Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an automatic battery water replenishing device for an industrial vehicle capable of automatically supplying battery purified water to a battery mounted on the vehicle body of the industrial vehicle.
2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional technology of an automatic battery water refilling device for industrial vehicles, for example, a battery fluid refilling device disclosed in
However, the battery fluid replenishing device disclosed in
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems. An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic battery water refilling device for a vehicle.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a battery purified water storage unit mounted on a vehicle body of an industrial vehicle for storing battery purified water, and water injection for injecting the battery purified water in the battery purified water storage unit into a battery. a mechanism, a water supply path that connects the water injection mechanism and the battery, a charge control unit that controls charging of the battery, a water injection control unit that operates the water injection mechanism after the battery is charged by the charge control unit, and the A pressure sensor provided in a water supply passage for detecting water pressure in the water supply passage, and a full water determination unit for determining whether the battery is full based on the pressure detected by the pressure sensor. In an automatic battery water refilling device for an industrial vehicle, in which water filling is terminated when the full water determining unit determines that the battery is full when water is injected into the battery, either a full water refilling mode in which the water is expected to be full or a normal water refilling mode in which the water is not full is expected. a water replenishment mode selection unit that selects one of the water replenishment modes; a full water time correction processing unit that performs correction processing when the water is full when the water full determination unit determines that the water is full at the time of water filling; a non-full water correction processing unit that performs correction processing for non-full water when it is determined that the water is not full at the time of water filling, and the full water correction processing unit performs water refilling when full water is refilled two times in succession. Correction is performed so that the water reduction amount due to subsequent charging and the water replenishment amount based on the actual water injection time, which is the actual water injection time performed after the water reduction, are matched, and the water injection control unit performs the correction process when the water is full and after the correction process when the water is not full. It is characterized by ending water injection.
In the present invention, charging of the battery is started and water is injected when one of the normal water refilling mode and the full water refilling mode is selected. When the full-water judging section judges that the water is full by the detection of the pressure sensor, the full-water correction processing is performed. In the correction process when the water is full, when the water is replenished to full water twice in a row, the amount of water reduction due to charging after refilling the water full and the water replenishment amount by the actual water injection time, which is the actual water injection time performed after the water decrease, are corrected to match. conduct. According to the present invention, it is possible to automatically determine whether or not correction is necessary, fill water, and perform correction during charging, accurately estimate the amount of water reduction in the battery liquid during charging, and fill an appropriate amount of water into the battery. Is possible.
Further, in the automatic battery water replenishing device for the industrial vehicle, it is determined whether or not the integrated overcharge amount obtained by integrating the overcharge amount that occurs each time the battery is charged is equal to or greater than a water replenishment start overcharge amount that is a threshold value. An overcharge amount determination unit is provided, and the water replenishment mode selection unit determines, when it is determined that the integrated overcharge amount is equal to or greater than the water replenishment start overcharge amount, according to the presence or absence of a correction flag set during the previous charging. Either one of the full water refilling mode and the normal water refilling mode is selected, and the full water correction processing unit determines whether or not there is a full water flag indicating that the previous water filling is full water refilling, and when there is a full water flag Set to no correction flag, set to have full water flag, set to have correction flag when there is no full water flag, set to have full water flag, the non-full water correction processing unit determines the water replenishment mode, When the water replenishment mode is the normal water replenishment mode, the correction flag is set to no and the full water flag is set to no, and when the water refill mode is the full water refill mode, the correction flag is set to no and the full water flag is set to no, and the full water correction process is performed. A configuration in which the accumulated overcharge amount is reset after the end of water injection after the correction process for when the water is not full and the water replenishment start overcharge amount is updated, and the current overcharge amount is added to the accumulated overcharge amount after charging is completed. may be
In this case, when charging of the battery is started, it is determined whether or not the accumulated overcharge amount is greater than or equal to the water replenishment start overcharge amount. Determine whether or not there is a correction flag. When the presence or absence of the correction flag is determined, one of the normal water refill mode and the full water refill mode is selected according to the presence or absence of the correction flag. Water is injected, but when the full-water judging section judges that the water is full by the detection of the pressure sensor, correction processing for full water is performed. In the full-water correction process, it is determined whether or not there is a full-water flag indicating that the water was replenished at the time of the previous charging. When the full water flag is absent, the correction flag is set and the full water flag is set. When the pressure sensor does not detect full water during water filling, the water full determination unit determines that water is not full during water filling, and correction processing for when water is not full is performed. In the correction process when the water is not full, it is determined whether or not there is a full water flag indicating that the water was replenished at the time of the previous charging. , when there is no full water flag, it is set to have a correction flag, and it is set to have a full water flag. As a result, it is possible to determine whether or not correction is necessary, fill water, and perform correction automatically during charging. is.
