Claims (12)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収容すると共に上部が開放されたモジュールフレームと、
前記モジュールフレームの上部において前記電池セル積層体を覆う上部プレートと、
前記電池セル積層体と連結されるバスバーフレームと、
前記電池セル積層体の両側に位置するエンドプレートとを含み、
前記モジュールフレームは、前記電池セルの積層方向に沿って前記電池セル積層体を開放する構造を有し、
前記モジュールフレームの開放された両側において前記エンドプレートが前記電池セル積層体の積層面を覆っており、
前記上部プレートの両側には、下部に突出した第1係止部が形成されており、
前記エンドプレートは、上端部に第1段差部が形成され、前記第1段差部に前記第1係止部が係止されており、
前記モジュールフレームの両側の底部には、上部に突出した第2係止部が形成されており、
前記エンドプレートの下端部に第2段差部が形成され、前記第2段差部に前記第2係止部が係止されており、
前記エンドプレートと前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する絶縁カバーをさらに含み、
前記電池セルの前記積層方向に垂直な方向のZ軸方向において、前記絶縁カバーの幅は、前記エンドプレートの幅より大きく、前記絶縁カバーの前記Z軸方向への上端部と前記エンドプレートの前記Z軸方向への上端部との間に第1段差部が形成され、前記第1段差部に前記第1係止部が係止されている、電池モジュール。 - 前記モジュールフレームは、底部および互いに対向する2つの側面部を含み、
前記側面部と前記電池セル積層体との間に前記バスバーフレームが位置する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記エンドプレートは、前記電池セルの前記積層方向に垂直な方向に位置する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーフレームと前記モジュールフレームの前記側面部との間に位置する絶縁プレートをさらに含む、請求項2または3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1段差部および前記第2段差部は、前記エンドプレートの前記上端部および前記下端部それぞれに溝構造(Groove)を形成する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは、前記第1段差部の両方の外縁に形成されたモジュールマウンティング部を有する、請求項1または5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールマウンティング部に対応するように前記上部プレートには第1切開部が形成され、前記第1切開部によって前記モジュールマウンティング部の上端部が開放される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールマウンティング部に対応するように前記モジュールフレームの底部には第2切開部が形成され、前記第2切開部によって前記モジュールマウンティング部の下端部が開放される、請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートと前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する圧縮パッドをさらに含む、請求項1及び5~8の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁カバーの前記Z軸方向への下端部と前記エンドプレートの前記Z軸方向への下端部との間に第2段差部が形成され、前記第2段差部に前記第2係止部が係止されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは、金属物質で形成された、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
