Description
Claims (16)
- バイオマスを流動層反応器内で触媒熱分解する方法であって、
(a)前記流動層反応器から延びて、流体連通する少なくとも1つのリフト管内の少なくとも1つの混合領域において、流動触媒粒子中に空気圧投入管から5~40m/秒の速度のキャリアガスを用いてバイオマス供給材を空気圧で投入し、前記少なくとも1つの混合領域は、前記流動層反応器の外に設けられ、前記バイオマス供給材は、粒径が20μm~20mmの固体粒子であり、前記空気圧投入管内の前記バイオマス供給材の温度は150℃以下であることと、
(b)バイオマス投入箇所よりも下方にある前記少なくとも1つの混合領域内に触媒投入管を通して触媒を投入し、前記バイオマス投入箇所よりも下流における触媒/バイオマス混合物の流量比(C/B)を4~40に維持することと、を含み、前記流動層反応器の直径は、前記混合領域の直径の少なくとも2倍である、バイオマスを流動層反応器内で触媒熱分解する方法。 - 前記バイオマス供給材は、前記少なくとも1つの混合領域内において0~60°の偏角をもって水平、上向き又は下向きに傾斜した前記空気圧投入管から投入される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記偏角が45°である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 2本の空気圧投入管が、前記少なくとも1つの混合領域の互いに反対側の位置に、熱媒体の注入口に対して90°の角度をもって配置される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合領域への空気圧投入の前の段階の前記バイオマスの前記空気圧投入管への供給が、ホッパ、ロックホッパ、スライドバルブ、ロータリーバルブ、スクリューフィーダ、又は、それらの組み合わせによって制御される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記流動層反応器において前記バイオマスの熱分解により生成されたガスが、前記触媒/バイオマス混合物を前記流動層反応器に輸送する追加のキャリアガスとなる、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記流動触媒粒子の温度は600~800℃である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記追加のキャリアガスは、前記バイオマス空気圧投入管より上流において前記少なくとも1つの混合領域に投入される、請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記追加のキャリアガスは、前記混合領域における表面ガス速度を調整するため、前記混合領域に沿った複数箇所で前記少なくとも1つの混合領域に投入される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記バイオマス投入箇所より下方にある前記少なくとも1つの混合領域の底における表面ガス速度が0.1~2m/秒である、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの混合領域の上部における表面ガス速度が5~25m/秒である、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記バイオマスが、固体炭素質材料、木材、農業廃棄物又は農業残渣、林業副産物、都市廃棄物、又は、それらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒は、Geldart分類におけるA粒子、B粒子、又は、それらの混合物を含む、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒は、SARが12より大きく、CIが1~12であることを特徴とする結晶性分子篩を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記結晶性分子篩は、ZSM-5、ZSM-11、ZSM-12、ZSM-22、ZSM-23、ZSM-35、ZSM-48、ZSM-50、又は、それらの組み合わせの構造を持つ、請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記空気圧投入管内におけるバイオマス流量は連続的である、請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
