Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a foundation structure for a tower-like structure, and more particularly to a foundation structure for supporting tall columnar (generally hollow columnar) structures such as struts and chimneys of a wind turbine generator on the ground. In general, the foundation structure should have sufficient resistance to resist rotational moment and/or horizontal stress caused by wind force, seismic force, etc. acting on the tower structure for its safe and stable support. There is a need.
The tower-like structure is generally fixed and held by anchor bolts to a foundation structure arranged on the ground. Anchor bolts are built by embedding in advance in a foundation structure configured as a reinforced concrete structure.
Documents such as
Various types of anchor bolts are known, of which headed anchor bolts are typically used. In the case of headed anchor bolts, when the anchor bolt is embedded in the concrete body, the pull-out force (upward tensile force) acting on the anchor bolt causes the cone-shaped fracture surface to start from the end of the anchor bolt head. It is formed. See Non-Patent Document 1, page 239, Fig. 4.5. The shaded area in the figure is the effective horizontal projected area Ac of the headed anchor bolt. This diagram is shown in FIG. 13 of the present application. Further, a plurality of anchor bolts are generally used side by side (array), and the effective horizontal projected area ΣAc in that case is shown in FIG. This applies when a large number of anchor bolts are used, and the same applies when anchor plates are used together.
Typical examples of tower-like structures include chimneys and struts (or support towers) of wind turbine generators. Among renewable energies, wind power generation, unlike photovoltaic power generation, can generate power day and night, and has already come to occupy the main position of renewable energies in Europe, the United States, and Asia. In Japan as well, renewable energy is positioned as the main power source of the future, and recognition of the importance and usefulness of wind power generation is increasing.
Wind power can be generated on land or offshore, but in the case of land in particular, a foundation structure is constructed on the ground, columns are erected on top of it, wind turbines and generators are attached to the top of the columns, and the wind turbines are rotated according to the wind force. and rotate the generator to generate electricity. In shallow waters even on the ocean, a foundation structure can be provided on the seabed ground to support the pillars. In deep sea areas, there are two types: a stationary method, in which a platform is set up on a yagura structure raised from the seabed to support columns, and a floating structure, in which columns are installed on top of a floating body as a foundation structure.
In the present invention, the foundation structure used in the method of providing the foundation structure on land or on the relatively shallow seabed ground will be discussed, but the present invention is not limited to this.
The development of wind power generation is progressing rapidly. Recently, the diameter of wind turbines is generally over 100 m, and wind turbines with a diameter of over 100 m to 150 m are about to be put into practical use. On the other hand, the height of the pillars exceeds 50m and is about to reach 100m or more. The increase in the diameter of the windmill is accompanied by the increase in the size of the generator, so the load of the windmill and the generator arranged at the top of the column is also increasing. A large-diameter windmill is naturally rotated by receiving wind power, and the drag force received by the windmill due to the action of the wind speed is transmitted to the hub of the windmill and then to the top of the column. Naturally, due to changes in the natural environment, it is necessary to consider the pressure on the wind turbine due to strong winds such as typhoons, hurricanes, storms, gusts, and tornadoes, and it is necessary to secure a drag force to withstand this at the top of the column.
The struts are fixed to the foundation structure, and anchor bolts (hereinafter also referred to as anchors) are commonly used as fixing means. Concrete alone is not enough to ensure the resistance against the tensile force of anchor bolts embedded in concrete, and reinforcing bars (reinforcing bars) are generally provided. At that time, various bar arrangement designs have been carried out so that concrete failure does not occur on the cone-shaped failure surface.
In particular, Patent Document 1 is an example of a tall tower-like structure in which a force acts on the top in a direction perpendicular to its axis. In this case, it is taught that the foundation concrete is subjected not only to vertical tensile stresses, but also to transverse tensile forces, and specific reinforcement structures are proposed to counteract this. It is said that this can suppress the formation of a cone-shaped fracture surface in the foundation structure.