In the automatic battery water refilling device for industrial vehicles, a target water filling time setting unit for setting a target water filling time in the water filling mode selected by the water filling mode selection unit based on the accumulated overcharge amount, wherein the target water filling time The setting unit calculates the reduced water injection time based on the accumulated overcharge amount, the conversion coefficient, and the correction coefficient, and uses the full water refill mode coefficient for the full water refill mode and the normal water refill mode coefficient as the water refill mode coefficient for each water refill mode. A coefficient for the normal water replenishment mode may be set in advance, and the target water replenishment time may be calculated based on the replenishment mode coefficient corresponding to the water reduction water replenishment time and the water replenishment mode.
In this case, the target water-pouring time setting unit sets the target water-pouring time for the water replenishment mode selected by the water replenishment mode selection unit based on the accumulated overcharge amount. The target water injection time setting unit calculates the water reduction water injection time based on the accumulated overcharge amount, the conversion coefficient, and the correction coefficient, but uses the water refill mode coefficient corresponding to the water refill mode to calculate the water reduction water injection time for each water refill mode. be able to. Therefore, in the case of full water refilling mode, the coefficient for full water refilling mode is used to calculate the reduced water injection time in full water refilling mode, and in the case of normal water refilling mode, the normal refilling mode coefficient is used to calculate the reduction of normal water refilling mode. Water injection time can be calculated with high accuracy.
In the automatic battery water replenishing device for an industrial vehicle, the full water correction processing unit determines the water replenishing mode when determining that the full water flag is not present, and determines that the water replenishing mode is the full water refilling mode. determining whether the water injection time does not exceed the threshold, and when it is determined that the actual water injection time does not exceed the threshold, the correction coefficient is not corrected, and the water replenishment mode is the full water replenishment mode; Alternatively, if it is determined that the actual water injection time exceeds the threshold, the correction coefficient may be corrected.
In this case, the full-water correction processing unit determines whether or not the actual water-pouring time, which is the actual water-pouring time, does not exceed the threshold, and does not correct the correction coefficient when it is determined that the actual water-pouring time does not exceed the threshold. . When the water full correction processing unit determines that the actual water injection time exceeds the threshold value, it corrects the correction coefficient. Therefore, it is possible to determine whether or not correction is necessary according to the actual water injection time.
In the above automatic battery water refilling device for industrial vehicles, the non-full water correction processing unit corrects the correction coefficient by adding a preset constant to the correction coefficient when the water refilling mode is the full water refilling mode. good too.
In this case, if the water replenishment mode is the full water replenishment mode and water replenishment ends in a non-full water replenishment mode, the estimated low water injection time is too short than the actually required low water injection time. By correcting the correction coefficient by adding a preset constant to the correction coefficient, it is possible to increase the accuracy of estimating the next water-reduction water injection time.
Advantageous Effects of Invention According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an automatic battery water replenishing device for an industrial vehicle that can accurately estimate the amount of water loss in the battery fluid during charging and can inject an appropriate amount of replenishment water into the battery.

The automatic battery
First, when an operator operates the charging
The accumulated overcharge amount Q is an accumulated amount of overcharge that occurs each time the
The water replenishment start overcharge amount Qs is a threshold for determining whether or not water replenishment is necessary. The water replenishment start overcharge amount Qs is set in the
When it is determined that the integrated overcharge amount Q is equal to or greater than the water replenishment start overcharge amount, the
The full water replenishment mode is a water replenishment mode in which battery purified water is injected until the
When the target water injection time setting for each water replenishment mode is completed, water is injected into the
By the way, in step S07, when the
Next, the

(Regarding the target water injection time setting for each water refilling mode)
Here, setting of the target water injection time for each water replenishment mode will be described. The target water injection time setting for each water replenishment mode is performed according to the procedure of the flow chart shown in FIG. First, the
When the reduced water injection time Ts is calculated, the
When the water mode coefficient J is set, the
(Regarding correction processing when water is full)
Next, the full-water correction process will be described. In FIG. 3, when the
After calculating the correction coefficient H by matching, the
By the way, in step S201, when the full water flag was not present last time, the
When the new correction coefficient Hm is calculated, the
In step S205, when the water replenishment mode is the full water replenishment mode, the
In step S208, when the
(Regarding processing when water is not full)
Next, the non-full water correction process will be described. In FIG. 3, when the
When the new correction coefficient Hn is calculated, the
In step S301, when the water replenishment mode is the normal water replenishment mode, the
(Charging after shipment from the factory and the first water replenishment)
Next, water refilling for each charge by the automatic battery
(Second water replenishment after factory shipment, water replenishment for setting conversion coefficient G)
From this state, the
(3rd refilling water, refilling water after full water)
In the next third water replenishment, as in the case of the previous full water replenishment, the water reduction rate (replenishment start overcharge amount Qs) obtained by converting the accumulated overcharge amount Qn between refills into a water reduction rate becomes, for example, 50% or more. when Before the water reduction rate reaches 50% or more in terms of the water reduction rate conversion of the accumulated overcharge amount Qn during water refilling, charging is repeated, but water is not replenished during this period. Since it is not necessary to perform full water refilling after full water refilling for which the conversion coefficient G has been determined, the water refilling mode is set to the normal water refilling mode for normal water refilling (step S04). In the case of normal water replenishment mode, the coefficient for normal water replenishment mode is set to coefficient Jn (less than 1) for normal water replenishment mode in the target water injection time setting process for each water replenishment mode (step S06) (step S104). Then, the target water-filling time Tn for the normal water-replenishing mode is calculated by multiplying the reduced water-filling time Ts by the normal water-refilling mode coefficient Jn (step S105). The reduced water injection time Ts can be calculated by multiplying the accumulated overcharge amount Qn during rehydration by the conversion coefficient G and the correction coefficient H (step S101).
