Description
The present invention relates to a method for winding a wire material such as a wire rod or a tube material onto a bobbin or the like, and an aligned winding coil after winding.
Conventionally, copper or copper alloy tubes and linear aluminum or aluminum alloy materials used for heat exchanger tubes in air conditioners and other air conditioning refrigerators have been stored, for example, in a coiled state during the manufacturing process. , and transported again. As a wire material (aligned wire material) such as a wire material or a tube material wound around such a bobbin, for example, LWC (Level Wound Coil) described in

Note that the 0° position is the winding start position for each of the n windings, and for the final winding, it is the final winding start position.
In addition, in order to make the explanation easier to understand, Figures 7 to 10 are diagrams showing four rows of winding in each layer, and the numbers attached to the center of the

That is, at the 0° position, a 1/2 gap is formed between the final winding start position of each layer and the
However, at the 90° position, the number of turns of the
If a part of the

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and includes a method for winding a wire material that makes it easy to wind the wire material, and an aligned winding coil that can prevent the wire material from getting entangled when taking out the wire material. The purpose is to provide
In the method for winding a wire material of the present invention, the wire material is wound while rotating a bobbin in which a first flange is provided at one end of a winding drum and a second flange is provided at the other end. A method for winding a wire material in which a winding start end of the wire material on the bobbin is arranged by moving the wire material in the width direction of the winding drum section and winding the wire material in an aligned manner. When the wire material is set at the 0° position in the direction, the wire material is aligned and wound with the winding start end of the wire material in contact with the end surface of the first flange of the bobbin. The wire material is rolled with a gap of 0.65 to 0.85 times the outer diameter of the wire material being left between the final winding start position at the 0° position and the end surface of the second flange. Winding: At the 0° position, the wire material is rolled into the first layer with the winding start position of the second layer formed on the first layer in contact with the end surface of the second flange. The second layer is formed with the same number of turns as the first layer by aligning and winding so as to be placed on the recess between the wires on the outer surface of the layer, and subsequent layers are laminated in the same manner. This forms multiple layers.
In the present invention, when winding the wire material around the bobbin in an aligned manner, the winding start end of the first layer is wound in an aligned manner in contact with the first flange, and the final winding start position of the first layer is If the wire material is wound up with a gap of 0.65 to 0.85 times the outer diameter of the wire material left between the end surface of the second flange and the end surface of the second flange, two layers will be formed at the 0° position. The winding start position of the stitch is located on the above-mentioned gap, and the wire material after being wound one round from that position is placed on the recess between the wire materials of the first layer. Therefore, a gap of 1/4 of the outer diameter of the wire material is formed between the wire material disposed on this gap and the wire material adjacent thereto. By creating this gap, there is also a gap between the third layer of wire material that is wound on the recess (above the gap) between these wire materials and the adjacent wire material, which is 1 part of the outer diameter of the wire material. A gap of /4 is formed. This also applies to the third and subsequent layers. That is, if the first layer is formed with the above-mentioned gap at the 0° position, a gap will be created between the linear members in each layer constituting the plurality of layers. In addition, since the gap formed in each layer does not exceed 3/4 of the outer diameter of the wire material, it is possible to prevent part of the wire material from completely falling into the lower layer, and it is possible to prevent the wire material from being completely dropped into the lower layer. Torque can be kept almost constant. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the wire material from buckling or being caught when unwinding again.
The aligned winding coil of the present invention consists of a plurality of layers in which a wire material is wound in an aligned manner, the number of turns of each of the plurality of layers is the same in each layer, and the outer diameter of the wire material is d (mm). ), and when the number of turns of the wire material is n, the width dimension (mm) in the alignment direction is d×n+(0.65 to 0.85)×d.
In the present invention, the width dimension (mm) of the wire material of the aligned winding coil in the alignment direction is the outer diameter d (mm) of the wire material x the number of turns n + (0.65 to 0.85) x the width of the wire material. Since the outer diameter is d (mm), gaps are formed between the wires in each layer, and the wires do not fall from the layer above when winding, forming an aligned winding coil. The wire material was not buckled or caught when being unwound again. Therefore, when the wire material is unwound from the inner layer and used, the wire material does not get tangled and can be used appropriately.
The aligned winding coil of the present invention consists of a plurality of layers in which wire materials are wound in an aligned manner, the number of turns of each of the plurality of layers is the same in each layer, and the wire material is formed in the alignment direction of the wire material. The maximum value of the depth dimension (mm) of the side recess is equal to the outer diameter d (mm) of the wire material×(0.65 to 0.85).
In the present invention, since the maximum value of the depth dimension (mm) of the side recess formed on the side surface of the aligned winding coil is the outer diameter d of the wire material x (0.65 to 0.85), the winding The appearance of the aligned wound coil can be improved.
According to the present invention, a wire material can be easily wound up, and an aligned winding coil can be appropriately used.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of a method for winding a wire material and an aligned winding coil according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, although in reality, the
[Configuration of wire material]
The