Regarding the design principle of the base of the chimney, Non-Patent
Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6 of Patent Document 1, a pair of vertical reinforcements 7a and 7b parallel to the anchor bolt (unbonded anchor 5) are erected and crossed on both sides of the anchor (outer and inner in the radial direction), and further Ring-shaped hoop muscles 8a and 8b are arranged on the circumference and joined and held to the respective vertical muscles 7a and 7b, and a large number of radial muscles 9 are vertically separated in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the anchor 5, Also disclosed is a substantially cylindrical bracing structure arranged perpendicular to the anchors and longitudinal bars. The vertical stripes 7a and 7b extend to the footing portion. Ring-shaped anchor plates are arranged at the upper and lower ends of the anchor. The seat portion 3b is formed on the upper portion of the footing portion 3, and the struts of the footing portion are arranged along the outer wall of the footing portion at its inner edge.
However, for example, as the windmills of wind power generators become larger, the height of the columns also becomes larger, reaching from 50m or more to 100m or more. Furthermore, wind power generators with columns arranged at the top are also becoming larger. In order to safely and reliably support such a large tower-like structure on which force acts on the top, there is a concern that the foundation structure of Patent Document 1 still provides insufficient bearing strength.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a foundation structure that can contribute to the safe support of a huge column (tower-like structure). Another object of the present invention is to provide a basic structure that contributes to simplification of the bracing structure and simplification or simplification of the assembly process. Other aspects and objects of the invention will become apparent from the full disclosure.

In a first aspect of the invention, a base structure for a tower structure is provided. This foundation structure is a reinforced concrete foundation structure,
A tower-like structure having as a set a plurality of anchor bolts, particularly unbonded anchors introducing prestress, distributed along a base-receiving seat for fixing the base of the column base of the tower-like structure. In a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing a base structure for a tower structure, particularly a base structure corresponding to the first aspect. This manufacturing method includes the step of assembling the bar arrangement structure [ie, bracing or bar assembly] defined in the first aspect. Furthermore, after the assembly process, there is a process of pouring concrete. After that, the foundation structure is completed after the concrete hardens.
It should be noted that when reference numerals are added to the claims, they are solely for the purpose of helping understanding, and are not intended to limit the present invention to the illustrated forms.
Each aspect of the present invention can contribute to the provision of a strong foundation structure, especially a foundation structure of a tower-like structure, that can withstand enormous stress acting on anchor bolts and repeated stress. As the tower-like structure, a support tower as a column of a wind power generator, particularly a wind power generator having a large wind turbine, can be considered, and the foundation structure of the present invention can be used as its foundation structure.
The general form [basic form] of the basic structure will be outlined below. The foundation structure of the tower-like structure is a reinforced concrete foundation structure. anchor bolts, in particular unbonded anchors that introduce prestress, as a set. The foundation structure is arranged parallel to the anchor bolts [hereinafter referred to as anchor bolts or anchors including unbonded anchors] when viewed in longitudinal section of the foundation structure, and distributed in the inner and outer regions of the seat [for example It has a group of longitudinal stripes distributed at predetermined intervals].
In addition, the substructure includes a plurality of radial horizontal beams arranged horizontally in a direction intersecting the anchor bolts and radially toward the central axis of the substructure and distributed [at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction] along the seat. Has muscle loops. In this foundation structure, the radial horizontal muscle loops comprise a pair of horizontal portions. Typically, the horizontal muscle loops are disposed across a cone-shaped failure plane originating from the lower portion of the set of anchor bolts. Further, typically, the groups of longitudinal ribs are arranged to intersect the cone-shaped fracture surfaces and extend from the inner and outer regions of the seat to the lower footing of the base structure. The combination of this horizontal reinforcement loop and a group of vertical reinforcement (hereinafter referred to as "horizontal loop/vertical reinforcement combination configuration" for convenience) realizes a dramatic increase in the strength of the foundation structure, more specifically, the anchor holding strength. Moreover, it has the additional advantage that its structure is simple and its assembly does not require complicated bracing.
The cone-shaped fracture surface is a cone-shaped fracture surface formed in the concrete at an angle of about 45 degrees to the horizontal so that it opens upward from the lower end of the anchor bolt. is taught in Non-Patent Document 1. The cone-shaped failure surface is formed when failure occurs, and is not a surface that actually exists in the concrete. In that sense, it is considered a virtual surface. , have important significance in ensuring safety.