In the normal water replenishment mode, the reduced water refill time Ts is multiplied by the normal refill mode coefficient Jn of less than 1, so the target water refill time Tn is shorter than the reduced water refill time Ts. Therefore, if water is normally replenished at the target water-filling time Tn, each cell will not be filled with water. The normal refilling mode coefficient Jn is set such that the target water filling time Tn in the normal water filling mode is, for example, 96% of the target water filling time Tm in the full water filling mode. When the actual water pouring time Tr reaches the target water pouring time Tn and the
(Fourth water refill, water refill after normal water refill)
In the next fourth water replenishment, as in the case of the previous normal water replenishment, the water reduction rate (water replenishment start overcharge amount Qs) obtained by converting the accumulated overcharge amount Qn between water refills into a water reduction rate becomes, for example, 50% or more. when Charging is repeated before the water reduction rate (replenishment start overcharge amount Qs) obtained by converting the cumulative overcharge amount Qn during refilling into a water reduction rate reaches 50% or more, but water is not replenished during this period. Since it is not necessary to perform full water refilling after normal refilling, the water refilling mode is set to the normal refilling mode for normal water refilling (step S04). In the case of the normal water replenishment mode, the water refill mode coefficient J is set to the normal water refill mode coefficient Jn (less than 1) in the target water injection time setting process for each water refill mode (step S06) (step S104). Then, the target water injection time Tn is calculated by multiplying the reduced water injection time Ts by the water replenishment mode coefficient J (step S105). The reduced water injection time Ts can be calculated by multiplying the accumulated overcharge amount Qn during rehydration by the conversion coefficient G and the correction coefficient H (step S101).
In the previous third normal water replenishment, the water was not full, so even if the amount of reduced water corresponding to the accumulated overcharge amount Qn between water refills is injected, the battery cells do not become full. The target water injection time Tn in the normal water refilling mode is set, for example, to be 100% of the reduced water injection time Ts calculated from the accumulated overcharge amount Qn during water refilling. When the actual water injection time Tr reaches the target water injection time Tn and the
(Fifth refilling water, refilling water after normal refilling, full water refilling to eliminate unevenness)
The next fifth water replenishment is when the water reduction rate (water replenishment start overcharge amount Qs) obtained by converting the accumulated overcharge amount Qm during full water into a water reduction rate reaches 150% or more. Charging is repeated before the water reduction rate (water replenishment start overcharge amount Qs) obtained by converting the accumulated overcharge amount Qm into the water reduction rate reaches 150% or more, but water is not replenished during this period. When the accumulated overcharge amount Qm during full water level is 150% or more in terms of the water reduction rate, there is a high possibility that the battery cell with the lowest liquid level will deviate from the other battery cells. Therefore, the automatic battery
Water is replenished at the target water injection time Tm in the full water replenishment mode, and the battery liquid in each battery cell becomes full. Since overcharging occurs in normal charging with full water replenishment, water reduction occurs, and after full water refilling, the accumulated overcharge amount Qm during full water replenishment and the accumulated overcharge amount Qn during refilling water are reset. The overcharge amount in normal charging with full water refilling is the initial value of the accumulated overcharge amount Qm during full water replenishment and the accumulated overcharge amount Qn during refilling. After this full water replenishment, discharging and charging are repeated, and water replenishment is not performed during this period. Water is replenished after the full water replenishment when the water reduction rate (replenishment start overcharge amount Qs) obtained by converting the accumulated overcharge amount Qn between refills into a water reduction rate becomes, for example, 50% or more. Then, the next water replenishment after the full water replenishment is usually scheduled to be replenished.