[How to wind up wire material]
In this embodiment, the
Then, a second layer is formed on top of the first layer. The winding start end of the
Here, a method for winding up the
As mentioned above, in order to make the explanation easier to understand, each layer is shown with four winding rows in FIGS. 3 to 6, but in reality, any number of winding rows can be used. Further, although the plurality of layers is three layers, it is not limited thereto. Further, the numbers attached to the center of the
First, as shown in FIG. 3, aligned winding is started with the winding start end of the

From the above, in this embodiment, the total value of the gaps between each layer is 3/4 of the outer diameter of the
In addition, since the gap formed between each layer does not exceed 3/4 of the outer diameter of the
That is, the aligned winding
The width dimension (mm) in the alignment direction of the
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the first layer and the third layer (odd layer) are aligned and wound while moving the
The aligned-wound coils of Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were manufactured by winding a tube material with an outer diameter of 6.0 mm made of JIS 1050 aluminum alloy using the winding method described in the above embodiment. At this time, the gap (mm) in the width direction of the winding trunk between the end face of the second flange in the first layer of the aligned winding coil and the final winding start position of the tube is determined by the outer diameter of the tube as described above. d (mm)×constant α, and this constant α was as shown in Table 1. In other words, the gap (mm) in Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 has a value obtained by multiplying the outer diameter d (mm) of the tube material by the constant α shown in Table 1.
The width between the end face of the first collar part and the end face of the second collar part of the bobbin was 300 mm, and each layer was wound 48 times. In addition, up to 17 layers were formed.
(Evaluation of gaps in multiple layers)
The gap in multiple layers was evaluated based on the winding appearance when the gap was varied. In this case, the case where 48 turns were completed was evaluated as good "○", and the case where the number of turns varied from 48 turns was evaluated as poor "x".
(Evaluation of windability)
The windability was evaluated visually by checking the winding appearance. In this case, a case in which a predetermined amount could be wound to the end was evaluated as good, and a case in which the sheet was wound irregularly in the middle was evaluated as poor, as "x."
The evaluation of the gaps in the bobbin width direction, the gaps in multiple layers, and the evaluation of winding properties are as shown in Table 1.
As shown in Table 1, in Examples 1 and 2, the gap in the width direction of the winding trunk between the end face of the second flange of the first layer of the aligned winding coil and the final winding start position of the tube material is Since it is the value obtained by multiplying the outer diameter d of the pipe material by the constant α (0.75), that is, 0.75 times the outer diameter d of the pipe material, the evaluation of the gap between multiple layers and the evaluation of the winding performance are good. It was 〇.
On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 1 to 3, the gap in the width direction of the winding trunk between the end face of the second flange of the first layer of the aligned winding coil and the final winding start position of the tube is the outer diameter d of the tube. Because the gap was small, multiplying by the constant α (0.5), that is, 0.5 times the outer diameter d of the pipe material, both the evaluation of the gap in multiple layers and the evaluation of winding performance were poor. It was "x".
