図1は、本実施例に係る冷却システム10の構成を示す図である。冷却システム10は、駆動モータ12、減速機14、インバータ16、オイルクーラ18、オイル循環システム20、および冷却水循環システム22を有する。
Claims (4)
- 車両を駆動する駆動モータに与える電圧を制御するインバータと、
前記駆動モータを冷却することで昇温したオイルを冷却するオイルクーラと、
を備え、
前記オイルクーラは、前記インバータも冷却し、
前記オイルクーラは、
前記オイルが流れるオイル路と、
前記オイルを冷却する冷却水が流れる冷却水路と、
前記冷却水路よりも前記オイル路に、より熱を伝えやすいように構成されたエンドプレートと、を備え、
前記オイルクーラは、前記エンドプレートが前記インバータに接触していることで、前記インバータを冷却することを特徴とする、インバータ冷却装置。 - 前記エンドプレートは、前記オイル路の少なくとも一部を画定することを特徴とする請求項1記載のインバータ冷却装置。
- 前記オイル路は、
前記駆動モータからのオイルが流れる第1オイル路と、
前記駆動モータへ向かうオイルが流れる第2オイル路と、
を有し、
前記エンドプレートは、前記第1オイル路の少なくとも一部を画定することを特徴とする請求項2記載のインバータ冷却装置。 - 前記インバータは、IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)を含み、
前記エンドプレートは、前記IGBTに接触していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のインバータ冷却装置。
