Description
The present disclosure relates to a set value determination method for determining set values in production equipment, a product manufacturing method, a rolled material manufacturing method, and a set value determination device
Regarding the method of determining the set value in conventional manufacturing equipment, for example, there is a method of determining the initial set roll gap by estimating the rolling tool wear amount and the rolling load in thickness control in the seamless hot rolling process (for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, Patent Document 2 discloses a method of predicting in advance whether defects will occur in cold rolling by machine learning from the operating conditions of hot rolling before the cold rolling process after the completion of the hot rolling process in the manufacturing process of the plated steel sheet, and taking measures such as changing the customer according to the prediction result.
Although the set value determined by the method according to Patent Document 1 is an index of the set value in actual rolling, the set value does not necessarily provide the product thickness (intermediate product thickness) within the target range. In other words, no consideration is given to verifying whether the set values are appropriate for achieving the target dimensions before manufacturing. In fact, if the wall thickness is controlled by the set value determined by the method of Patent Document 1, for example, in the early stage of the lot, products (intermediate products) outside the target range are produced at a certain frequency. In addition, although the technique of Patent Document 2 can predict product defects in consideration of changes in manufacturing conditions and manufacturing environments, it is not possible to suppress the occurrence of defects. As described above, there is room for improvement in the technology related to the method of determining set values in manufacturing equipment.
An object of the present disclosure made in view of such circumstances is to provide a setting value determination method, a product manufacturing method, a rolled material manufacturing method, and a setting value determination device that can improve the technology related to the setting value determination method in manufacturing equipment.

including
The set predicted value input to the quality result prediction model in the set value determination step is changed based on the required correction amount, and the required correction amount is obtained from the required change amount of the quality result using a correction amount prediction model learned based on the second teacher data including the actual set value in the production equipment, the actual correction amount value of the set value, the actual quality result value, and the actual change amount value of the quality result.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings.
In each figure, the same reference numerals are given to the same or corresponding parts. In the description of this embodiment, the description of the same or corresponding parts will be omitted or simplified as appropriate.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating an overview of
The performance database 1 is a database that stores performance values of set values, performance values of operating conditions, and performance values of quality results (hereinafter also referred to as performance data) in production equipment. Based on the performance data of the performance database 1, the initial setting prediction model construction means 3, the quality result prediction model construction means 4, and the correction amount prediction model construction means 5 generate each learning model. The performance data in the performance database 1 is updated at a constant frequency. Along with the update, the initial setting prediction model construction means 3, the quality result prediction model construction means 4, and the correction amount prediction model construction means 5 update each learning model. Actual performance data specifically includes, for example, each command value related to the production equipment, the composition of the material on the entry and exit sides of the rolling mill, the number of times the tool has been used, the setting reference value, the actual value of the set value, the entry and exit side dimensions and temperatures, the required change in dimensions on the exit side, and the necessary correction amount for entry side settings.
The initial setting prediction model construction means 3 is software and hardware tools for performing predetermined algorithm selection, hyperparameter tuning, etc. for at least some data items of the performance database 1 . For example, the initial setting prediction model construction means 3 uses teacher data (hereinafter also referred to as third teacher data) including actual values of operating conditions, actual values of setting values, and actual values of quality results in production equipment, and generates an initial
The quality result prediction model building means 4 is software and hardware tools for performing algorithm selection, hyperparameter tuning, etc. for predetermined data items of at least a part of the performance database 1 . For example, the quality result prediction model construction means 4 uses teacher data (hereinafter also referred to as first teacher data) including the actual values of setting values, the actual values of operating conditions, and the actual values of quality results in the production equipment, and uses machine learning to generate a quality result prediction model 7 whose input is the initial setting prediction value 10 (or the corrected setting prediction value 18) and the prediction input data 2 related to the operating conditions, and whose output is the quality
The correction amount prediction model construction means 5 is software and hardware tools for performing predetermined algorithm selection, hyperparameter tuning, etc. for at least some data items of the performance database 1 . For example, the correction amount prediction model construction means 5 uses teacher data (hereinafter also referred to as second teacher data) including actual set values, actual correction amount actual values of the set values, actual quality result values, and quality result change amount actual values in the production facility, and generates a correction amount prediction model 8 using the input data 2 for prediction related to the operating conditions and the required quality result change amount 16 (hereinafter also called the quality result required change amount 16) and the output corrected amount predicted
The prediction input data 2 is data of the operating conditions of the production equipment, and is used as input data in the prediction stage by each learning model described above. Such data includes each command value, entry-side material composition in the rolling mill, expected number of tool uses, set reference values, entry-side dimension/temperature results, and exit-side dimension target values. If a measurement abnormal value (numerical value that cannot be measured or is theoretically impossible) is measured here, the abnormal value is replaced with an alternative value. Specifically, for example, if the entry-side temperature of a certain rolled material is recorded as 0° C. due to impossibility of actual measurement, the entry-side temperature is replaced with the same temperature as that of the most recent rolled material. That is, when there is a measurement anomaly, the measurement anomaly is not included in the prediction input data 2, and instead of the measurement anomaly, an alternative value is included. As a result, it is possible to solve problems such as model calculation becoming impossible due to lack of data. The prediction input data 2 is input to each prediction execution means (prediction execution means 9, 11, 12). Each of the prediction executing means 9, 11, 12 receives the prediction input data 2 from the process computer, and also receives necessary data such as the initially set predicted
The prediction executing means 9 uses the initial
The prediction executing means 11 uses the quality result prediction model 7 to obtain the quality
The
FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating the operation of the
First, the
Subsequently, the
If the quality result predicted
If the quality
After the quality result is predicted based on the post-correction set predicted
The
FIG. 3 shows the results of using the
As described above, according to the
