工程と、
前記空間形成工程において形成された前記導入用空間にウィック層を形成するための粉体を導入する粉体導入工程と、
前記粉体導入工程において導入された粉体を前記高温環境下を維持した状態で固化させる固化工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする構造体の製造方法。 - 4枚以上の板材の板材間の少なくとも1か所にウィック層を形成するための粉体を載置する粉体載置工程と、
前記4枚以上の板材を800℃以上の高温環境下で加圧して部分的に接合すると共に前記粉体載置工程において載置された粉体を前記高温環境及び加圧により固化させる接合・固化工程と、
前記高温環境で前記接合・固化工程にて粉体が固化された状態且つ部分的に接合された前記4枚以上の板材を加圧変形させて前記ウィック層を有する蒸発器及び凝縮器の空間を形成する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする構造体の製造方法。