By having the above-mentioned bar arrangement structure, the foundation structure can withstand the huge stresses acting from the tower structure, especially the upward tensile stress and the horizontal shear stress exerted on the concrete from the lower ends of the anchor bolts. Contribute to form the bearing strength. As a result, for example, as a foundation structure for fixing and supporting a huge tower-like structure of a wind power generator with a huge wind turbine with a diameter of 100 meters or more and a corresponding generator on the top of the support tower, it can demonstrate sufficient anchor holding strength. can. Of course, the design of the strength of each muscle itself is done by professional engineers according to the given conditions of individual construction work, based on existing design standards and design guidelines, so as to satisfy the prescribed safety standards. , and will not be detailed here.
A method of manufacturing a base structure of a tower-like structure, in particular a base structure corresponding to the first aspect, includes the step of assembling the reinforcement structure [ie bracing or reinforcement assembly] defined in the first aspect. Furthermore, after the assembly process, there is a process of pouring concrete. After that, the foundation structure is completed after the concrete hardens.
Below, further in the present invention, the expandable form of the outline form described above will be described.
A pair of horizontal portions of the horizontal muscle loops are vertically spaced apart [typically with the planes of the loops substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction] when viewed in the longitudinal plane (longitudinal plane passing through the central axis of the foundation structure). and that the loop portion connecting said horizontal portions is located substantially outside the cone-shaped fracture surface. This arrangement ensures effective load-bearing action of the horizontal muscle loops. In practice, meeting this criterion ensures horizontal yield strength and obviates the formation of cone-shaped fracture surfaces even when subjected to large horizontal stresses.
Preferably, said group of longitudinal bars extends to the bottom of said footing. This is to ensure sufficient vertical yield strength. Moreover, according to this structure, there is the advantage that the arrangement and assembly process of the vertical bars can be simplified, and the diameter of the vertical bars can be reduced.
Preferably, the group of vertical reinforcements intersects the horizontal reinforcement loops to form a grid-like reinforcement structure when viewed in longitudinal section. This has the advantage of forming a uniform load bearing distribution within the concrete cross section. In addition, the assembling structure of the bars and the assembling process can be simplified.
It is proposed that the base structure has a pedestal supporting said pedestal, said horizontal muscle loops extending close to the side edges of said pedestal. The pedestal is designed as a portion that ensures the desired anchor strength, and forms the basic support structure (also referred to as the “base”) of the tower-like structure.
Preferably, the pedestal extends radially inwardly and outwardly of the seat from below the seat in a manner that supports the seat. It is preferable that the pedestal has a wide ring shape surrounding the zonal [ring-shaped] seat. That is, foundation structural strength can be obtained.
The loop portion of the horizontal muscle loop is preferably composed of a pair of longitudinal muscle portions. In this case, the horizontal muscle loops have a substantially rectangular shape, in particular a radially elongated rectangular shape. With this configuration, the horizontal strength exerted by the horizontal muscle loops can be increased, and at the same time, the looping process and the muscle assembling process can be simplified, and accurate positioning can be achieved.
Preferably, the set of anchor bolts has a ring-shaped anchor plate at its lower end. The use of the ring-shaped anchor plate is useful because it brings about uniformity of the anchor bearing force of the anchor set as a whole or action of a composite (composite) resultant force. When using an anchor plate, the cone-shaped fracture surface is defined with the edge of the anchor plate (strictly speaking, the upper edge) as the starting point, and the center of the cone is the center of the foundation structure (or base) match the axis. The cone surface of the cone-shaped rupture surface formed starting from the outer edge of the anchor plate has the apex of the downward extension surface [extension line when viewed in longitudinal section] coinciding with the central axis. On the other hand, the apex of the upwardly extending surface of the cone-shaped fracture surface starting from the inner edge of the anchor plate coincides with the central axis. Therefore, the cone-shaped failure surface is composed of two parts, an outer cone-shaped failure surface and an inner cone-shaped failure surface, starting from the inner and outer edges of the anchor plate.
At least part of the group of vertical bars is preferably configured as a U-shaped bar including a pair of arms bent in a U-shape. As a result, the strength of the vertical reinforcement can be increased, and the assembly and arrangement of the vertical reinforcement can be facilitated.
At least a portion (preferably most) of the group of longitudinal muscles is formed by arranging arms of two U-shaped muscles overlapping each other (i.e., as a pair) with U-shaped bent portions at both ends. preferably configured. This simplifies the processing and assembly of the vertical bars, and contributes to ensuring the strength in the vertical direction.