By the way, in refilling water, if the estimation accuracy of the reduced water injection time Ts is within the specified range Tx, the refilling by the full water refilling mode becomes full water refilling, and the water refilling by the normal water refilling mode ends without becoming full. However, when the estimation accuracy of the reduced water injection time Ts is not within the allowable range, that is, when the water is not full even though the water is replenished in the full water replenishment mode, or when the water is replenished in the normal water replenishment mode but the water is full. If the estimation accuracy of the reduced water injection time Ts is not within the allowable range, the estimated accuracy of the reduced water injection time Ts is corrected so as to be within the allowable range by the following procedure.
(When refilling water in the full water refilling mode does not fill the tank)
If the water is not filled to the full by refilling in the full water refilling mode, even if water is refilled at the target water refilling time Tm in the full water refilling mode, the full water is not detected in step S07, and the actual water refilling time Tr becomes equal to or greater than the target water refilling time Tm in step S08. is the case. The target water-pouring time Tm in this case is too short than the actual water-pouring time Tr. In this case, in step S302 of the non-full water processing in step S12, a constant K is added to the currently set correction coefficient H to calculate a new correction coefficient Hn = (H+K), and a correction flag is set in step S303. (See
Therefore, in the next water replenishment, steps S03, S04, and S06 are passed. In setting the target water-pouring time for each refilling mode in step S06, the water-reducing water-pouring time Ts is calculated in step S101, and the new correction coefficient Hn is reflected, so the estimation accuracy of the water-reducing water-pouring time Ts is improved. By improving the estimation accuracy of the reduced water injection time Ts, the target water injection time Tn calculated in step S105 approaches the actual water injection time Tr.

If the previous water replenishment was not full and the water was replenished by the normal water replenishment mode but the water is full, the water is full in step S07 even if the water is replenished at the target water replenishment time Tn in the normal water replenishment mode. The target water injection time Tn in this case is excessively longer than the actual water injection time Tr. In this case, in step S206 of the full-water correction process in step S11, a constant K is subtracted from the currently set correction coefficient H to calculate a new correction coefficient Hm = (H−K). Then, in step S207, a correction flag is present, and in step S204, a previous full water flag is present (see

If the previous water replenishment was full and the normal water replenishment mode was used to replenish the water, the full water level is detected in step S07 even if the water is replenished at the target water injection time Tn in the normal water replenishment mode. The target water injection time Tn in this case is excessively longer than the actual water injection time Tr. In this case, in step S202 of the full water correction process in step S11, a correction coefficient H is calculated by matching. The correction coefficient H by matching can be calculated by multiplying the accumulated overcharge amount Q by the conversion coefficient G and dividing the actual water injection time Tr until the water is full (H=Q×G×1/ Tr ). Then, in step S203, no correction flag is set, and in step S204, the previous full water flag is set (see
Therefore, in the next water replenishment, steps S03, S05, and S06 are passed. By improving the estimation accuracy of the reduced water injection time Ts, the target water injection time Tm calculated in step S105 approaches the actual water injection time Tr.
By the way, even if the result of water refilling is full in the full water refilling mode, the actual water injection time Tr may be significantly shorter than the reduced water injection time Ts (Tr<<Ts). In this case, if the last replenishment of water is full, then in step S202 of the full water processing in step S11, the correction coefficient H is calculated by matching (see

In FIG. 8, in pattern 4 in which the estimation accuracy of the reduced water injection time Ts is within the specified range Tx, the previous refilling was full, the refilling mode is the full water refilling mode, and the current refilling result is full. , and in step S202 in the full water correction process in step S11, a correction coefficient H is calculated by matching. This is because the previous water replenishment and the current water replenishment are full and are two consecutive times.
The automatic battery
(1) When the charging of the
(2) When the charging of the
(3) The
(4) The
(5) When the water replenishment mode is the full water replenishment mode and water replenishment ends when the water level is not full, the
(6) Correction of the correction coefficient H by matching using the actual water injection time Tr of the current refilling regardless of whether the current refilling mode is the full water refilling mode or the normal refilling mode when the previous watering and the current refilling are full. I do. For this reason, when it can be determined that there is a large deviation between the reduced water injection time Ts and the actual water injection time Tr, by performing two consecutive water refills to reach full water, the amount of liquid water reduction due to charging after the first full water refill can be reduced. On the other hand, it is possible to correct the relationship so that the water replenishment amount of the next full water replenishment matches.
(7) Estimating the reduced water injection time Ts by reducing the water refilled due to the full water in the repeated water refills, and by continuing the water refilled twice when the reduced water injection time Ts needs to be corrected. becomes more accurate, and high accuracy can be maintained continuously. Further, since the
