Description
The present invention relates to a thawing device that can thaw an object without wetting the surface of the object.
When defrosting an object such as frozen food, natural thawing takes too much time, so for example, a thawing device uses a blower fan to blow air maintained at a predetermined temperature onto the object. There is. However, in this thawing device, the object to be thawed is thawed by the heat contained in the blown wind, so that the quality of the object may deteriorate due to an increase in the temperature of the object.
For this reason, in
However, the thawing method described in

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
<Overall configuration>
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the configuration of a
The
The cold air A2 supplied to the
The
The
The
The
<Rapid defrosting>
Here, rapid thawing of the
In addition, since the humidity in the cold air A2 decreases due to heat transfer of the latent heat of water vapor condensation and condensation of water vapor is suppressed, new cold air A2 is continuously supplied. Further, by continuously applying the cold air A2 to the
<Surface defrosting>
Here, when the frost formed on the

<Surface moisturization and center thawing>
After the time t2 when this surface defrosting process E2 is completed, a surface moisturizing process and a central part thawing process E3 is performed. At time t2, the center temperature Td of the

On the other hand, if the central part thawing time has elapsed (step S150, Yes), thawing is completed and the heat-retaining and moisturizing process for the
In this embodiment, a series of steps from rapid thawing to heat retention and moisturizing after thawing are performed without wetting the

<変形例1>

The surface defrosting process E2 in the above embodiment was the blowing off of frost by the
FIG. 4 is a time chart showing the decompression process of the

<変形例2>

<変形例3>
<
In the above-mentioned
FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram illustrating sublimation of
Note that the defrosting during the rapid thawing process in the above-mentioned
Moreover, if there is little frost adhering to the
Further, in the above-described embodiments and