Preferably, the set of anchor bolts is provided at its upper end with a temporary upper anchor plate which can be removed after concrete is poured. To contribute to the convenience of assembling an anchor set, the accurate positioning of the anchor, and the securing of the anchor position when placing concrete. It should be noted that the upper anchor plate can also be used in an embedded state as it is.
The set of anchor bolts preferably consists of at least two (preferably) parallel radial anchors. A plurality of anchors must be designed and installed by accurately positioning them in the flange-shaped anchor receivers or anchor engaging portions provided at the bottom of the tower structure (column base). It contributes to the uniform distribution of anchor strength after positioning and tightening.
The set of anchors preferably has struts supporting said (lower) anchor plate from the bottom of the footing. It is useful for ensuring the correct assembly position of anchor plates (especially anchors).
The horizontal muscle loop is preferably constructed by bending a single muscle into a loop. As a result, it is possible to easily secure the yield strength of the loops of the horizontal reinforcement, and at the same time, the processing thereof is facilitated.
In this case, the horizontal muscle loops are preferably constructed with overlapping portions at both ends. It is possible to secure the yield strength of the horizontal muscle loop and facilitate the loop processing. The overlapping portion is preferably arranged on a horizontal portion, but can also be arranged on or including a loop portion.
The base structure preferably has one or more footing horizontal striations extending radially from the footing parallel to the horizontal muscle loops and across the cone of failure plane. As a result, the reinforcements (footing horizontal reinforcements) arranged as extensions of the reinforcements applied to the footing also help ensure anchor strength.
Preferably, the base structure comprises a seat outer edge and a seat inner edge on radially opposite sides of the seat to define the seat and has horizontal radial striations extending near the upper end of the seat. As a result, it is possible to secure the strength and proof stress of the pedestal, and it contributes to securing the cooperative action with the group of vertical bars.
At least a portion of the horizontal radial ribs of the base portion overlap each other, which naturally contributes to facilitating the assembly of the ribs as the base portion. It is proposed to have longitudinal ribs folded longitudinally near the inner and outer ends of the base and extending to the bottom of the footing. As a result, a reinforcement frame structure of the base portion is created, which consists of corresponding portions of the footing portion that supports the base portion, including the base portion. The muscle assembly on the platform is stabilized, and the muscle assembly process is also stabilized. It also contributes to accurate positioning of the reinforcement frame structure of the pedestal and maintenance and securing of accurate reinforcement positions in the assembled state.
Preferably, the group of vertical bars has a (U-shaped) bent upper end, and the bent upper end is hooked around the horizontal radial bars of the pedestal. This simplifies the structure of each vertical bar and contributes to increasing the vertical strength of each vertical bar. That is, since the bent upper end is hung around the horizontal radial muscles, when a vertical force is applied to the vertical muscles, the vertical force is transmitted to the horizontal radial muscles to provide a stable holding function. (That is, the function of counteracting the vertical force is taken into consideration, and the resulting force is the vertical yield strength). In this case, it is not necessary to connect (or join) the longitudinal stripes to the radial horizontal stripes; This arrangement has the advantage that it ensures both the reinforcement construction process and the stability after erection of the longitudinal reinforcement (particularly during concrete pouring).
At least one ring of horizontal bars is preferably joined to the top of the vertical bars forming the frame structure of the pedestal, preferably forming a cage-like framework. (If necessary, it is preferable to arrange a plurality of horizontal muscle rings spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction). The connection with the horizontal muscle ring provides circumferential positioning of the vertical muscle and vertical (vertical) positioning of the horizontal muscle ring to achieve assembly stability of the muscle frame structure (muscle framework). . In addition, ease of assembly process is also achieved.
Preferably, the basket-like frame set extends at least across and on both sides of the cone-shaped fracture surface. This further enhances the resistance to the formation of cone-shaped fracture surfaces.
An unbonded anchor that introduces prestress is preferably used as the anchor bolt. As a result, it is possible to increase the yield strength and stability of the anchor bolts to the concrete structure (and thus to the tower-like structure).
The wind turbine generator having the above-described basic structure can be easily constructed and operated stably. That is, by setting and fixing a support tower on the above-described foundation structure via anchor bolts, and arranging a power generation mechanism having a windmill and a generator on the top of the support tower, a wind turbine generator can be constructed and stabilized. It is possible to drive with The reinforced solid foundation structure and anchor bolt system provide sufficient holding strength to withstand storms such as typhoons and hurricanes. The presence of the foundation structure facilitates the construction and installation of a wind power generator having a huge windmill and contributes to ensuring stable operation. Of course, the anchor system of the present invention also greatly contributes to securing sufficient horizontal/vertical strength against ground vibrations due to earthquakes.
