Claims (13)
- カニューレと、カニューレ内に同軸に挿入可能なオブチュレータと、球形のボールジョイントと、を備え、
前記カニューレが、カニューレ管軸に沿って基端から先端まで延びるカニューレ管と、前記カニューレ管の先端に配置された先端チップを備え、前記先端チップが、前記先端チップの周りに分布する1つまたは複数の長手方向チャネルを有し、前記1つまたは複数の長手方向チャネルの各々が、処置中に縫合糸チューブを解放可能に保持するように構成された長手方向に延びる溝であり、
前記オブチュレータが、先端チップと、アクチュエータを有する格納可能なカッティング要素と、を有し、
前記球形のボールジョイントが、中央チャネル軸に沿って延びる中央チャネルを備え、前記中央チャネル軸が前記カニューレ管軸と同軸を成すように前記カニューレ管の一部が前記中央チャネルに収容され、
前記ボールジョイントは、前記カニューレ管軸に沿ってスライド可能に変位可能であるとともに前記カニューレ管の外面の一部に選択的にロック可能である、外科アクセスシステム。 - 前記先端チップが前記先端チップの周りの1つまたは複数の周方向チャネルをさらに備え、前記1つまたは複数の周方向チャネルの各々が、処置中に縫合糸の一部を解放可能に保持するように構成された周方向に延びる溝である、請求項1に記載の外科アクセスシステム。
- 前記カニューレの前記先端チップが、前記カニューレ管とつながっている、請求項2に記載の外科アクセスシステム。
- さらに、少なくとも1つの縫合糸スネアを備えた、請求項1に記載の外科アクセスシステム。
- 前記オブチュレータが、細長い管をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の外科アクセスシステム。
- 前記オブチュレータがオブチュレータノブをさらに備え、前記オブチュレータノブが前記オブチュレータの前記細長い管の内部と連絡する通路を有する、請求項5に記載の外科アクセスシステム。
- 前記オブチュレータの前記先端チップが、前記オブチュレータの前記細長い管の内部と連絡する1つまたは複数の通路をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の外科アクセスシステム。
- 前記オブチュレータの前記先端チップが、1つまたは複数の通路からなる2つのグループをさらに備え、1つまたは複数の通路からなるこれらグループが、中央の通路によって分離されている、請求項7に記載の外科アクセスシステム。
- 前記オブチュレータは、前記オブチュレータの前記細長い管内の流体の流れを制御するように構成されたスライド可能なプランジャ要素をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の外科アクセスシステム。
- 前記オブチュレータは、前記スライド可能なプランジャ要素に結合された中空のアクチュエータをさらに備える、請求項9に記載の外科アクセスシステム。
- 前記オブチュレータが、前記格納可能なカッティング要素に結合されたアクチュエータロッドをさらに備える、請求項10に記載の外科アクセスシステム。
- 前記格納可能なカッティング要素に結合された前記アクチュエータロッドが、前記スライド可能なプランジャ要素に結合された前記中空のアクチュエータの内側に、スライド可能に係合される、請求項11に記載の外科アクセスシステム。
- 前記格納可能なカッティング要素は、ブレード、メス、およびはさみからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の外科アクセスシステム。
