Claims (11)
- 複数のバッテリーセルを含む3個のセル積層体と、
前記3個のセル積層体が載置されるベースプレート、及び前記ベースプレート上に立設されて前記3個のセル積層体が互いに分離した空間に配置されるように空間を区画する3個の分割プレートを含むセルトレイと、
前記3個のセル積層体及びセルトレイを収容し、六角柱状を有するモジュールハウジングと、
前記モジュールハウジングの上部に形成された開口部を覆い、前記複数のバッテリーセルを電気的に接続するバスバーフレームアセンブリと、を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ベースプレートは、その平面の形状が六角形である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記3個の分割プレートは、それぞれ、
前記3個のセル積層体のそれぞれの載置面が互いに同一面積を有するように、前記ベースプレートの中心部から周縁まで延びている、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記セルトレイは、
前記ベースプレートの中心部から上方に延びるピンホルダーをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
上側から順次に前記バスバーフレームアセンブリ及びピンホルダーのそれぞれの中心部を貫通する取り付けピンをさらに含む、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記取り付けピンは、
冷却流体が通過できるようにその中心部を貫通して形成された流路を備えている、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールハウジングは、
前記ベースプレートの周縁領域を支持するトレイホルダーを備えている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ベースプレートは、
前記モジュールハウジングの下部に形成された開口部から露出している、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記3個の分割プレートは、それぞれ、
前記ベースプレートを貫通して前記モジュールハウジングの下部に形成された開口部から露出している、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 複数の請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールと、
複数の前記バッテリーモジュールが取り付けられるパックトレイと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項10に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
