Claims (13)
- 穿孔のあるガラス基体およびヒーター要素を備えるエアロゾル発生システム用のヒーター組立品であって、
前記ヒーター要素が前記ガラス基体内に提供されており、
前記穿孔が、1ミクロン~500ミクロンの幅を有し、
前記ガラス基体の前記穿孔間の距離が、1ミクロン~1000ミクロンである、
ヒーター組立品。 - 前記ヒーター要素がメッシュまたはグリッドを形成するように配置されており、前記メッシュまたは前記グリッドの各セルが一つの穿孔を含む、請求項1に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記ガラス基体の面積が、25平方ミリメートル以下である、請求項2に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記ガラス基体の表面積の25~56パーセントが流体透過性である、請求項2または3のいずれか一項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記ガラス基体の長さが3ミリメートルであり、かつ前記ガラス基体の幅が5ミリメートルである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記ヒーター要素が前記ガラス基体上の薄膜として提供されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記ヒーター要素が隣接したエアロゾル形成基体から分離されるように、前記ガラス基体に組み込まれて提供されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記ヒーター要素が前記穿孔内に提供されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- 前記ヒーター組立品が穿孔のあるガラス基体2個を備え、また前記ヒーター要素が前記穿孔のあるガラス基体2個の間に提供されている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のヒーター組立品。
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
電池、電気回路およびマウスピースを備える本体と、
交換可能もしくは再充填可能な液体貯蔵部分とを備え、前記液体貯蔵部分が前記本体に取り付け可能なように提供されており、
前記本体が請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のヒーター組立品をさらに備える、エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記ヒーター要素の加熱によって液体貯蔵部分内のエアロゾル形成基体が気化されうるように、前記液体貯蔵部分が前記本体に取り付けられた時に、前記ヒーター要素が前記液体貯蔵部分に隣接して配置されている、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記ヒーター要素が前記本体のマウスピース内に配置されている、請求項10または11のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- エアロゾル発生システム用のヒーター組立品を製造するプロセスであって、
穿孔のあるガラス基体を提供する工程と、
ヒーター要素をガラス基体内に提供する工程とを含み、
前記穿孔が、1ミクロン~500ミクロンの幅を有し、
前記ガラス基体の前記穿孔間の距離が、1ミクロン~1000ミクロンである、
プロセス。