Hereinafter, more specific examples will be described with reference to the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention to them, and in combination with the description of the above-described general form, modifications, combinations, and selection of elements (or non-selection of elements) that are obvious to those skilled in the art are possible. is.
FIG. 1 shows a vertical cross-sectional view (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a “cross-sectional view” for short) of the main part of an example of the
The
In the illustrated embodiment, the
The
Inside the
The
Across the boundary between
The vertical (vertical) spacing between the
Radial horizontal muscle loops are designed to ensure and maintain sufficient holding strength against forces acting in the horizontal direction (or lateral direction to the anchor), and their existence contributes to the stable maintenance of anchor strength. It should be noted that, even in the illustrated embodiment, it is possible to further adjust the horizontal strength by setting the distribution interval or pitch in the circumferential direction (therefore, the number of loops per circumference).
A typical example of a cone-shaped fracture surface is shown in FIG. It has been determined that the cone-shaped fracture surfaces originate from the ends of the
As can be seen from the illustrated embodiment, the two
A group of vertical bars will now be further described. Groups of
In the illustrated embodiment, the groups of longitudinal muscle bundles 19, 18 are each paired and extend from just below the top surface of the upper pedestal to the bottom of the footing. The same is true for the other two vertical streaks. With this arrangement, a group of longitudinal bars are arranged to extend vertically across the cone-shaped fracture surface to provide bearing capacity against vertical tensile stresses. A group of
FIG. 3 shows another variant with respect to FIG. A group of
In the case of the modified example of FIG. 3, a plurality of horizontal muscle rings 27 are arranged at the intersection of one of the arms (19A, 19B) of the vertical muscle (
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 8 (muscle exploded view), the
An extension of the
2 (on the right side in FIG. 1), the reinforcement structure of the base reinforcement frame (combining the pedestal and its lower support footing) has the same relationship as in FIG. It is in.
Returning to the enlarged view (FIG. 2) of the
Returning again to FIG. 2, from the
Cage-shaped frame sets 53A, 53B are located vertically across (on either side of) cone-shaped fracture surfaces 52A, 52B, respectively. This contributes to ensuring the yield strength at the upper end of the cone-shaped fracture surface.
As shown in FIG. 2, the horizontal reinforcement rings 27 are arranged and joined at the intersections of the upper
As the anchor bolt, it is advantageous to use an unbonded anchor that introduces prestress. The method of introducing prestress is well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail. The
FIG. 12 schematically shows the relationship between the force acting on the upper end of the tower-like structure and the force acting on the anchor bolt and the pedestal. Assuming that a force F acts on the upper end P of the tower-like structure, and the height from the
Based on the teachings of the present invention, the design corresponding to this embodiment contributes to the reliable manufacture of substructures that meet the given requirements. At that time, the combination of a group of predetermined longitudinal reinforcements and predetermined radial horizontal reinforcement loops contributes to reliably ensuring anchor strength. Employing such a combination of longitudinal/horizontal reinforcement loops contributes to simplifying the design of the foundation structure and also facilitating assembly.

FIG. 11 shows an example of a wind turbine generator that can be installed on a foundation structure.
A
[Industrial applicability]
For example, a support tower of a wind turbine generator can be considered as a huge tower-like structure. An increase in the diameter of the windmill inevitably leads to an increase in the height of the support tower. Increasing the diameter of wind turbines is useful for increasing power generation efficiency, and this trend will be further accelerated in the future. The provision of a foundation structure having sufficient anchor strength according to the present invention also contributes to further improvement in power generation efficiency of renewable energy. The foundation structure is built on the ground that has sufficient bearing strength, but if the bearing strength of the ground is insufficient, it is supported (or reinforced) by piles. The ground is typically on land, but it can also be applied to the seabed, especially shallow seabed ground.
The foundation structure of the present invention can be used when a huge tower-like structure is required other than the wind turbine generator.
As the tower-like structure, it can be applied to tall tower-like structures such as chimneys, radio towers, antenna towers, and observation towers regardless of the purposes and uses.
