Claims (10)
- 相互に電気的に接続して水平方向に配列された複数の円筒型電池セルと、
前記複数の円筒型電池セルの上部に搭載された上部フレームと、
前記複数の円筒型電池セルの下部に装着された下部フレームと、を含み、
前記上部フレーム及び前記下部フレームのいずれか一方に形成され、前記複数の円筒型電池セルが相互に密集するように内側水平方向へ前記複数の円筒型電池セルを弾力的に加圧する加圧部と、を備え、前記複数の円筒型電池セルが互いに接触した状態で配置されていることを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記加圧部は、前記上部フレーム及び前記下部フレームの各々の外周縁に位置し、前記複数の円筒型電池セルのうち水平方向の最外側に位置した円筒型電池セルを加圧するように内側水平方向へ突出した加圧突起を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部フレーム及び前記下部フレームのいずれか一方以上は、前記複数の円筒型電池セルが各々配列されるように前記複数の円筒型電池セル各々の水平方向における一側を支持し、前記複数の円筒型電池セルの間に配置され、各々が三角柱状の複数の固定突起を内面に備え、
前記複数の固定突起の間は、前記複数の円筒型電池セルのいずれか一方が隣接する他の円筒型電池セルと相互に接触するように開放されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の円筒型電池セルは各々、電解液及び電極組立体を収容する電池缶及び前記電池缶の上端に搭載される上部キャップを備え、
前記上部フレームには、前記複数の円筒型電池セルの前記電池缶の上部及び前記上部キャップが外部に露出するように開放された少なくとも一つ以上の接続口が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記下部フレームには、前記複数の円筒型電池セル各々の前記電池缶の下面が外部に露出するように開放された複数の開放口が備えられ、
前記下部フレームの前記開放口には、前記複数の円筒型電池セルの前記電池缶の下面の少なくとも一部を覆うように構成された熱伝導性物質が位置することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部フレームの前記固定突起と前記下部フレームの前記固定突起との間には、前記複数の円筒型電池セルが相互に電気的に接続するように電気伝導性の接着剤が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の円筒型電池セルが相互に密着するように前記複数の円筒型電池セルの外側面を前記複数の円筒型電池セルの内側方向へ加圧している熱収縮フィルムまたは絶縁シートをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記絶縁シートの前記複数の円筒型電池セルと対面している内側面には、前記複数の円筒型電池セルの外側面を前記複数の円筒型電池セルの内側へ加圧するように構成された弾性シートが位置することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ以上含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする、自動車。
