Description
Claims (11)
- ロールの状態で供給されてもよい、幅と長さを有する広幅シートであって、
当該広幅シート全体にわたってランダムにループした複数の繊維からなる寸法安定性不織ベールと、
前記複数の繊維を結合させるバインダー材料と、
前記ベールの前記結合した複数の繊維および前記バインダー材料の表面を完全かつ連続的に覆う第1の金属コーティングと、
前記第1の金属コーティングの表面を完全に覆う第2の金属コーティングと
を含んでなり、
前記第1および第2の金属コーティングが、前記寸法安定性不織ベールの形状に従った高導電性金属スクリーンを形成してなり、
前記第1の金属コーティングが、銅を含み、かつ坪量が10~50g/m2広幅シートであり、さらに、前記第2の金属コーティングが、ニッケルを含み、かつ坪量が5~20g/m2広幅シートであり、
前記繊維がカーボン繊維である、広幅シート。 - 12インチ以上の幅を有する、請求項1に記載の広幅シート。
- 前記バインダー材料が、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン(ABS)、アセタール、アクリル、セルロースアセテートブチレート(CAB)、塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル(CPVC)、エチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレン(ECTFE)、充填剤入りポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリアミド(ナイロン)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリカーボネート、ポリプロピレン、ポリスルホン、ポリフェニレン(PPS)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリフッ化ビニリデンまたはポリビニリデンジフルオリド(PVDF)、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリアミドイミド、スチレンアクリル、フェノキシ、ポリウレタン、ポリイミド、フッ素化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)、架橋されたポリエステル、スチレンアクリル、コポリエステル、および超高分子量ポリエチレン(UHMPE又はUHMW)、並びにこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるものである、請求項1または2に記載の広幅シート。
- 前記第2の金属コーティングが、スルファミン酸ニッケル系の電気ニッケルメッキを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の広幅シート。
- 表面を有する航空機の建造に適切に使用される場合、
航空機に直接落ちるか、あるいは航空機の近くで発生する200,000アンペアの雷の直接的および間接的な影響による航空機表面への構造的損傷に耐えおよび/または当該損傷を防ぐことができ、さらに
2.0×l06~2.5×106A2・秒の作用積分に耐えることができる
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の広幅シート。 - 坪量が60g/m2未満であり、かつ、シート抵抗が0.015Ω/□未満である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の広幅シート。
- 前記複数の繊維のランダムループが、LFバンド(30kHz~300kHz)において75dBを超え、かつ、Sバンド(2GHz~4GHz)において70dBのシールド効果を提供する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の広幅シート。
- 前記複数の繊維のランダムループが、1メガヘルツ(MHz)~40,000メガヘルツ(MHz)において、少なくとも10、15、20、25、30、35、40または45デシベル(dB)のシールド効果を提供する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の広幅シート。
- 前記複数の繊維は、直径が1~10マイクロメートル(μm)であり、アスペクト比(長さ:直径)が10,000:1~1,000:1である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の広幅シート。
- 前記寸法安定性不織ベールが2g/m2と50g/m2の間の空中重量を有する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の広幅シート。
- 前記第2の金属コーティングの坪量が10g/m2である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の広幅シート。
